I have loved Twisted Olive in the past, and it was really good this time as well. I was a little disappointed with the menu. My daughter is not a seafood person, and likes very lean beef choices. There was no chicken dish, pork dish and the only lean beef was a cook at your table filet, which she was not interested in. We asked if there was any specials and there was not. So, I felt that the menu was a little sparse. We did have some really great cocktails and the grilled artichokes were amazing! I made the reservation and told them it was my birthday but did not acknowledge it, asked if we wanted dessert and we got a chocolate lava cake with ice cream. The cake was yummy, but no gooey "lava" center. It was more like a flourless chocolate cake.
Love the restaurant, was disappointed at the limited menu but I realize some things are just out of your control.
The food here is always spot on! My favorite place to eat from appetizers to entrees to dessert! Always fantastic!
The food was amazing...from drinks, to appetizers, to dinner, to dessert...we loved it all. Unfortunately slightly out of our price range, but was a nice special treat. Our server seemed to be working all over the place so our service was a little slow. I don't think she could help it since her tables were not close together. Again, it was a very nice birthday treat:)
A gem of a restaurant in Historic Downtown Bethlehem. Farm to table menu options that are expertly prepared and presented. Top-notch customer service too.
We Love this place! Great food great atmosphere and servers are always on ppint.
Always great drinks and food. Love the barramundi!
Fantastic food, as always. Becca our server was great!
We shared 4 small plates - amazing French onion soup dumplings, broiled artichokes, crab cake, and the best tuna tartare I’ve ever had!
Food was good, however, they were out of fish tacos, pizza and burgers...could be more, that's what we tried to order. Waited 30 mins after we were sat to get someone to come over and take our order. When my soup came, it took over 5 minutes to bring a spoon, when he did, it was dirty.
After the meal, asking for a box to take the leftovers took...we gave up after 15 minutes of waiting.
The food was good, however, a little overpriced. We may try this place again, maybe after they fix their staffing issue... maybe not seat to capacity if you can't get enough people to work for you? Possibly have more than 70 percent of the menu items available?
Our server Ashley was amazing the hostess was a different story. The food was very good, great soups as an appetizer
I was there with a friend for lunch. I had the Asian Tuna Panini. It was, honestly, exceptional: beautifully-presented, delicious, and plentiful. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Artwork is exceptional.
It was great and we will be back! Thanks for the great food and drinks:)!
Food was good. However, the wait was unacceptable. We were given water when seated, then waited 23 minutes for our order to be taken and an additional 40 minutes for the food. Salad was delivered at the same time as hot food. Although the restaurant seemed to have a large wait staff, perhaps the distance to outside tables caused some delays. We believe that the sole bartender and an understaffed Kitchen also added to delays.
Second time taking another couple to eat here and it doesn’t disappoint! Wonderful!
This was my wife’s birthday we both had crab and a glass of wine . Food was awesome meal was a little pricey but they came out with a surprise cake with candle that I paid for but was arranged ahead . Hit the spot just not a everyday place for us but will be back for a special occasion!
First timers here. Food was so good! Waitress just made us wait a long time. Gave her two 6 tops more attention and we could’ve been in and out a lot quicker. We waited over 10 min for her to come to our table, waited even longer to have her take app order which we had questions about, then at the end waited a very long time for more water and the check. We noticed the table near us have bread and we were never offered. We noticed her continually helping the others more and we were super nice so idk what the deal was. We still tipped well but I hate bad service.
We found 1inch scrubbing wire from pasta.
It was very disappointed
This was divine! I tried octopus for the first time. And the ribeye could be cut with a butter knife and melted in my mouth, so succulent. The pork belly salad so yummy. I recommend the in-house ginger infused vodka! Yum. And the almond rum cake with sea salt carmel Gelato, omg my palate was so happy! Great place if you are a foodie. Foodgasm!
It was okay... We had bad seats. We had a very nice waitress, but she was spread too thin.
Food was good, not memorable. It was not bad, but it was not great. Very loud inside.
Great dinner. Service was great! Our waitress very friendly!
Loved everything. We had tried lots of appetizers, all delicious and somewhat different from most restaurants
Food and atmosphere was delicious. Went there for a birthday and the drinks were amazing. Our server Jacquline gave very good recommendations and was great.
First time trying this spot and was left underwhelmed. $ people, bill came to $300. Immediately were notified they were understaffed. Waiter seemingly was hurrying us up. He recommended the Guinness Cake, comes out with Lava Cake. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed given the cost of food and drinks.
Infusion drinks are awesome and the twisted olives app is a must! Entrees we’re awesome!
Great food! Excellent atmospher, quick service. The ambiance was great. one minor critique we sat for quite awhile to get the check and pay. But up to getting the food it was stellar. We will definitely be back!
We went to dinner at Twisted Olive on a Monday night at 6pm. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait a long time for it. We had crab bisque, short rib ravioli, butternut squash bites and hibiscus, orange salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely give it a try!
because they were extremely short staffed there was a limited menu, by 8pm were already out of certain dishes, food was eh at best
This was our first time here as we are new to the area. It was Restaurant Week so we decided to give it a try. The waitress was wonderful as was the food. We will definitely to back. The 2 men ordered the "Steak on a Stone" and the 2 women ordered the Barramundi (fish). The steak on a stone comes out on a 600 degree stone. You cook the steak to your desired wellness. They both loved their steaks and the sides. The fish and the vegetables were delicious. It was cooked to perfection. We all had Caesar salads which were good, but the bowls were hot out of the dishwasher so it warmed up the salad.
We are all talking about going back since we enjoyed it so much.
We were sat down at our table. We waited around for 15-20 minutes. We never saw a server except for the one that felt the need to cut between myself and my girlfriend while being sat down and the one that the table next to us stated “I left a trail of breadcrumbs in the hopes you would return.” Luckily there was a back exit that we left out of. So many servers, not a lot of tables. This place needs to get organized. Start by firing the front manager. Such a waste of time.
Great food and great service. Even though it was a limited menu since it was restaurant week, they still had great choices.
It was restaurant week. The steak on a stone is not the usual entree..it was sirloin instead of filet mignon. It was overpowered by the sea salt. It was fatty and chewy. I would like to have had a choice of starch and vegetable. The fries were overdone and I do not like asparagus. My wife ordered the fish and enjoyed it and the asparagus. The garlic mashed potatoes were stiff not creamy. She said the lemon mousse cake was very good. The chocolate peanut butter cake is in the fridge, I also did not like any of the desserts offered! Cocktails were ok. The ones we had at a different bar before dinner were much better!
Very nice. Meeting with friends and we have never been. The food was amazing. It was restaurant week so our meals were very reasonable
Every time we’ve gone there we’ve always received excellent food/drink and exceptional service!
Please keep the partitions.
We chose off the special "Restaurant Week" menu, and enjoyed every bite. We did wish that Franklin Hills Wines were available by the glass instead of just the bottle, but otherwise had a great meal and a great time.
This was our first time to twisted olive but it won’t be our last! The food was fabulous! I had the brisket sandwich and my husband had the pork belly sandwich, both were amazing! The prices are much lower than I would expect for the quality of the food, they have a very interesting cocktail list that I look forward to trying more of!
Nothing on the menu I wouldnt eat, so it was very hard to choose. Both our meals were excellent, we WILL be back... with friends!
Great food! Food timed well. Main server could have been a little more attentive. Support staff were on the mark.
