Our meals were overlooked, salty and just not that great. Service was good and friendly.
We waited one hour to get our meal. Made reservations but seated in the middle of the restaurant where it was noisy and less room at the table. It was a birthday but couldn't be recognized unless you were in the birthday club.
Our server was over sat making service slow. Two burgers and 3 of 5 desserts purchased were over cooked the drunken doughnuts couldn't be speared with a fork and the creme brulee was torched so much that the cream was hot and lumping. The gorgonzola fries were over cooked and cool to the touch when served. We were not impressed with the truffle pasta, no sign of a truffle and no flavor of truffle oil. The pecan salad was bitter white pieces of roman, 2 nuts soaked in a sad dressing. I'm not sure what is going on at this location but we're not going back to find out.
From the steak to the pizza, it's all very good. Have never had a problem with the service, attentive but not intrusive.
We found out Wednesday afternoon that my husband does NOT have cancer. We were a party of 7, with our adult children to celebrate! From the minute we walked in, it was a very special night. The service was fantastic, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was just wonderful. We sat in one of the big front window tables with the two chairs and wrap around bench overlooking the back patio/water! Crystal ,our waitress, was wonderful. It was VERY busy on this night, yet she completely did her best to keep up with 7 of us ordering more drinks, more appetizers, more food!!!!! We tipped her $100 and she was worth every bit of it and more. The food was outstanding. I had the best blackened salmon Caesar salad I've ever had!! All of the food was done to perfection. Crystal will never know how special the night was for our family. We were thanking our dear Lord for the good news about no cancer......Twigs was the PERFECT place to celebrate. It truly seemed like the entire staff was working SO hard that night to make sure every table was kept up with. We will be going back again very soon for another family dinner for sure!
Great service without being intrusive. Tasty food.
Our food was very good with one exception. I ordered one of the most expensive steaks, my husband ordered a much less expensive steak. We both ordered them cooked medium. While my husbands was a perfect medium, mine was very well done. The flavor was good but it was overcooked. We showed the server and he agreed that it was definitely overcooked but offered no compensation this. The atmosphere is very noisy and although we'd made reservations ahead of time, we were placed directly inside a doorway in which the servers and other patrons were constantly going back and forth. Because the food was generally good, I would return but never for an intimate/romantic dinner.
Service was great and food was delicious!
Excellent food and wonderful ambience. The servers are lovely and the drink menu is varied. Also, I love the gluten free menu!
Such great Gluten Free options, too! We just love this place. Friendly, fast service, great food and never too crowded.
We had reservations at 7 and arrived early and we were seated right away. Service was incredible, not that we expected anything else! Menu offers something for everyone and the fresh sheet had a great variety of items. We chose the Halibut Picata and it was nice (halibut was just a bit over cooked however). Flavor was wonderful. Veggies were well prepared and food was hot!
With a group of 7 and ages ranging from 20 to 84, we were looking for a restaurant to keep everyone happy. Twigs Bistro definitely filled the bill. The menu variety is exemplary and the service very attentive. The food was delicious.
It was a bit noisy for the 80-somethings, but next time we'll ask to be seated in a quieter area.
So glad to have found this place near my Spokane in-laws new home.
Our experience was top shelf. We were promptly seated and service was excellent. We tried
and enjoyed great food off the menu.
We moved three times & finally sat outside. The chairs were more comfortable that the ones inside! Every spot they put us at to try the seats inside they were very uncomfortable. You were so low you could feel just the frame around the seat. I told my husband that if we sit here I will hurry through our dinner just to be done! I would suggest new chairs. I would not come back to eat inside & now it's getting colder to eat outside. PS if you don't sit outside not only are the chairs more comfortable (for outdoor seating) but you defintly can't have a romantic dinner inside the music is just too loud. For now, I would not go back :(
We rely on Twigs for a dependable dining experience--great service, great food, great view on the patio. The trifecta of local dining.
We are regulars at Twigs, we have always had a great meal, timely and the service is awesome. We especially love Courtney, her smile, personality is perfect, keep her if you can, we sit in her section every chance we get,
Oh yes the Resturant is also design very well.
Twigs was the highlight of our anniversary weekend! We really like the food and sitting outside was very quiet and special. Jeff I believe was our waiter and he was very attentive and did a great job!
We always enjoy Twigs North. For us, it's close to home too. We receive consistently good service from all the staff. The food is very tasty and they make really good drinks too. The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable. We especially like sitting outside...it's beautiful! It's not super expensive and we always have a good time there with family and friends.
The restaurant was a pleasant surprise in every way. It is in a strip mall area so we did not have any expectations about view, but the back of the restaurant overlooks a nice pond and residential area, very pleasant. Our party of 6 ordered a variety of dishes and everything was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable given the quality of the food. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Dinner was absolutely perfect. Our steak was cooked just how we asked and the pasta dish was excellent. Very pleased with the wine and tap selection and the service was excellent.
Great place, but parking can be a challenge. Very popular so if you can make reservations! Not a lot of low cal options, but we enjoy the Pear and Beet Salad. IF you make reservations and you know where you want to sit you should specify that. We did and they were very gracious in holding an outdoor table at the water!
Food is always great. However they did take too long to get us our food. Some of our party had to leave early and were not able to enjoy the food. The drinks came out in a good time. The server was great too.
Good food and quiet atmosphere... large variety of martinis.. realiably good food... great place for business lunches
The outdoor patio at the Wandermere location is delightful! And the interior is comfortable and bright.
Service is good and the menu offers a good variety. The full bar offers interesting martini selections and a good wine choice.
Prices are comparable to any other nice sit down restaurant. Be sure to take advantage of their loyalty card and earn point for TEMP_OC_CONTENT_HERE#039;s off future meals.
The Orange Chicken Salad was great. I ran late for my lunch meeting and they greeted my guests, took them to the table and explain why I was late and when I would arrive.
The Twigs at Wandermere is the best dining experience I can recommend on the north side. I was in at Happy Hour, and their HH options are fantastic. Both the hostess and my server were pleasant and friendly, and my martini and food were great. I love that there's a wide selection of vegetarian options (even a vegetarian pasta special that week!), and the menu overall is expansive, but not overwhelming. And their patio and view are gorgeous! All around a great place to dine, no matter the time of day.
Great Easter brunch with great service and friendly staff.
I did not like sharing a bench seat with Three other tables. I should have made my desire for a little intimacy when I made reservations. Too bad that March Maddness was going on the same time . The Food was very well prepared and served in a timely manner and our host was very polite. I would not recommend this establishment for a romantic get away.
They did not have our record of reservation, delaying our seating by 30 minutes. Frustrating
We had a fairly long wait for our food but it was good when it arrived. We were celebrating my mom's 87th birthday there and we were able to have a nice leisurely lunch - very pleasant surroundings.
We had very good apps and took advantage of the happy hour prices. The gorgonzola dipping sauce is soooo yummy!
Food was bland and fish over-cooked. Lovely setting and great bar scene but loud and tables are crowded. Worst part was receptionist forgot us after we'd checked in a few minutes early for our reservation and gave away our table. They weren't even apologetic. Sad.
This was the first time I have been there where the the noise level was way too loud. Four of us at a table could not hear each other's conversation... very disappointed. We decided to try somewhere else next time four our girls night out.
Great food great drink and a great atmosphere but a little too noisy for first date to get to know someone
We took our daughter and four of her college friends to Twigs for dinner. It's the perfect place for that - a real "treat" for college students on budgets, and a nice place for us too.
Great service! Great ambiance! I will definitely come back again soon!
We arrived for our reservation about five minutes early and were told we would be seated in a few minutes. We waited more than 20 minutes before being taken to our table. The frustrating part of that was when we got into the dining area there were 6-7 empty tables! We've eaten at this location multiple times and we were disappointed with the slow service and quality of the food this time. My salad was soggy and my husband's meal was way too fatty. It will be a while before we go back, if at all.
We went to Twigs last year for Valentines Day and loved the experience so much we went again this year. Once again the food was excellent, the ambience was intimate yet energetic, and the service was phenomenal.
I have been to restaurants that only allowed you to order off the limited menu for special holidays like Valentines but not Twigs. They offered both.
Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcomed and appreciated us as customers; you made our evening a delight. Coodos to the chef....once again overeating was a pleasure.
Our go-to spot when we want to celebrate with friends and family. The food is traditional but still innovative, with quality ingredients and great presentation. Service is friendly and helpful. The win selection is solid and there is a full bar as well. Desserts are wonderful -- the drunken donuts are a favorite! Never had a bad meal there, and I've tried selections from across the menu. Reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
This restaurant is one we visit with some regularity and have always enjoyed. We had dinner for five there recently and each entree was very tasty and presented nicely. They have a nice variety on their menu so it's easy to please everyone in our group. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the food. No ponder the place was packed!
