Easy to set up reservations. Hostess called the day of to confirm. Friendly and attentive staff.
Twigs is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and quality service.
Fantastic Valentine Date. One to remember over looking the city lights. Eventful.
We were seated at a table by the window overlooking downtown which made for a romantic evening. Food and service were both great.
It was overall a good dining experience.
Not too busy on Valentine’s Day, which was odd. But I’m ok with that. I don’t have any complaints.
The overall experience was nothing special. The food was very bland. Our server seemed distracted whenever helping us and took a lot of time to take our order as well as check up on us despite the restaurant being mostly empty. At least the view from our table was nice.
Even on a busy Friday evening with a band playing swing music in the mall, Twigs was a wonderful place to grab a bite before our movie. The clam chowder was amazing!
Good location for a business lunch - especially on a cold winter day. Sun streaming in
Waiter was very nice and helpful. Food was not good. Dinner salads came with dressing already mixed on the salad. One of the salads had no dressing at all and the others had very little. For the price the food was very poor quality.
Watery weak drinks, cold soggy fries, bad tasting appetizers, slow service, worn out sagging low bench seat
The server was not attentive, he never checked back to see how our appetizer or meals were.
Thankfully we had reservations - this is not typically a 'walk in' restaurant on a Friday or Saturday evening. We had an outstanding server which is difficult to find anywhere in Spokane. We were happy to leave a nice tip because the service was deserving!
I was really looking forward to a lunch with my friends and had wanted to try Twigs since the makeover. I was pretty disappointed! We were seated quickly by the host. A girl we thought was our server asked for our drink order and when she came back with our watt, she introduced us to our real server. Our reservation was at 11:30am so shortly after opening. My guess is our server was late for work? She didn’t know what the soup of the day or specials were. She had to go find out. She was very sad/serious and not happy to be there. Not very enjoyable for us. We all ordered salads. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. That seemed like a pretty long time for salad! It was also pretty slow getting our checks and paying for the meal. It is such a great location and has tremendous potential for eating downtown. I may try again but I’m not sure.
Twigs has a great setting in the mall with an open air view of the surrounding area, however the food is very mediocre. The staff is friendly and attentive and we have nothing but good things to say about that aspect. There were four of us dining and we all agreed the menu is lacking. It was an easy choice tho to dine here as we had just left the movie theatre in the mall. Go back again, most likely not.
Great service for a birthday gathering. I had a last minute change in # in my party and staff were able to make it work with some creativity! Great food and drinks!
Food was great, it was very busy and a little on the noisy side.
It's good for both quick dinner or special occasion.
Wonderful food, festive holiday atmosphere, excellent service.
It was our first time at Twigs and we were very satisfied with our meal! The service was great, the food was outstanding, and the setting was beautiful. We cannot wait for our next visit to Twigs.
Fantastic food and service. Great seating and view in the new area!
They have some pretty good happy hour drink and food specials. We love to sit out on the sky bridge overlooking the city, very cool but reserve early for prime seating.
Great food, great service, loved the view. Was seated next to a Bachlorette party when we had a 3 month old with us. Would have appreciated a quieter corner. Other than that, STELLAR!
First time visiting Twigs Bistro in Spokane. Was initially concerned about this location being in the middle of the River Park Square Mall, but once inside the setting was very nice and we didn't feel like we were in a mall at all. Food was good. Service was better and prices were reasonable. We'll be back!
We were taken care of the entire eve. First class service , food and wine.
The food here is good and there is a decent variety for every taste. The cocktails are over priced and my lemon drop was not very strong and wasn't filled more than 2/3 to the top. The sandwiched are fresh and well prepared. The vibe here is good, I just think it is a bit over priced.
A bit too creative on the pizza. Great salad.
Our server Jennifer was knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. The food tasted great and we didn't wait long for our meal. This turned out to be a great choice to celebrate our anniversary. This was a wonderful beginning to a awesome night.
Really poor quality and preparation. 2nd time it's happened. Won't be back.
Waitress was super nice and the food was great, Lemon Drops were strong just like the doctor ordered. My kiddos love coming there!!
We enjoy eating at this downtown location. They offer a varied gluten free menu which is much appreciated by me. I tried the pesto Margherita chicken and my husband had his favorite truffle penne with steak. Drink service was a little slow and as we sat out on the catwalk, the noise from the mall below was pretty overwhelming at times.
Dinner for 5 with only 3-4 other tables being served. We were greeted and sat right away then it got SLOW. 30min to get drinks, 45min to get food, then another 20 min waiting on the bill. Asked for refills and condiments that never came. An hr and 40 min for dinner?
We had a great time and the food was wonderful! My daughter and I had a nice window view and enjoyed our time together and look forward to our next visit.
Great food with a good view of hr downtown streets. It will be a regular stop for us when we'll be in Spokane.
This was our second time and I loved it even more than the first! I had reserved different seating than I received but the the food was wonderful!
Was great wife and I got there at 10 after our movie was over and the place was pretty empty surprisingly. But it was great excellent service atmosphere, got a view of the mall we have never seen before and it was just great.
Wonderful birthday meal for me. The fresh sheet "Drunken Pig" pizza my mother in law had made wish I had ordered it. It was THAT good. My prawn asparagus scampi was great too.
The crab mac and cheese was amazing! Had that and the Polynesian pizza.
Excellen food. We'll come back here if we'll be back in Spokane.
I took my mom for Mother's Day brunch. We were having a great time and enjoying our food and conversation. We were approached by a hostess who asked us if we were going to be done by 12:30 because they had a reservation for a large party coming and they needed our table. She told us to take our time but only until 12:30, it was 12:21 when I looked at the time!! There was no offer to move us elsewhere or any type of apology. I was so flabbergasted I couldn't even get upset. Even when the waitress came back around and I said we needed to hurry and get our tab taken care of because we were told our table was needed, she apologized but nothing more was done because the restaurant was full. Just a disappointing way to end such a lovely meal.
