   We had a great experience having dinner at Umi! It's a beautiful restaurant with super attentive waitstaff and supporting characters. We never had an empty water glass or a dirty dish on our table for longer than a few sections. All of the food was fresh and came out promptly. Great wine selections and the cocktails were fun! The dining room can be quite loud, but everything else was fantastic. On the pricier side, but the ambience and the location are par for the area. Would definitely go back!

   Tables too close no privacy. Food was good, but nothing to write home to. Service was solid and attentive. But for the price point is it worth it? MF Sushi at the Avalon is miles ahead of this place.

   9pm reservation; table not ready nor seated at until 945 and then the haughtiness of front desk was palatable and a bore. Farsid needs to get the reins of place as its success is clearly now out of control. At 930 pm you couldn’t even hear what your partner was saying right next to you. The Buckhead scene and UMI is not for me after 40 years and a patron as long as UMI has been open. Adios

   Amazing dinner experience. I took my family here for my daughter’s graduation. Our server was amazing and the food was an absolute WIN. Will certainly be back to enjoy the experience again. Highly recommend.

   Had reservation...all of the party was there. Waited several minutes at check in while host and hostesses were chatting and no acknowledgement to me or other patrons waiting in front of me. We got seated 30 minutes after reservation time of 7:45.

   A must try restaurant in Atlanta. Hands down the best sushi in Atlanta and definitely top in the country. I have had sushi across the world and still this beats either all or most. The food is unforgettable!

   Umi does almost everything right. The food is excellent and the service is exceptional. I wish the corkage wasn’t so high,$45 is excessive, especially when we order drinks before the meal. I hope they will reconsider the new increase. Umi is a restaurant we love and I doubt that the extra $10 will change how often we go, we just think it is an unnecessary addition.

    One of my favorite places to eat in Buckhead! Will, Josh, Caleb, Khoi, Brendan … the best and the food is phenomenal! Just GO!
