Plenty of options to choose from. Food tasted fresh with great flavor. Would go back to try other items on the menu. Our server Rachel was very friendly and attentive.
The service was great, the seating was perfect and the food was wonderful in taste and appearance. We were pleasantly surprised and will return.
Had an 8 pm reservation for a birthday celebration and they never told us that they closed at 10 pm on a Friday night. We ordered cocktails, then wine, appetizers and salads all Alicante then 3 steak on a stone at $36 each as well as a pasta dish. We ordered dessert and coffee but was told we couldn’t get coffee to have with our dessert. We asked for Expresso Martinis and was told we couldn’t have them because they had shut down the espresso machine. Very disappointed in a restaurant that wouldn’t provide coffee with dessert. We asked to speak to the manager and he literally told us that had we had been a party of 6 or 8 they would’ve made the coffee for us
Service, excellent, food, outstanding...... parking is a little less than desirable.
Our first visit and we loved the atmosphere specialty drinks and the great food. We will be returning.
Excellent staff, delicious entrees. Definitely try the twisted Margherita pizza or the French onion soup dumplings
Our first time here. Alex took care of us. She was very attentive. The food is delicious. Great menu. Had a hard time choosing! Pork belly salad is unusual and fabulous. Loved the short ribs ravioli and also the octopus appetizer!! Highly recommend!!
Octopus was tender and delicious! Edamame hummus was awful. Couldn’t even eat it. The taste and texture were both bad. Service was great.
Great food, great service, a really nice experience. Brought friends (I've been here a couple of times before), and everyone had a great meal! Highly recommended.
Meal took entirely too long. Managers attempted to make right, but the damage was done. It took approximately 45mins to get our drinks and place an order. Once received the food was good
The food was very good and timely. The dessert was excellent. My compliments to the Chef.
My wife and I had lunch mid week. The menu was extensive and varied. The service and food were both excellent. We highly recommend it. We are not drinkers but they have a good selection of wines, beer, and cocktails.
Twisted Olive is amazing. The food is consistently good.
Service was great, menu was unique and interesting, but we did not think the food was fairly priced (i.e. $8 for a 12oz Troegs draft, and $24 for a ravioli special that only had 6 raviolis on the plate)
Met friends for lunch here on a Friday at noon. It was quiet so we were all able to talk and catch up. Our server was really friendly and accomodating. I asked for a certain martini on their menu to be made a bit less sweet, she created a concoction that was PERFECT. We all had various salads and everyone was thoroughly happy with all of them. Veggies were so fresh and beautiful. We were all marveling at the cool teenie cucumbers that looked like weird green olives, and the fun garden-fresh tomatoes, and our server told us they were picked that morning from the owner's garden! Dressings were light and flavorful. We never felt rushed and took our time eating and talking. It was an absolutely perfect lunch with perfect service. I've been to the Twisted Olive many times for lunches and dinners and have NEVER had a bad experience. It's ALWAYS scrumptious and the service is always spot on. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! It's a gem.
I was visiting my daughter who is a student at Lehigh University. I brought my 83 year old father and wanted a place that would suit everyone. Twisted Olive fit the bill. The food was excellent and service outstanding. Would definitely go back next time I visit.
Menu interesting and fun! Excellent food to match...we swapped and shared small plates which were generous. Our waiter did not disappoint... he was attentive, courteous and available. We will be back!
Second time here because we had such a great experience last year here. Our server last year made our meal!Unfortunately can’t say that this time. We were seated and given menus in a timely fashion. Then we waited 10-15 minutes for a server. It was to the point that we were going to the bar to order drinks. She showed then. We got our drinks and appetizers in a timely manner and was delicious! Then we waited again, far to long for the entrees.
The server apologized for the wait.
Food was delicious! I had the tuna, friends had the ravioli and filet mignon. All very good! I hope they get the staff back on track. We will return, however without the enthusiasm we had going this time.
Great food and drinks! Relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Bethlehem.
Food was delicious. Service was great.
Would definitely eat there again.
We had a variety of dishes, particularly enjoyed the calamari and their speak sauce, steak on a stone and the crab cakes. Just the best!
Great food as always but a bit lacking in the service dept from our server at least and also the fact they sat tables on top of tables when there were ample choices to choose from.
The steak on a stone dish was superb, as was the rest of the food at the table
Great food, great service!!! Best crab cakes!!
This is the second time dining at the Twisted Olive. We love, love, love the filet on the stone! Delicious meal.
Good drinks, healthy yummy food, good place to meet friends.
Great food, service and chef is personable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Fantastic food and service! Perfect night!
Came for our Anniversary dinner. Food was really good... amazing tuna entree. The drinks were tasty and STRONG!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner on a Saturday night. We shared the prosciutto-wrapped ahi tuna appetizer and each had a bowl of crab bisque. We also shared a seared tuna entree and the deep fried apple pie dessert, served with the best vanilla ice cream I’ve ever had.
The service was wonderful, the staff friendly, and the food absolutely fantastic. We will return and would recommend to others.
Exceptional food and service.
Everything was excellent! Try the French onion soup dumplings for sure.
Excellent as always. Food always fresh and excellent service
Excellent Food and service, highly recommend
We came to this restaurant for the first time for restaurant week, and had a really enjoyable experience. The wait staff is prompt, knowledgeable of the menu, and friendly. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and even the things we did not order off the menu were tempting for us. We'd definitely return.
The service and the cuisine was exceptional. We enjoyed our evening and hope to return again soon.
Food was delicious! Very different and diverse menu! Portion on entrée could have been a little larger but overall very good!
Great food and service. The pacu ribs were amazing!
Our waiter, Matt, was friendly and attentive to our every need. The food was delicious, the courses served at just the right time. The barramundi and amaretto cake were exceptional.
Everything was fabulous, as always! We absolutely love the short rib ravioli. The meat is so tender & the sauce is creamy & flavorful. This dish is unique to Twisted Olive. It's one of the specialties that keep us returning. The trio of soups is a great way to try them all. The burger with fried egg is a nice "twist" to a regular sandwich. Restaurant Week Menu had nice variety with large portions. One restaurant week entree was Baramundi seared perfectly & plated atop whipped potatoes. This colorful dish included zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, tomatoes, & almonds.
Yum! The skirt steak, cooked as reqested, was served with a soy glaze & plantain fried rice. Quite enjoyable. Give this place a try- it's a winner!
