Fantastic Easter brunch! I look forward to doing it again. Always great food too.
I went in easter and they had a breakfast buffet and my boyfriend ended up not feeling good so they offered to let us take a tango box for him later or just not get charged for him it was very helpful
Great food. Mediocre service. Drinks took awhile, server was absent for extended periods of time.
The food was delicious as always, the staff friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Always a pleasure dining here.
The restaurant week menu was amazing. The choices were super yummy and worth every penny.
Thumbs down during restaurant week! The service was very slow. It took more than 15 minutes to get a glass of water and longer for our drinks. The waiter said the bar ran out of clean glasses. We were put at a table in the back room next to a stack of extra chairs in the corner, and there were plenty of better seating options available for just the two of us. The room was terribly loud and we could hardly hear our own conversation. We normally come here for lunch and everything is always amazing. Dinner was a huge disappointment and that is including the meals we each had.
The food was delicious and the service was great!
Great job by everyone. Went during resturant week. Very busy.
Enjoyed our dinner and the wait staff we're efficient & friendly.
We normally love this place. Today was very disappointing. Our twigs signature fries were cold. The rest of the meal was ok. It took us asking for the check to get drink refills. This has been by far our worse experience here.
I had bad service in the past but it was good this time except the girl that brought desert did not give us any silverware to eat with.
I requested a quite table in the corner, by the window, to celebrate my Daughter, her boyfriend, my wife and my birthday all within a 30 day span. But, there was no mention from the hostess or our waitress regarding our celebration activities. Just seems like the staff should be more in touch with the customers and the for dining at Twigs.
Our waitress was amazing. The food as always was super good.
We had a great dinner and our se vet was attentive to our group
We went to Twigs for an early New Years Eve dinner. It was our first visit, but was recommended by others we have spoken too. We were very happy with the food, wine, the atmosphere and the service. We will be return customers.
Service was really amazing....food was good...too many onions used in everything...and quite noisey...but overall we really enjoyed it
We were a large group so we were seated in a separate room off the main dining area. It was really cold in there and the room didn’t get any warmer while we were there. The waitress was nice but service was slow, I’m sure it wasn’t her fault as we were such a large group. It did take quite a while to just get drinks though. The food was good as it usually is.
Waiter was amazing! And food as always was wonderful.
Most unique dishes, get a copy of their fresh sheet and look at the listings. They are just not the "run of the mill". The server was excellent and present.
They seem to have upped the cost of the menu and it is hard to get out after two drinks and dinner under $100.00 but it is generally worth it. Do not sit by the doorways it is too loud, get in the middle of the seating area.
I ordered from the gluten-free menu and I’m pretty sure there was so I sauce in my meal, which is gluten. I did not feel very well that evening but I guess that’s the chances you have to take being celiac
It was a great place for a date. I love the drinks and the food. We had great friendly service.
Overall a very well rounded restaurant. The Food exceeded my expectations, the staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. With how many people were there, it actually was less noisy than I expected. Also, the online reservation was handy and very straight forward to use.
Excellent staff and atmosphere. Food was excellent as always.
Great menu variety, excellent food & very attentive service. This Twigs location is the best one in our city.
Food was just okay
Not their problem , but lots of bees
The TWIGS hostess greeting was warm and friendly. She ( don't remember her name) immediately asked what our preference was for seating, and after a few more questions asked for a few minutes to set up our tables outside. She adjusted tables and shade umbrellas to ensure our comfort on a warmer sunny evening. Just a great job of customer service. Waitress was also joy on the spot whenever we needed anything, and even did some custom orders to accommodate a couple of our guests. Just a very nice business dinner experience. Thanks, especially the Hostess, whatever her name was.
Mongolian beef appetizer not nearly as good as in the past, but the customer service was great.
Server was amazing and food came out fast.
This was our fourth visit to this Twiggs. The service was fine, the food was delicious, the drinks too spendy. They do need to put umbrellas on ALL their outdoor tables. Love the outdoors, but the sun is brutal on the deck at times. Tried to sign up for a "loyalty club" on the Net as we have spent a few $$ there, but all the link did was ask us to sign in with our member number???
Fabulous time! Jen is amazing! They made every attempt to get us our special table and the server was very attentive and WOWed my teenage granddaughter with her Harry Potter knowledge and excitement :) the food was amazing AS ALWAYS!
Love it here. We try to come as often as possible!
Huge ghastly cavern causes all sound to be reverberated into a din that makes conversation impossible. Our meal was pretty bad with dried up fish tacos, over-cooked cod and stale, limp fries. I had a dinner salad made from limp brown lettuce. Not sure why this place is going down- hill. We have been there many times over the years. It seems they are drifting into complacency. We won't be back.
We got right in and had a very nice table outside along the water.the service was very good and the food was amazing.
Successful dinner out with my aunt who comes to town once a year.. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Only complaint was noise level but on a Friday night that is what you have to contend with at any place that has really good food.
Service was excellent - noise level was extremely loud - could not hear person sitting next to me.
We stopped in for Mother's Day and had a great meal. It was busy but they handled it!
Great brunch. They were running 15 minutes behind but we got our table and the food was fresh and the workers were everything full and restocked. Great salmon, french toast, and everything else.
Food was delicious and wine was tasty. Service was slow and prices were high. I'd go back only for a special occasion.
Always have a nice dinner here. The service has never failed with polite and knowledgeable waitpersons. They usually have something odd on the fresh sheet, so be sure to ask about it as it is sometimes not what was expected.
Food was good but service was not. Not enough servers...we didn't get silverware until 20 minutes after we sat down to eat our brunch. The server did not mention our options on the brunch and we missed out on some entrees. The servers were very busy...you need to hire more servers for the Easter brunch. Disappointed on our extended family's first Easter brunch at Twigs.
