The food was absolutely delicious. Service from the host stand, to server, and even the manager was amazing. After lunch, a sudden rain storm caused us to take shelter back inside (we were walking along the river), but no worries, there were a few seats open at the bar so we had a couple drinks waiting for the rain to stop. Bartenders were very knowledgeable on drinks and attentive. There was plenty of staff ready to assist that made sure the wait times for anything were diminished. Will definitely eat here again.

I made this reservation to celebrate a 40th Birthday for my good friend. Our waitress Shelbi was great. Overall great service, very friendly, and she made great food recommendations. When we ordered desert it was brought to our table with a birthday candle. I thought that was very nice touch. I was glad to know that the details of the reservation were read. That would have been more than enough, as we had a wonderful dinner. To top things off, the manager came over with a small gift and card signed by the staff. It was a box of delicious chocolates. Ulele was a great experience all around.

Ulele never disappoints! Met for cocktails outside then dinner upstairs as requested. Our server was on top of everything and our meals were delicious! Our friends were very impressed they had heard about it and wanted us to take them. They loved it! The sunset was gorgeous!

It took 20 minutes to get the ice cream dessert. This is the second time we waited that long. It was very noisy. Think lunch is a better fit for us

It felt really hot inside, specially on the second floor. I understand it’s Florida but it was at 8:45 pm and it felt like the A/C was not on.

We had a great dinner and the wait staff was very nice. We were there early before the crowds and everything was hot and delicious. They even gave us a gift dessert because of our anniversary. We would definitely recommend it.

I was not overly impressed with the food. It wasn't hot when brought to the table and the entree of stuffed shrimp wasn't anything special. I was mostly impressed with the maple flavored ice cream.
The Florida Mojito is in a small glass and in just a few sips it was gone (too sweet).

Food was tasty and well prepared. Restaurant was over loaded and service suffered, long wait between courses and drinks went dry. I understand if kitchen is slow but, wait staff should have been on the ball making sure drinks were full and communicating the delay. When the main course did arrived one member of our table still had not received a spoon for her soup, which was her main course. With kitchen running behind staff should have made sure ever thing else was perfect.

The manager properly discounted the check by removing the appetizers but, a well run restaurant should not have to do that.

I am sure we will try again but, another round a bad service and we will probably not return.

Our reservation was at 745pm. We got seated just before 830pm. The restaurant was very busy and loud. Once seated we immediately ordered an appetizer that took 20-30 min to come out. The manager did come over and apologize. He also comp’ed our appetizer. They had several very large parties and I think that’s what created the jam up in seating and delay in food. Dinner was delish! I do love this restaurant just wasn’t the best experience this time. The manager was great taking care of our appetizer and checking in on us.

I had made a reservation at Ulele for 7:45. We arrived 5 minutes early, expecting to be seated at the reservation time. Instead, we had to wait another 45 minutes because "they were running behind". What was the point of making a reservation if we were going to have to wait another 45 minutes? The beer was overpriced for the quality of it, and the food was okay but not worth the pricing. The waiter was great, but the food was VERY slow to come out of the kitchen. I will for sure not be going back and wasting my time and money when there are so many other restaurants in Tampa with better food and service.

We had reservations for 7:45, however they were behind so we didn’t get seated until 8:45. Our drink order ( 2 beers) took 15 minutes to get. We ordered food at 9pm and were served at 9:45. The pompano fish was cold with skin on, sweet potato fries were soggy and green beans hard and tasteless. The okra fries and yellowfin tuna were ok. After waiting 2 hours to eat, it was a total disappointment. Not sure i would go back to try again.

Terrible table service.. hostess poured water on leg and not one time offered to an apology.
I guess this is common for people sitting outside.
But for a meal that was $212.00,I at least expected an apology.

Amazing culinary experience; Atmosphere is industrial warehouse with lots of activity and chatter. Appetizers were eclectic - Alligator Hush Puppies, Roasted Beet and Poached Pear Salad, Barbacoa Beef Tenderloins and the ultimate, best I ever tasted, Charbroiled Oysters Barbacoa grilled with garlic butter, grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses (melt in your mouth fantastic) - great service (thanks Tonya), excellent cocktails and wine selection - A to Z Rose was choice for the evening shared with foodie friends. @jillnix66

We had very high hopes for this restaurant. First off it was extremely loud inside but we were able to sit outside. It was a gorgeous day and breezy so we loved the outside seating. My husband ordered the 50$ 20 oz porterhouse and he was not impressed. He can cook better steaks. I ordered the seafood risotto which I was very excited for but it was ok. Unfortunately neither one were very impressed with the food. Definitely not going back for the price. The best part was sitting outside and the orange mint mojito. I wish we could give a better review for the food but it wasn’t that good.

Give direction.😉Food is fabulous noise level is high but not sure anything can be done about that.

Amazing!! Party of 6 and a nine year old, and we absolutely loved it. We had a good variety of food. From the shrimp and grits to the chili, the wine. Our meal was excellent. Service was also spot on. The ambiance is very laid back, artistic, and grandeur all at the same time. Everyone was very impressed.

Our server, Ashley was excellent. Unfortunately her support in the form of both kitchen and front end management was not. The kitchen staff was working hard, but there was no control or direction. It began with the wrong appetizer being sent to the the table which was corrected by Ashley. Street corn for two then came out cold and a complete entree (fish, rice and green beans) also arrived cold. When sent back one kitchen staff member started to reheat the cold pieces, but was stopped by someone. They refired the complete meal and the corn then let it sit (we had a view of kitchen from our second floor table). Ashley said a manager would come by to speak w us. The manager delivered the second round all of which was again cold but for the fish. All he said was can I get you anything else. No comment whatsoever on the experience to that time. We ordered another sangria each and he just walked away leaving us confused. If you enjoy cold food and the effects of milk toast leadership try it out. Otherwise save your money and time for a better run restaurant.
