   Food and service is always great here. One of our favorite places to eat. For some reason it was very noisy when we were there, made it difficult to have a conversation. The creme brulee was too thick and just a little lumpy, but the orange creme brulee cheesecake was fantastic.

   We love this place. This time our food was cold and gross. I’m pretty sure the waitress forgot about us and brought the food out after it had been sitting a long time. Cool place, but I hope this isn’t going to be a trend.

   Server was nice and perhaps new , spilled water on table when we asked for refills every time , very forgetful when we would request something, we had to wait quite awhile for him to get back to us when we where ready ( 20min ) called another server to get him for us . Our server was nice but perhaps inexperienced, definitely not gonna let the experience stop me from going back ; food was wonderful.

   Twigs is one of our favorite local restaurants. We always come for dates, celebrations, etc. It's been a while since we came as I went through major surgery. We came out for the first time since surgery for our favorite restaurant. This time was completely different. The food was not made the same and wasn't very good. The service was great as always, but something changed and not for the better with the food. We were extremely disappointed.

    The service was slow and indifferent, two out of four meals were cold and inedible. The desserts were bland Not a great dining experience for two couples out on a Friday night We won’t be back to Twigs

    We went here for Valentine’s Day and we had never gone to out for Valentine’s just out of fear of lines and craziness, but Twig’s was the complete opposite - our table was even ready early! The service was very attentive and food was great as well.

    Waiter wasn’t there much and forgot what we ordered twice. The shrimp wasn’t cleaned well and had sand in them.

    Very loud. Music did not fit the ambiance. Heavy 80s music and Red Hot Chili Peppers are my favorite, but not for fine dining. Mahi fish taco was dry and overly drenched with sauce.

    Twigs has been our go to place for gluten free! So many of the dishes are comparable to the regular menu. And the gluten free is quite extensive. Last night I had the orange chicken salad, which I used to eat off the regular menu. It was the WORST gluten free meal I have ever eaten! Take it off the gluten free menu. If it was someone's first dish they tried they would never come back. Better to stick with good dishes and offer less.

    This is a wonderful choice for a special occasion. Great food and service. The fountains are a fun view while dining. Make a reservation and they are punctual with getting you seated. We will definitely go again!

    I’ve always loved twigs but this day I came to celebrate my birthday. After being seated, I ordered drinks. After an hour the waitress came over with a lackluster apology to tell me our food order wasn’t submitted due to a computer error. In between time, we weren’t checked on. I had to walk over to her and ask for another drink. I noticed those seated AFTER me had their food. I politely asked to speak to the manager and she came over and made things right. I will return but this day they dropped the ball.

    Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy. Waiter took order right away. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, as well as lunch entrees. 25 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. Entrees then arrived about 10 minutes later, but still no appetizer. Waiter finally brought out and claimed they had to ‘cut more potatoes’ because they ran out. No mention of this before. Food was good. Service not so much. If restaurant had been busy, it may have been more understandable. During our entire time at Twigs, we did observe our waiter stopping and chatting MULTIPLE times at the table near us, even at one point sitting down at this table. He obviously knew the people and was more concerned with visiting with them, than attending to his other customers. Needless to say, we were not impressed with his service. What has happened to good service?

    We made a reservation for 4 on New Years eve. Had almost no wait, and were seated within minutes, even with a full restaurant. Our waitress was extremely polite and helpful. The cocktails we had were great. Blackberry Bramble was the highlight. The food was so so. I had the Mahi tacos, my wife had the seared tuna, our guests had the burger, and chicken avocado sandwich. It felt very overpriced for what we had. Basing this comparison on other similar places we have also tried. I just feel that if I'm going to be spending over $200 on dinner and drinks, I'm going to be looking for that WOW factor. This one just didn't hit that mark. But props on the service, and drinks. Those were both wins.

    This is our tradition to come here for our anniversary, which is also on New Years Eve. The food was exceptional and service was speedy but we didn’t feel rushed at all. Our server, Rachel, was phenomenal. Fun, personable, she gave us great recommendations and made it such a great celebration. This is why we come back every year. Kudos to Rachel for making our celebration an event to remember once again.

    Typically I love all the food and service at Twigs. This particular visit wasn’t as good. The service was very poor our server was not helpful at all. He acted like it was a burden to serve us. The food took a long time. I was sad because it was the first time we had taken our kids and we were celebrating the new year.
