Food was good but it appeared they were understaffed. Single server was also working the M Club. The restaurant was not busy so it did not create an issue for us. Scallops were good and drinks were spot on.

This restaurant markets itself as fine dining with a view. When you are seated there is a view of a salt pile and a busy road. Our server was pleasant but had no apparent experience or training. She appeared only to deposit food and small piles of cocktail napkins instead of plates for sharing appetizers. The Caesar salad and pretzels were fine. However our entrees the gnocchi and steak and salad were inedible. I requested the steak medium rare and it was a beige and gray color. The gnocchi was like rubber balls you could bounce and play with. Thirty minutes after depositing our food on the table the server reappeared and asked if we wanted to go boxes. We said "No thank you. It's inedible." She smiled and carried our still full plates away. We ordered dessert to go because we were hungry and how can you ruin dessert? We said we did not want it with ice cream because it was to go. The desserts all wrapped up were deposited at the table. We waited for the bill. We waited to pay the bill. At last we retreated to our room to discover that at some point ice cream had been placed on my blueberry crumble. Melted long before we escaped the restaurant. My daughter's banana foster looked like herbed mashed potatoes. She tried a bite and then threw it out. This restaurant should be on a television restaurant rescue show.

Small in hotel dining. Good offerings of NE classics (clam chowder, lobster rolls). Cocktail selections interesting and draft beers typical with an emphasis on local IPAs.

I took my girlfriend to the restaurant because she had never visited it before . She showed up on time and was seating right away . The ambience was nice looking over Market Street and the salt pile as she noted . We decided to order off the main menu which was very limited . She ordered an appetizer then our meals . I had the 12 oz. sirloin with no option but french-fries and a vegetable and she ordered the scallop plate which was an embarrassment.

A nice, relaxing restaurant environment inside a Sheraton hotel. A heads up… the menu on their official website did not match what’s on their actual menu in the restaurant when we were there. My boyfriend and I had looked at the online menu prior to deciding what restaurant to go to in town and already decided what we wanted to try based off the menu information online. The server mentioned that the restaurant do not have most of the food items available from what was listed on their official website, but the menu on OpenTable was more accurate. However, I thought the choices from their in-house menu were still great options. Originally, my boyfriend ordered the diver scallops entree, but then was told a few minutes later that the kitchen was out of scallops. My boyfriend had to take more time to figure out what he wanted for an entree as he was slightly disappointed when his choices (from the online menu and scallops) were not available. Our server tried to be as accommodating as possible though by suggesting other seafood entrees that the kitchen can do that’s not on the menu but had the ingredients. My boyfriend didn’t want to deal with further complications so he ordered the fish and chips. The fish itself was a big portion. The batter was quite salty, but the fish was moist and cooked nicely. I had the mushroom gnocchi which had a great amount of mushrooms and spinach with the gnocchi. The gnocchi has a nice crisp on the outside with a pillowy softness inside. Flavorful dish! If you plan on going to this restaurant after seeing their menu options online, then be aware that it is possible the restaurant may not be offering the same options currently.
