Everything was perfect. Started with a nice Fig bourbon old fashion, and the tuna wrapped in prosciutto. The skirt steak was fantastic and to top it off a nice vanilla apricot pudding pie. I would highly recommend

The food here is excellent, we gave our go to drinks that we enjoy.
Plan on doing lunch sometime.

Have dined at this establishment several times now, and are very satisfied with this restaurant. would highly recommend for any occasion.

Food was amazing. French onion soup was a little salty however overall very good. The ravioli on the appetizers menu was worth the money. I would definitely dine here again and highly recommend to anyone that has not ever been.

Everything was great except I was able to book a reservation for indoor dining and when I got there they sat us outside and it was very cold so we ended up having to take our food to go which was disappointing because we were having a family dinner out and we dressed for an indoor reservation. The food was still good at home but it wasn’t the same. I wish the option to dine indoors wasn’t an option if it wasn’t available because I wouldn’t have picked that restaurant and I would have chosen a place that we could have sat indoors

Food was very good. Service was very good! But we had a reservation and still had to wait almost half an hour. That's why I gave 4 stars.

There was a mix-up and we were not served for some time after being seated. The server accommodated for the delay without us even having to say anything. The food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was excellent from the appetizers to the main dish and dessert. I don't even want to mention what we specifically ordered since this cook knows how to make anything taste amazing! The meat and pasta is cooked perfectly with spot on flavor and tenderness. Desserts that make you wish you could have a seconds in the middle of the night! We will be back!

A great restaurant to visit. Our meal was excellent as well as the service. Our reservation was for outside. There was a little chill in the air, but once we sat down the heater was turned on which made it very comfortable. We will definitely return.

We went to Twisted Olive to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The food was delicious & the service was very good! It was a perfect evening!

One of the consistently best restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. Better value than its competitors, such as Zest, as well. The staff is always more than friendly and accommodating too! Highly recommend for any occasion.

We frequent here often for dinner, in fact it’s our favorite restaurant in the Valley. However, We had an awful lunch experience today. We brought another couple that had never been to Twisted Olive since we love it so much and I doubt they will come back. It took 30 minutes to get a drink and a hour and a half to get our lunch. I got a grilled shrimp salad that came out without all the fixings the menu said it had... asked to get the fixings from the server and he had to bring the salad back to the kitchen to prove the fixings weren’t on there because they didn’t believe me.. brings the same salad back with fixings on the side and didnt make a new one. (Mind you this is during covid) No apology from management for the incredibly slow service, which is to be expected during covid but this was on a whole another level. We probably won’t be back for awhile, unfortunately. Food was great as always though.

This was an amazing dinner. The steak in a stone was fantastic and the cheeseboard was even better! Great service and venue. Can’t wait to go back.

Keep up the good work. The service and food quality hasn’t changed since corona. Other restaurants are not making the customer experience the way it should be. But you are. Don’t change.

Fantastic food! The Pacu fish ribs were outstanding! The wait staff was friendly and efficient.

The tuna tartare was delicious! Also loved the fish taco!

Warm service with a personal flair. Ample drink selection that delights one's mood for thier evening. Simple, surprising appetizers that leads well into a diverse well prepared menus for entrees. Food quality is remarkable and the entree is confidently prepared spiced with flavor and not drowned in salt.

The staff was short handed the night we were there and they were ALL really working hard. The food was great, as usual.

Food was delicious. Brisket appetizer was flavorful but not hot when arrived at the table. Wasn’t greeted after being sat for over 5-10 minutes. Drink order was delicious when received. Manhattan specialty. Main course very flavorful but again Not hot and took very long to receive

This bistro is awesome...our favorite restaurant! Food is always fresh and delicious. The owner/chef uses fresh herbs from his garden. Sit Outdoors with umbrellas and heaters while you people watch in downtown Bethlehem!
