Always good. The Inhaber (Manager) is incredibly friendly and knows the menu and wine options inside out. Reservations essential and you must try this gem in Hamburg!!

Unser erster Besuch in der Uhlenhorster Weinstube war sehr schön. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, hatten einen sehr ruhigen Platz und ein super leckeres Käse-Fondue. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schaute regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in die Uhlenhorster Weinstube zum Essen, wenn wir in Hamburg sind. Wir wurden nie enttäuscht. Essen und Service sind einfach top.

Wir hatten wieder einmal einen ganz tollen Abend: unglaublich leckere Gans!!!, einen tollen Wein (Empfehlung des Chefs) und der Service war perfekt, seeehr aufmerksam aber nicht nervig.
