This is a very pleasant place with good food.
Service was a little slow as it was busy and there were only 2 hostess covering the table service.
This place also provides take out which is a good option.
The garlic bread knots and bruschetta were WONDERFUL!!! Very nice atmosphere and ambiance. VERY good value...
The food was excellent, the Alfredo sauce best I ever tasted
They were severely understaffed on a Friday night. I don’t think they knew we were coming even though we booked on open table. We did book very late though. About an hour before. We waited over an hour, nearly an hour and a half for our meal, with no appetizers ordered. A few smaller tables were in and out before us. There was very little communication from our server. We almost walked out. They offered drinks such as beer and wine but we declined. They gave us 50% off our check and gave us all dessert on the house to go. There was a metal bit of a scrubber in my pasta that I was sharing with my toddler. They comped that one. It was an awful experience but appreciated that they tried to make it right at least.
It was our first time dining here. We started with the stuffed mushroom appetizer which was fantastic. It was served nice and hot. The restaurant serves a really good garlic bread that looks like it’s tied in a knot which comes with your meal. The Spaghetti with meat sauce was full of flavor and the Chicken Marsala was nicely prepared and very tender. The cream of carrot soup was absolutely wonderful. Portions were nice and service was friendly. We recommend this place and will definitely return but please note parking can be a problem. Street parking is available.
Service was spotty. They had no wine glasses to serve. Seemed like something was amiss. First time in many years.
I would consider this a good "every day" neighborhood option for an Italian meal.
Although parking can be an issue, we chose Two Guys from Italy for its ambience, delicious food, and convenient location. We were enjoying our meal and the pleasant surroundings so much we managed to let the time get away from us. We were to be going to a theaterical performance after our meal, but we'd failed to mention that from the outset to our server. Once we did, she saw to it with grace that we received the rest of our meal and check immediately so we'd not run late and timely enough so we wouldn't have to "wolf it down". The food was hot, beautifully presented, and delicious. We'll definitely dine here again, but make sure we get there earlier so we have time for one of their great desserts!
My wife has been familiar with the restaurant for year but since we moved in to the area it has become a regular spot on our dining calendar.
Had a customer from China that was in town and was looking for a place to take them to dinner
Not knowing the area very well I depended on Open Table to find me a nice place that I could get into
Very happy with the choice as the food was very good as well as reasonably priced
Service could have been a bit more attentive but likely due to how busy they were
Would definitely recommend as well as if I am in the neighborhood again I would give this place strong consideration for a return visit
A very pleasant restaurant with good Italian food at a reasonable price.
Great & service! We had a partyof10 & we all enjoyed ourselvesourselves . I would have liked the have air conditioner to be a little coolerthe We will come back
Excellent Italian food, good service, moderate prices.
Dinner was fantastic. Picked this place as a reference from Open Table. Loved the sauce on my pizza, and the complementary bruschetta with garlic bread was heavenly. Very nice house chardonnay. Will definitely be back.
THE MEATLOVERS PIZZA IS THE TASTIEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD.
I used to go here when I was little. Every week with my family. I miss the original location but I think the food is still delicious.
Parking was the only down side. The recommendations were great and food was very flavorful.
The food was great. Quantity of food was also good enough. Best thing...there menu has many vegetarian options...unlike other places which only has veg pizzas or pastas!
Its like a hidden gem on a otherwise quiet street. I ll recommend it to all friends..
It was difficult to find parking nearby, but the effort was well worth it. The service was really very, very good and our waitress guided us to the right appetizer to go with the complementary garlic bread that had just been delivered to the table. The food was great and the portion size should satisfy even the most voracious appetite. We enjoyed a glass of red wine with out dinner, as well as an appetizer and two entree's and the check was less than $65.00. looks like a great neighborhood spot and their delivery / takeout business was very active while we were dining. We will go back....
Good food, good service. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. However as another reviewer noted they did not have our reservations. They accommodated quickly, but our party was split onto two tables. Maybe I'll call ahead of time in addition to the OpenTable reservation.
Great place with nice ambience. Doesn't look much from outside but the classy italian feel due to the interior is great. I had to wait for about 45 minutes even after having table reservations. They took some time to get the food out but it was worth the wait.
It is really a great restaurtant. The witress was very nice and everyone is very nice. Great atmosphere. I feel like I am in Italy, each time I go there. The good is very good.
Nice ambiance, nestled in Glendale neighborhood. The food had an overpowering use of garlic.
The chicken picatta had too much liquid around it.
The only challenge for this resto is parking. It's all street parking and located beside a laundry mat.
The non-Armenian waitress we had was great.
Two Guys is a great place to get excellent food and drink at a reasonable price!! You can't beat it.
We have flight from Burbank Airport and wanted to have a dinner before leaving close to I-5 freeway so went to Two Guys from Italy. Neighborhood type restaurant but the food we had was excellent. from the Veal to the lobster spaghetti to the pasta pesto..it was all very good with seeming fresh ingredient. wait for food indicated each plate was made fresh and was worth the wait(although not a terribly long wait). would definitely reccomend Two Guys
this was my first visit to Two guys. The food was excellent and I had a reservation but my friend was late. I was seated and treated really well and there was no rush to make us leave once we ordered and finished our food. Staff was great, food was great and I wlll definitely recommend it and go back. The only thing that I did not like was the parking. the lot is shared with a laundromat and it was hard to find a space.
We’ve been at this restaurant several times before but we’ve never had such a ‘bad’ taste after eating there. It was not only service (we were not offered a refill once) but the food was terrible. We are not going back to this place ever!
Overall, I give them two thumbs up for food and service. It was reasonably priced and delicious. Ola, our server was very attentive, professional and wore the smile all the time!!! She was excellent!
They don't even look at the online reservations, so don't expect them to have a table reserved for you if you go through here. Fortunately, it's usually not too busy here - we went on Father's Day and managed to get a table even though they insisted we had no reservation, in spite of the fact that I got a confirmation email and still had the confirmation page open on my iPhone browser. They also take way long to serve the food and take your check. The food is good, though! If you have a couple of hours to kill for dinner, you could do worse.
My family and I have never been disappointed with our meal at Two Guys from Italy in Glendale. Friendly waiters & waitresses, and lots of delicious food to eat! More often than not- we end up with so many leftovers that we can continue our party into the next day. **Don't let the nondescript outside fool you. Venture inside for an inexpensive, enjoyable lunch or dinner out.
What a great find! My wife and I were in Glendale for a show and stopped at Two Guys for dinner. The food and service was great and the place was very busy with to go orders. We will be back to enjoy more of the wonderful items on the menu.
The food here is wonderful!!!!
The food was good. The salads came immediately... and mine was special-ordered.
The bread tray was removed as soon as we finished it. However, the entrees took a bit longer than I would expect. (we ordered spaghetti w/ meatballs and another standard pasta - nothing that should take too long) The waitress came by to offer more bread while we were waiting for the entrees. We were impressed that the spaghetti w/ meatballs came with a meat sauce, not just marinara.
After bringing cheese (pregrated, in a glass shaker jar) for our entrees, the waitress became rather scarce; another waitress picked up our credit card after seeing it on our table in the check folder for several minutes.
Overall, fairly good value. We would try it again.
