   Everything was great except the limited drinks. They really need to get a liquor license at this location. It’s OK for a work dinner, but I would never come back with a friend group or date night until they have good cocktails.

   Abbie was our server for happy hour, and she was amazing! She had a great handle on the menu with wonderful recommendations and commentary. Food was great as always, and such a great deal at happy hour. We always enjoy this. The problem came after finishing our meal and paying. The valet was horrible! It took 45 minutes to get our car, nearly as long as our meal. We finally talked to the manager, who indicated they recognize there is an issue due to shortage of work force and nothing he could do. We wish the valet had stop taking any new cars in to park in order to get folks waiting out. Our wonderful dinner went out the window with this bad situation. Either walk or Uber/Lyft. Don’t bother to drive until Uchi/Uchiba gets this worked out.

   Never fails to be amazing. Our favorite is to let the chef pick our sushi. And if there are allergies at the table, the staff is great about working with anything.

   Outstanding service, food was impeccable, we let the server curate our dinner and he didn’t disappoint. Wife says best dinner date, in her top 2.

   Been going to Uchi for years. It’s an amazing concept and take on sushi. But the past few times our experiences have witnessed a decline in both food and service. We often get the wrong dishes delivered to our table. There seems to be more of a hurried, pressures vibe to the wait staff. And the food. Well, it’s not nearly as good as it once was. Delicately sliced fish has been replaced with amateurish chunks of raw fish served haphazardly with its supporting sauces and elements. Honestly it’s devolving into more strip mall sushi than an elevated dining experience. For the price point, there are now better options in Dallas.

   We had a wonderful time at Uchi. Our server was very helpful since we were new to Uchi. We will definitely return!

   We had an absolutely delightful experience at Uchi. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a special evening. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member we encountered was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. Now the food—simply amazing. Each dish was a masterful blend of flavor, texture, and presentation. From the perfectly executed sushi to the inventive hot tastings, every bite was a treat for the senses. You can truly taste the care and creativity that goes into every plate. Uchi exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. A must-try for anyone who appreciates exceptional Japanese cuisine and top-notch service.

   Amazing and Uchi never disappoints. The food and service is second to none. I never go to a city where there is an Uchi and I don’t eat there.

    While planning a visit to Dallas and looking for a special place to celebrate Bday with my family, Uchi was highly recommended! I booked a month in advanced and we came during happy hour time and ordered the tasting menu. The flavors of each plate was amazing and very beautiful for the eye. My family and myself had an amazing experience! Our server was very knowledgeable and we all loved what we got! At the end we got an additional dessert! Thank you Uchi Dallas, now I will have to try and visit your other locations .....
