Quran our waiter was superb, just like the food, and made the even extraordinary for us.

We 😘 be Uchi. After a year of not going to restaurants, Uchi was so special, this is where we picked to return to normal. So flipping amazing at every level.

Always great service and atmosphere. Happy hour is totally worth it, good offerings on food and cocktails.

We had the best waitress there. She was very pleasant and really cheerful.

Excellent the flavors are very aromatic. This place doesn’t throw a piece of raw fish on some sugared up rice and charge you a mint . You are getting what you pay for. I have had sushi prepared and served from omakase masters all over the world and this rates right up there. Ask for Bronson to be your server... trust me! You will not be disappointed

Incredible food! Very exquisite and unique flavors! Portions are small but worth every penny! It’s our favorite place to go in Dallas Fort Worth for date nights. Highly recommended! We typically always ask the server to select for us. Every meal has always been incredible! This is more like a Japanese tapas due to small portions. But it’s great for sampling different things and trying new things that you’ve never tasted before. Highly recommended!

Very friendly wait staff. Our waiter said he was in training but had great knowledge of menu, gave several suggestions and advice. I had Chef select sashimi and it was wonderful, brought me out of my normal "go-to" comfort zone. It was a slightly larger portion than I expected and could be shared with a friend. Tom Kah soup smelled amazing as soon as it came to the table and was delicious. If you are looking for an up-scale sushi experience, this is the place!

Super rude staff and front desk. Host needs re-training on customer service best practices. A disappointment on a celebration dinner. Do not recommend. Go to Nobu instead!

I celebrated my birthday with a few friends. My reservation was set for 9pm, however we weren’t seated until 9:45. The staff were nice enough to offer a complimentary bottle of sake for the wait. I was extremely happy to receive some complimentary nigiri like the gyutoro just for me and the level of attention we received from the staff as well as chefs. Uchi is my favorite spot in Dallas, only negative is I wish we didn’t have to wait so long to eat, especially with a later booking.

Had the server pick items from the menu for us. Great job. Everything was fabulous. Very interesting flavor combinations. Sake choice was amazing as well.

Fresh Ingredients, beautiful display, imaginative sauces. One of my guests thought the food quality was not the best. I would have substituted for the vegetable rice roll. Altogether a great experience with some old friends who also have been lying low during the plague.

Our waiter was amazing, he was really good at explaining everything on the menu and he was really attentive. We got to sit in a bigger table that was sort of tucked away which was cool and all of the food was amazing as always! Being from Austin and always going to the location here, I was excited to see how the Dallas location compares and the food and service is just as amazing!

Travis did an amazing job of taking care of us and even suggesting some of his favorites. None of the items disappointed. Everything was served at the right temperature and cleared away as not to have excess dishes on our table. I can’t remember all the items we dined on but I believe we had a good sampling of the menu. A must for a special night out!

Truly unique! One of the best restaurants in every city they open. My personal favorite in Dallas and one of the best restaurants in America in my opinion. I've been to Uchi Austin, Houston, Dallas. Uchiko Austin and Uchiba Dallas. All are top notch!

Place was great. Wasn’t to crowded. Food was awesome. Did the chef tasting and everything was great.

A little on the pricey side and had issues with some of their beer availability but overall would go again.
