made reservations online, and was called early Sunday and was told we will not be accommodated on the patio because of policy of only four chairs, we had five, I stated to the caller that I would speak to the manager because every time on a Sunday, we have been accommodated. The CALLER HUNG UP ON ME. and I told the manager when we arrived and he said that is unfortunate and offered us another table near the patio. We were not happy but it was Mothers day and we didn't want a scene. ..TWIGS has lost us as loyal customers. Dont hang up on customers !
Mother’s Day brunch. We have had an excellent experience two years in a row and have decided we are going to make it a yearly event!
The tables were too close together. The waitress had to reach across, getting in and out of the seating was difficult when the tables next to us were occupied. It was too close to encourage conversation.
Hadn't heard of Twigs until Open Table suggested it. We are from out of town and stopped in Wallace for lunch. We met a couple from Spokane who raved about it and we found their description was accurate. The food was delicious and came quickly. The staff was very courteous. We will come to Twigs when we are in Spokane!
Love their burgers and fries. I requested a quiet seating area, but they don’t really have one.
Outstanding ambiance, cuisine and service. Top dining experience in Spokane.
Always lively, good service and good food. After a movie, quick coctails, or special occasion are all well served here.
Reserving the table on line was super easy, we had to modify to a later time - no issues and simple. Table was ready when we arrived, food and atmosphere great & our server, Micah, was fantastic! It a wonderful dining experience especially since we were seeing family from CA that came to Spokane for a Gonzaga campus tour.
This is the second time we have gone to Twigs for a work lunch and both times service was very slow and inattentive. This will likely be the last time we use Twigs for this purpose.
Really enjoyed the Easter brunch at Twigs. My family and I have eaten at several Twigs restaurants over the years and never had a bad meal or experience. Good atmospheres, good drinks, good sandwiches and entrees, good desserts and good service.
First time in and will not be the last. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Overall a great place for an intimate setting. Started the date night off wonderfully. Couldn't have been better
Easy to set up reservations. Hostess called the day of to confirm. Friendly and attentive staff.
Twigs is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and quality service.
Fantastic Valentine Date. One to remember over looking the city lights. Eventful.
We were seated at a table by the window overlooking downtown which made for a romantic evening. Food and service were both great.
It was overall a good dining experience.
Not too busy on Valentine’s Day, which was odd. But I’m ok with that. I don’t have any complaints.
The overall experience was nothing special. The food was very bland. Our server seemed distracted whenever helping us and took a lot of time to take our order as well as check up on us despite the restaurant being mostly empty. At least the view from our table was nice.
Even on a busy Friday evening with a band playing swing music in the mall, Twigs was a wonderful place to grab a bite before our movie. The clam chowder was amazing!
Good location for a business lunch - especially on a cold winter day. Sun streaming in
Waiter was very nice and helpful. Food was not good. Dinner salads came with dressing already mixed on the salad. One of the salads had no dressing at all and the others had very little. For the price the food was very poor quality.
Watery weak drinks, cold soggy fries, bad tasting appetizers, slow service, worn out sagging low bench seat
The server was not attentive, he never checked back to see how our appetizer or meals were.
Thankfully we had reservations - this is not typically a 'walk in' restaurant on a Friday or Saturday evening. We had an outstanding server which is difficult to find anywhere in Spokane. We were happy to leave a nice tip because the service was deserving!
I was really looking forward to a lunch with my friends and had wanted to try Twigs since the makeover. I was pretty disappointed! We were seated quickly by the host. A girl we thought was our server asked for our drink order and when she came back with our watt, she introduced us to our real server. Our reservation was at 11:30am so shortly after opening. My guess is our server was late for work? She didn’t know what the soup of the day or specials were. She had to go find out. She was very sad/serious and not happy to be there. Not very enjoyable for us. We all ordered salads. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. That seemed like a pretty long time for salad! It was also pretty slow getting our checks and paying for the meal. It is such a great location and has tremendous potential for eating downtown. I may try again but I’m not sure.
Twigs has a great setting in the mall with an open air view of the surrounding area, however the food is very mediocre. The staff is friendly and attentive and we have nothing but good things to say about that aspect. There were four of us dining and we all agreed the menu is lacking. It was an easy choice tho to dine here as we had just left the movie theatre in the mall. Go back again, most likely not.
Great service for a birthday gathering. I had a last minute change in # in my party and staff were able to make it work with some creativity! Great food and drinks!
Food was great, it was very busy and a little on the noisy side.
It's good for both quick dinner or special occasion.
Wonderful food, festive holiday atmosphere, excellent service.
It was our first time at Twigs and we were very satisfied with our meal! The service was great, the food was outstanding, and the setting was beautiful. We cannot wait for our next visit to Twigs.
Fantastic food and service. Great seating and view in the new area!
They have some pretty good happy hour drink and food specials. We love to sit out on the sky bridge overlooking the city, very cool but reserve early for prime seating.
Great food, great service, loved the view. Was seated next to a Bachlorette party when we had a 3 month old with us. Would have appreciated a quieter corner. Other than that, STELLAR!
First time visiting Twigs Bistro in Spokane. Was initially concerned about this location being in the middle of the River Park Square Mall, but once inside the setting was very nice and we didn't feel like we were in a mall at all. Food was good. Service was better and prices were reasonable. We'll be back!
We were taken care of the entire eve. First class service , food and wine.
The food here is good and there is a decent variety for every taste. The cocktails are over priced and my lemon drop was not very strong and wasn't filled more than 2/3 to the top. The sandwiched are fresh and well prepared. The vibe here is good, I just think it is a bit over priced.
A bit too creative on the pizza. Great salad.
Our server Jennifer was knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. The food tasted great and we didn't wait long for our meal. This turned out to be a great choice to celebrate our anniversary. This was a wonderful beginning to a awesome night.
Really poor quality and preparation. 2nd time it's happened. Won't be back.
