Terrific meal with super service by Adam. Starting with memorable fried green tomatoes paired alongside excellent burrata, my scallops and Dave’s shrimp and grits were delicious! Great experience...we’ll be back.

Recommended by a local and extremely disappointed. I am sure if you received your food hot and timely it is tasty, hope wever, not enough servers and served cold food. Not a good combination. I am a year around Naples resident and would never go there in season.

Our onion soup appetizers were served lukewarm with huge globs of floating cold cheese on toast after a considerable wait. Serving of one main courses was also delayed. The beef entree was significantly over cooked and cold. The brussels sprouts were served undercooked in a cold skillet. After having been seated for well over an hour, we sent the entrees back and went elsewhere for a desert in lieu of dinner.
The table next to us experienced the same kind of problem....very disappointed....we used to thoroughly enjoy dining at Twisted Vine

Usually our favorite place to visit while on vacation, prices to be disappointing from being seated in the corner, lukewarm appetizer after waiting one hour!

I love this Resturant. However last night we had the steak salad which was to be on arugula. There was mixed greens and not a shred of arugula. Tasty but disappointing. We also had the calamari which was a little greasy, very small amount, had a tasty aioli sauce but few banana peppers. Waitress said she would tell the chef and made no attempt to make up to us. I won’t return soon

We will remember this Valentine’s Day meal for a long time but not in a good way. We won’t be going back to Twisted Vine ever. The waitress was great but it took them 2 times to cook our food and then we left without eating. The owner didn’t ask us to pay it was so bad. Frozen lobster and over cooked steak.

Visited on Valentine’s Day and. New Years Eve. Had big expections for these special occasions. Place looks great with high energy. Table was ready at the reservation time. Both times we felt the food was just at or below average. New Years meal was way over priced. Not as good experience as in past years.

We ordered a tuna poke appetizer and all of us found it to be over salted. One dinner of short ribs was also too salty. Two of us had a caesar salad with salmon on top. The salmon was very good. The salad was a bit flat. Our server was attentive and friendly.

Charming restaurant. The staff was very short handed as a server had quit that evening. The lovely ladies who were serving were perfectly poised and kept everything running smoothly. We had a very enjoyable dinner, food was excellent and so was the wine.

Overall I have to say the food was pretty spectacular. The store was the scallops, and the chicken was also exceptional. I would give this food at five star rating. What I was very unhappy With, the proximity of the people at the next table. Gentleman at the next table, his back was pushed up right to the corner of our table. He could not been closer or any more on top of us. This was no fault of the gentleman, it was the fault of the restaurant, The tables were entirely way too close together. The The wait staff did not seem to care. Also I found very upsetting, I ordered the wedge salad and asked for it Chopped, when it came out it was not , the waitress informed me that Chef did not want to chop salad! I was absolutely stunned. A floor manager had come by and had witnessed this, and was very kind enough to give me a complementary glass of wine. That was much appreciated. But to be told the chef did not want to chop the salad, come on now. Between this and the crowd at tables I was not completely thrilled my Dining experience. This is a fairly Expensive restaurant, that should not be happening. Again I will say the food was exceptional and I will give them one more chance. I sure hope they can do better.

The best thing that could happen to this restaurant is that it would go out of business. It was a truly horrible experience. We will never go back

The arrival experience was a little shaky, but things did improve. We did ask for a seating at 7:00 PM, but got seated around 7:15 PM. Evidently, the hostess thought my last name was humorous, which I thought was not in good taste. The food we ordered was quite good. I had two main issues, the closeness of the adjoining table, and the higher than average pricing for wine. I normally expect wine to be priced at 2.5 times retail price. The bottle of wine I ordered was approx. 3.4 times the normal retail price.

Upon entry the hostess never smiled or said hello. However was seated promptly. Sat there literally a minimum of 15 minutes before anyone came over and asked for the drink order. I will add the server Adam was Johnny on the spot checking in with us often. I felt that the restaurant was a little dark and a small jazz duo was playing in the background.

The food was quite good actually and certainly would consider going back for dinner. The lunch menu however was lackluster.

We used to love this place but this was our 2nd lack luster visit. The fried green tomato appetizer was served with 2 slices of tomato-I found that ridiculously small. When I asked the server if anyone ever said that was really too small they said, all the time, but the new chef does things his own way. I asked him to pass my feedback to the chef that it was delicious but way too small of a serving for $13. He never offered to make it right.

The pork shank was minimally flavored and we expected it to have more. The broccolini was yellowing and when I mentioned that it didn’t seem fresh because it was so yellow he simply said that no one else complained and again didn’t consider making it right. Unfortunately we won’t go back.

The place was way too noisy for conversation. The food was average at best and the menu did not have much to offer. The special which was the steak with shrimp and asparagus was adequate at best it was a very disappointing meal for all four of us

I made a reservation through Open Table. Didn't realize that later in the evening after we got home that the restaurant had cancelled our reservation without any explanation. However we were there at 5 pm, and they did have the reservation. Weird. We were seated at a high top table, and at the end of our meal the entertainment (loud Sax) started playing. good thing that we were ready to leave. I would say that our visit was fair. I have been to this place several times (5). Sometimes it has been great sometimes not so much.

Food is always a little less impressive than the description and price cause you to hope. Service was efficient, bordering on brusque: our server grabbed a wine glass as soon as a member of our party appeared to be done. We were early in the evening so not sure what the rush was.

We really like the Twisted Vine and have usually enjoyed our experience.
However on 1/28/18 we had dinner there with another couple, it was their first visit.
We were seated at a high top table next to the kitchen. We asked the hostess if there was a better table available. She was kind of snotty and said that since I had used
Open Table to book instead of calling the restaurant direct that this was the table that was available to us.
I didn't know that restaurants discriminate against customers that use Open Table.
Food was good. The service was marginal. They brought teaspoons with our soup because "there weren't any clean soup spoons".
Maybe an off night?

I was disappointed overall . I had been to the Twisted Vine about 6 years ago and the food was spectacular, not so this visit. It was OK, my salad was a overly garlicky. My husband did not get what he ordered but it was too late to correct it as we had theatre tickets and could not wait for another dinner for him. Service was erratic at best, drinks came quickly, but one salad never came out and our meals did not come out together nor were they presented to the correct guest. There were four of us.

Had reservations at 7:30 but had to wait at least 20 minutes by the crowded front door until we were seated. Once we sat down it took another 20 minutes for the waiter to first come by. It took almost 50 minutes for our entrees to come out. The food was fair at best. The brussel sprouts were not cooked, the beef tips were cold and the melted cheese on them was not melted, the French fries and tomato burrata were fair at best, and the red wine tasted old like it was the end of the bottle as if the bottle had already been open for a long time. Our waiter was good and did the best he could given the situation. The kitchen was not great. This was also not the first time the service and the food at this restaurant were not good, but we gave it one last chance to redeem themselves but they didn't. In conclusion, we will never go back to this restaurant again.

Long wait times for food.
My short rib was too chewy to even cut. I had to send it back.
Great wine and ambience. Have eaten here before and enjoyed it. This time was awful. Too busy I guess

The menu was interesting but my husband’s steak frittes was less than wonderful. My food was ok. They brought the hot onion soup with the cheese plate, tho. The cheese on top was a helmet before I got to it. The tuna poke was good but seemed to be somewhat under seasoned.

My wife had the shrimp and grits and she liked her dish very much. I had the snapper, which was served in a broth with littleneck clams and potatoes. The taste of the dish was good. However, the snapper seemed to be the tail end of the fish. The best way to describe it is very rubbery and near impossible to cut (never had this before with fish), particularly since the flesh was still attached to a large bone which I guess was the spine of the fish.

Our party did not like having to sit at a high top table. We asked for a regular table but were told we had to reserve one in advance. Never heard that one before. We had a reservation but not for a specific table type. The lobster mac and cheese was great. Brussel sprout appy not so great. Service was very friendly and good.

Our waiter, Adam, was exemplary. My friend and I weren't overly hungry, so we ordered french onion soup and appys. We asked for the soup first. A different server brought out our entire order. Within a minute, Adam noticed we had not received our meal as requested. He checked with us then removed the appys and returned to the kitchen until we were ready. Shortly thereafter, he returned to our table with a glass of wine to share as an apology.
The service was professional, pleasant, the response for the error was appropriate. We watched Adam while we were there, he hustled and yet gave attention to each table.
The food, though we didn't have a full meal, was really good, the soup was rich and a bit salty, just the way it should be. The sirloin tips melted in our mouths, tender, juicy and flavourful.

We were a bit disappointed, but will try again. Hopefully our next visit will be more in line with what we have come to expect from the twisted vine
