Loved our dinner at Twist. It was a really special evening, and the food was delicious. Our veg options were beautifully plated and creative tasty. So much food in the 5-course menu that I had to give some desserts to my friends!

Food and service in Mandarin Oriental is consistently SUPER in Vegas as compared to the HK and BKK that I went many times. The good food, the good service, the good décor, the scent of the hotel, the view, the complimentary appetizer/dessert, the attentive and discerning services here in Vegas are so consistently impressive as compared to other Mandarin Oriental hotels in HKK and BKK I visited for the past 10 years. The Twist dinner we had on Feb 16 2018 is as good as the one I had at Amber in HK-MO. Mandarin Oriental is the best although price is kind of high.

We were very disappointed with the Valentines Day menu, the food was not of the standard we expected. The wine pairing was particularly poor.

The staff was very attentive, knowledge and excellent. Especially the Sommelier.
Each coarse of the tasting menu was superb.
The wines paired with each coarse went perfectly and were excellent choices.
It was a 50th birthday celebration.
We look forward to going to this restaurant again, when we are in LV.
Wonderful and fun dining experience. We were there for 4 hours.

This is the best tasting menu I have tried in Las Vegas, even better than other 3 or 2 Michelin Stars restaurants.

Amazing dinner experience. This is our 2nd time to Twist and won’t be our last. Service is absolutely phenomenal all around. Each staff member truly cares about your experience and you can really tell. My wife and I loved every course of the grand tasting menu but we never like fois gras anywhere. It’s just not our thing. Once the server noticed we didn’t eat that course he immediately went to find us a replacement course. Poached oysters with crab/cheese served in the shell, fantastic. The view is great, it’s a nice romantic restaurant with service you won’t see elsewhere. Can’t wait for a return trip to Vegas and especially to Twist. 5 stars in every dimension.

Treated ourselves to the complete chef prepared meal experience on our 15th anniversary. What an experience it was! So delicious, beautifully plated, creatively, thoughtfully prepared to perfection. Service was impeccable, portions were more than ample, something that took us pleasantly by surprise. The 23rd floor view from the south end of the strip and beyond is so good. Would have been nice if it were a little more lively but to be fair we ate quite late at 9:30. Still, go, everyone should most definitely go 😍

Twist is easily one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas if not the country. The food is exquisite, as is the wine list and the service. Of particular note, they have a drink called the Brilliant Butterfly that is very unique and delicious. If you're looking for a "go all out" restaurant in Las Vegas, you won't find a better option than Twist.

Rarely do we do tasting menus or wine pairings. We did both (one was a vegetarian tasting - 6 course.) From food to staff - all was excellent. Wine pairing were perfect and seems rather reasonable in price compared to the wine list. Certainly an expensive meal - but in Vegas - most are but most don't live up to this level of skill.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Pierre Gagnaire is not on one of the main bustling thoroughfares in any of the casinos. But instead they sit quietly out of the way on the top floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel (and they like it that way). Awesome strip views, and the tasting menu was one of the best we have ever had. Right up there with other 3 Michelin Star restaurants! The service was impeccable! Thoughtful and attentive! The 7 seven pre-starters were creative and delicious! Then the next 6 tasting courses were equally amazing. And the black truffle option was awesome. I have never seen so many truffles shaved onto a dish right in front of me! It was like the waiter at an Italian restaurant who is generous with the shaved parmesan, except that this was not parmesan cheese, it was black truffles! My venison was already incredible, but tasted way over-the-top, after it was piled high with shaved truffles(see attached pic)! Finally the 7 desserts were sort of like the endless dessert course. Then the staff even sent more deserts home with us! It's a good thing we are dessert sweet tooth's! This restaurant is not inexpensive, but is well worth every penny! Treat yourself to a special fine dining experience! We will return at our next opportunity!

Just superlative. Service, food, wine, view, ambience were extraordinary. Carlos and his staff will make your evening special. Pricey but worth it. It's not just a wonderful meal, but an experience that you will treasure. I strongly suggest the tasting menu with the upscale wine pairings. Fantastic. We will be back!

Twist was exceptionally good. The ambiance is what you would expect at Mandarin Oriental: extremely tastefully done. The menu is intriguing. Offerings are complicated but seem to work out really well. The amount of food is almost too much. But you get flavor combinations that are new and exciting and, well....tasty. The wine list is extensive with good offerings. Service is outstanding. I would recommend Twist without reservation.

Amazing service and the food was delicious. Quite expensive but worth the experience. We both had a tasting menu with the wine pairing, which was a fantastic wine selection w generous pours. We did not hold back and our bill w tip was about $750 for 2 of us, so be prepared to splurge.

Perfect❤️❤️❤️
The best restaurant we’ve ever been.
Foods are very good, ambiance great, staffs all very professional. Makes us feel so at home.
The captin Juan Carlos Ruiz is too nice, when he found out its our anniversary, he gave us super dessert and took us for a special tour of their kitchen, we got to meet all the staffs in the kitchen.
Their kitchen is so clean , even the floors perfect.
Lastly he help us took our photos around the restaurant and even outside the restaurant.
Makes us feel like a family. Much better than Ritz Carlton.
What more can you ask for👍🎊🎊🎊

Ouch. Had high hopes of this place but the food was appallingly bad. The wine was good but could not make up for the food disasters. The waiters were polite, appreciated the failures caused and waived most of the bill but a place at this level can simply not afford this. Such a shame we really hoped for a smashing success today.

Excellent wine selections. Appreciated free appetizers and desserts. Great small plate dishes. Unfortunately, seafood main dishes were probably twisted a bit wrong way. Not tasty at all. Should have tried meat dishes. Great ambient, though. Considering quality and taste of main dishes it feels a bit over-priced.
