Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar - Kennewick Ratings and Reviews
We (Wife and I) were greeted immediately and were sat down with 1 minute. Every one was very nice and professional. The food was good I think a little over priced but that comes with the Ambiance. Happy Hour is okay better than normal price but nothing special. Area was clean tables were clean no food crumbs anywhere. Was/Is a very nice place to take a date or meet someone at. We were never felt pushed out or anything.
I enjoy the atmosphere and decor at Twiggs. I've been disappointed in my entree before (burnt hamburger) but this time I had the pesto chicken and it was very good. The lemon drop martini was very tasty. We also enjoyed the prosciutto and fig flatbread. I recommend this restaurant.
Atmosphere was great but it was very busy as was to be expected for today. Noise level was moderate but not unbearable. Our server was good but not up to the service we normally receive on our visits. Again, it was very busy today, but knowing this she still could have put a bit more time into our table. We had several other waitstaff who knew is from frequent visits stopping by to say hello and check on us. It was still a great dining experience and we'll definitely keep coming back.
Went with a couple of friends to celebrate a belated birthday for one of them. We were there for about two hours and never felt rushed. We were slow to order and the waitress made herself available without being a nuisance until we stopped chatting long enough to look at the menu and place our order.
My wife and I had a fantastic meal here on a Saturday night. We started off with drink from the signature martini list. They were both delicious. Mine was a pineapple/coconut blend and my wife had some chocolate concoction. We didn't have an appetizer cause they looked to big and we didn't think we could eat it all and still finish our main courses. Most of the appetizers I could eat for a dinner. There was an interesting selection and some item for two people to share. Definitely something for large groups to try. Speaking of which...I had the Black and Blue NY Steak which came with the best Gorgonzola sauce I have every had. I ordered my steak medium and it was cooked exactly how I like it. My wife had the Shrimp Carbonara. The shrimp were well cooked, very juicy and perfectly seasoned. We shared a bottle of wine (Syrah) from the wine list, which featured a lot of local Washington wines. We split a dessert. I can't remember what it was but it was very good as well. We were seated at the best table in the house, a four top right next to the fireplace. It made for quite the romantic evening.
I had no expectations when I booked this reservation but the food, service and overall experience was worthy of a 4 star restaurant in any major city. If you are local to Tri-Cities you have to try this place out.
The food was very good. We had three gluten free people and 2 regular. One wanting a regular pizza received a gluten free crust. I thought we were very clear about who wanted what but I can see how it would be confusing. She chose not to send it back because then she would have to delay our plans. It was very loud, but it was a Saturday night. All in all we enjoyed our dinner.... including the two gluten free children!
Our waitress and the food was good, however we were seated in the front of the restaurant, very near the door - it was terribly cold every time people entered or left the building. We also had earned loyalty points that were not applied to our bill, (even though that was one of the reasons we chose to dine at Twigs for New Years). The manager was not able to rectify the problem until the following couple of days, and no apology or compensation was made for the inconvenience.
