Uncle Julio’s is a Mexican from scratch kitchen serving only the freshest ingredients. Specialties include: chicken & steak fajitas, tender filet mignon, and bacon wrapped shrimp. Other favorites include: seafood fajitas, shrimp al pastor, red snapper, or ahi tuna served with homemade corn tortillas or bibb lettuce.

Uncle Julio’s menu also includes Tex-Mex classics such as tacos, enchiladas & tamales all with a selection of sauces made daily. Insider tip: order the tableside guacamole. It’s prepared for you at your table; if you like it spicy kick it up a notch with fresh chopped jalapenos.

Came for my daughter’s birthday. Had the chocolate piñata which was terrific. Only thing to improve would have been water refills. We got our bar drinks and soda refilled quickly but not the water.

The food. And ambiance were great. While the service from Sever was lacking enormously. Drinks for table of 6 adults and one child took for ever to come, the server brings the drinks and just walks away from the table without asking if we were ready to order, comes back 5 minutes later to take the order, then once the food came to the table never came to ask if everything was ok, he only checked on us once to see if we needed any tortillas, and then never came back to the table again, we had to catch him passing by, to ask for him refills or tortillas, then another guy bussing a table, overloaded the tray and as passing by the table, spilled over a few glasses of water, water splashed all over the floor, I, and my mother, no apology from the gentleman at the moment, not until much later after someone else cleaned up everything. With all said, very poor Service!

Four of us had reservations for Saturday night. They were packed but, we were seated promptly. The food was very good - The Enchiladas put others to shame! - and we all left pleasantly full. We splurged on the Chocolate Pinata for desert and that was a blast - and very tasty. Our only issue was that our server seemed to be way behind. It took far too long for every step of the process. He, however, was very pleasant which made up for the delays. He seemed to really care about his service. We all just thought he must have been stretched too thin that night. In any case, we WILL be back!

Hey! We had pretty delicious quickie Saturday munch. Blood Orange Margarita had some oomph. Guac had some ZING! Beer was cold, Chips fresh, hot & crispiful, and the Fajitas bang-on-the money: Steak cooked perfectly with a hot pink center, no red. Service was attentive and jocular. We've been customers since the early 90s when Uncle Julio's and Rio Grande merged... and have noticed some changes attendant to a new re-branding as "Uncle Julio's From Scratch." Seems to be working, but it would be GREAT if they could bring back CABRITO DAYS (blast from past!) and the dee-freakin-licious GOAT fajitas.

We always go to Uncle Julios for dinner with the family and BD celebrations i would recommend it to everyone, there is one thing though that the whole restaurant is really in need of good management allot of things went wrong this weekened when we went for dinner. The drinks were watered down, the meal came really late not even the manager came up to apologize, our server came only 2 times to ask if we needed anything else. Really THINKING about not going there again.
