   It was karaoke night. Most participants were good host was very good. I was disappointed in the Caesar salad very little dressing. Not Prepared table side. Overcharged but price was quickly adjusted when we pointed it out. Spouse had the linguine with white clam sauce. Pasta cooked perfectly but somewhat lackluster sauce. I had the Eggplant Rollatini appetizer as my main. One of the best I’ve ever had. Excellent red sauce and generously stuffed with ricotta and covered with mozzarella.

   When visiting Jupiter or Palm Beach, Florida, a must-try is Uncle Eddie's for delectable Italian cuisine. The food is simply out of this world, with a plentiful and exceptional selection. The staff, led by owner Eddie, provide top-notch service. I had the mouthwatering Puttanesca dish, which was a standout. The live piano player and singer add a wonderful ambiance, with even Eddie himself putting on a great performance. From the pleasant atmosphere to the ample parking, Uncle Eddie's creates a truly enjoyable dining experience. Be sure to also try the Pappardelle pasta dish - it's a can't-miss.

   Jupiter has many amazing restaurants and this is on my do not return list. We went on a Wednesday evening at 6 pm. The bar had about 10 people and the dining room had about 6 tables. We were seated directly next to another table. Two waitresses ran the entire floor. They were both very frazzled. Who in the world does table side Ceasar salads when one of the two waitresses doesn't know how to prepare it. So that means the other waitress has to come prepare it. Pasta was so over cooked it was mushy. Buratta cheese was cold so it was more solid than what butatta is supposed to be. One waitress broke a wine glass accidentally on a spare table and just picked up the glass. The pieces of glass were left on the table. I hope no one actually got seated there. To top it all off, there was live entertainment, loud enough that i couldn't hear party at my own table. The only positive was that the singer had a beautiful voice. The inside of the restaurant needs a makeover. I felt bad for the waitresses, bad for the singer, and worse for the fact the food was not good.

    my husband and I walked in  and was greeted very fast and she took us to our table which the other couple was there already. we got our drinks and bread right away and appetizers. Our main course took a while. The food was delicious. We had a very nice time !

   My Steak Pizzola was the best dish I’ve had in a long time anywhere. My partner had veal Parmigana and she said it was excellent- softest veal ever. So we are very satisfied with the food. Atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was excellent.

   Absolutely positively perfect! We love to sit at the bar to eat. It was comfortable and old school, exactly what we like. Eva was our bartender/waiter. She was a joy! I had artichoke appetizer with a side of the homemade guitar spaghetti. Friday night live entertainment was a plus. Highly recommend.

   In writing this review a realize it was the day after new years and the had a limited menu. The burrata and tomatoes were excellent as an appetizer and unfortunately that was the best dish we had the chicken saltimbocca was solid the chicken was a little dry. The pappardelle with mushrooms was good but the sauce was watered down and was not tasty. We may try again when they are back to a full menu.

    Delicious Christmas dinner, beautiful vocalist entertaining us. Every table was filled, and we still got served promptly,yet did not feel rushed.
