Twin Creeks - Silverton Casino Hotel Ratings and Reviews
DO NOT GO TO HAPPy HOUR! This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. We have been here several times but decided this time to do happy hour. The rock shrimp was soggy and disgusting. The calamari was cold and all breading. The drinks were slow and the waitress was rude. We will for sure go back to the dining room but will never do happy hour again. Big disappointment
Must be the third or fourth time we have eaten here. Love their Watermelon salad! But they could never do the perfect medium rib eye...the center always comes out too done and the meat always has quite a bit of “unchewable” pieces I do not experience at other steakhouses. Service was great. I find it uncomfortable that when you use a dining coupon, in the final/adjusted bill the suggested gratuity is based on the adjusted bill, I think that is unfair to the servers.
Service was amazing. The Quattro seafood appetizer was a bit over the top in presentation, took up almost half our table), and the lobster tail was tough to remove from its shell.
However, Nadine was very gracious with our party, (that included three kids). Host could use some of Nadine’s smiles.
A bit of an issue on the service which was a first. We've eaten here many times in the past with only excellent service. Brought the wrong salad, very tough steak which was courteously and quickly replaced with many apologies. Server was fantastic and very upbeat. the issues were with the kitchen and the person who brought the salads.
Overall the Filet Friday $50 deal for salad, side, filet, dessert and a glass of wine was an excellent value.
We were in the bar about 2 months ago and thought it might be a good steakhouse for New Years Eve, so we made reservations in early December for 6:30. We had planned to have a very nice dinner and were prepared for the large bill. We had a drink in the bar first and service was OK. We were seated for dinner and no one came to our table for 10 minutes. We then got bread and water, but still had not seen our waiter. After 20 more minutes we asked the guy that brought our bread if he could get our waiter. We had been seated for 30 minutes and still had not seen a waiter. Several people stopped by and there appeared to be confusion on who's table it was. Peter had come by and took our drink order and then when he came back said he would be serving us.
We ordered and our courses started coming quickly, probably too quick. The lobster soup had a good flavor, but was just barely warm(I told the waiter when he came by to pick up the bowl). I had not finished my salad when the entree arrived, so my steak and lobster were getting cold while I finished my salad. We were never offered another drink. The steaks were tastee, but my husbands was under cooked, so I gave him some of the outside of mine. it took several minutes after our food arrived to get condiments for the potato and to ask for horseradish (again food getting cold while we waited).
The chef did stop by and we shared our disappointment. Her response was she wished she had know sooner. She did give us a free dessert, one mind you not two.
Overall a disappointing evening!

The Fillet's were very good but 1 of our lobster tails was under cooked and it took so long to get our food we were not waiting for it to be redone. is kind of expensive for how good the food was and how slow the service is. when we first got there the bread guy brings you 1 piece of bread each and it took 3 requests to get more bread. they should just bring you a bread basket like most steakhouses do.
We took advantage of a 50% off offer by the Silverton. At full price, I would NEVER go back. At half price it was acceptable. As it is primarily a steak house, I expected my steak to be cooked properly. I ordered a rib eye that came with truffle butter on it. I requested NO butter, medium rare. It came WITH butter, closer to medium well. They also have a bread service where you are offered bread before ordering and warned to take as much as you want because they probably won't come back to offer more. This encourages you to take more than you might eat and a waste that I don't understand why they would encourage. Oh well. Lots of other places to eat.
Surprisingly the steak (filet & New York) were average tasting at best. Basic dry rub of spices outside with little flavor inside. Cook was proper, but the quality of meat was not where it should have been for the price paid. Truffle fries has no truffle taste at all. The grilled asparagus was good, but cost a dollar a spear. Garlic mash is outstanding. Lobster mac n cheese was excellent as well. They serve a decent cup of pressed coffee. Drink server kept our glasses full. The server himself seemed tired and just walked away after he received his tip. It would have been nice if he boxed our left overs, or even greeted us Happy Holidays before leaving. Overall is a nice place but overpriced for the quality of service and food received.
we had chosen this place for a nice meal with our family because we were staying at the hotel. but my filet steak was terrible they had butterflied to get it well done , did not ask me and it was very dry. my daughter works for Hakkasan and have had way better steak at there dining places for the same price. GERRY TYLER
We received a generous promo coupon from the Silverton and enjoyed a superb dinner for two at Twin Creeks. The service was impeccable. The food was expertly prepared. The cocktails were tasty. The only negative about our experience was the overly loud patrons in large groups that made it difficult to have a conversation. I'm sure that doesn't happen every night... The food prices are high and we ordinarily wouldn't spend $120 on dinner, but because we had the coupon, we tried Twin Creeks and were not disappointed.
We eat at Twin Creeks at least once a month - probably more. Love the food, service, employees and atmosphere. It's comfortable and a great place to enjoy a night out. They've made 3 changes recently. They took two items off the menu (strawberry shortcake and fried green beans). Would love to see them added back. Also, this last visit, they no longer leave a bread basket on the table. Everyone we have ever taken to the restaurant has loved the variety of breads offered. Please bring back the basket of bread instead of having to choose one or two pieces from a server holding a selection of bread.
We have been here several times and each time is exceptional. It does not matter if you are a party of 2 or 12, service is always perfect. The 22-ounce ribeye is fantastic. My husband and I shared the steak and had a full order of crab legs, which were delicious. The wine that the server recommended was a perfect choice. Wonderful evening!
This place is always great! Food quality is outstanding, great prices, wonderful service, awesome drinks. Love the 5-7 happy hour. And took advantage of the 1/2 price bottles of wine on Wednesday and Thursday. My favs are the ribeye and the oysters! The seabass is also the best ive ever had!
Twin Creeks is such a hidden gem. The ambiance alone will have me coming back. The food was delicious with the exception of the dry halibut, which the waiter offered to replace. Even though dry, it was delicious. The presentation is beautiful . The onion soup that I had was better than I've tasted anywhere including French restaurants. All in all, a wonderful experience.
We go to Twin Creeks for either Happy Hour or dinner a couple of times a month. The people working there are the best and treat us like they really enjoy seeing us and appreciate the fact we come in so often. Also, Lee and Nadine are our favorite servers and have taken the interest in knowing what drinks and food we like. The bar tender even remembers I don't want any fruit in my drink which is pretty impressive to me. I didn't feel like she would remember since she wasn't our actual server. The only thing we suggest is "bring back the original strawberry shortcake dessert." They changed to a new which we don't care for. Otherwise, we love the place and recommend to everyone we talk to about steak houses.
