   Every time I stay at the Silverton I like to eat at Twin Creeks. The food and service are both exceptional!

   Had the 40oz Tomahawk steak for two. It was cooked perfectly, tender, and seasoned nicely. Had reservations. They sat us close to entrance, so there was more traffic than I prefer. The main server was a little absent, but the assistants were attentive and professional.

   And the restaurant was not crowded. However, it took over an hour and a half to get our food. In addition when we received the food, it was cold, not to mention the mashed potatoes were extremely watery. It was almost like water downed baby food. The waitress did not listen when it came to the bread being cross, contaminated with nuts, and we asked for specific bread that had not been exposed to nuts, and she walked away. The broccoli was soggy. And in addition you had to pay $22 for two small scallops, which is unheard of. Save your time and money and go to a different steakhouse. The hostess was rude.

   This was our fourth meal at Twin Creeks. The food is exceptional, and the service is spot on. Servers are attentive but do not hover. The pork chop was perfectly prepared and the short ribs were delicious.

    We had a front table with most diners passing by us to be seated, leave or return to table. Less than relaxing. Not a big issue. The bread service was not offered a second time. That would have been preferred. The food was very good. My steak was very flavorful and tender. Another in our party had a less tender steak of the same cut. The sides were very tasty . We finished with coffee and desert. The coffee service was nicely done including a small biscotti and rich coffee.
