Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar - Kennewick
Dinner: Monday - Thursday, Sunday: 4:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday - Saturday: 4:00pm - 11:00pm.
Food was good. My steak salad though had hardly any lettuce. Lots of fatty steak pieces. I should have asked for a new one but I was busy with my baby that I didn’t bother. I’ve definirely had better at this one. Was a little disappointed.
We love introducing friends to Twigs! Never disappointed..
Hands down the best food in the Tri-Cities. Some unbelievably good flavor combinations that I’ve never seen done before make this place a must visit.
The server was very patient with our table. We had great food and wonderful service.
Conspicuously average food. Service was OK.
I don’t usually do reviews, but as we live out of town, we do make it a point to have our lunch there as we like the atmosphere, healthy food and friendly staff.
The overall service was very good. Timely with our reservation. Clean. We had Mother’s Day brunch. The shrimp was mushy and the salmon was very fishy and very boney (I always pull out the bones before I put the salmon on the grill) we tasted those but did not finish nor enjoy them. The potato’s , the salad and asparagus were very good, and the rib roast was excellent. Both the cuts of rare and end cuts. Seasoned well and tender.
Overall a good dining experience, but you need to work on the seafood end of it😊.
Thanks for allowing me to express input.
Great place to get together with friends & quiet enough to easily carry on conversations! Thanks!!
Had lunch. The salads were great. Service was very good. Restaurant was cold unless you were by the fire. Limited wine list, no sweet wines.
We really enjoy Twigs! The food is good, lots of choices, nice waitstaff. Will come again!
Waited almost 15 minutes for server to acknowledge us. Food was good. Dessert was wonderful. Service was subpar. Drinks were tasty but no alcohol. Not going to return.
My wife and I enjoy twigs amost every time. The chicken bacon sandwich and the gorgonzola burger are mouth watering.
Great food and exceptional service!
Nice place to celebrate our anniversary. Food, a great variety. Service great.
Dreadful Easter Brunch. For $28.99, I had anticipated well-prepared food and adequate service. I got neither. While this restaurant promotes its catering services, nothing I saw suggested culinary competence. We arrived an hour into the brunch service, and the restaurant was out of salmon and French toast. The orange juice was watered down. The basil on the Caprese Skewers had wilted and dried out to brown strings. The Caesar Salad looked so limp and sad that I skipped it. The pasta salad was swimming in mayonnaise, but I tried it anyway...which was a mistake. I ordered the Crab Benedict off the menu and received an egg so under cooked that it soaked the English muffin, leaving it the texture of mush underneath a jiggling uncooked egg. One fork poke to the egg, and it dissolved into an inedible egg soup, revealing less than 1/2 teaspoon of a crab-like substance. After this disaster, I wanted to order an omelet, but our waitress never returned. The deserts were sub-par, so we gave up. As we placed our forks on our plates in defeat, our waitress swooped down to present the bill.
Easter brunch was fabulous!
The Easter Brunch at Twiggs was excellent. My husband and daughter were amazed by the selection and quality of food. Please keep up the good work. We will be back next Easter.
Great service! Great food! Great drinks! Good atmosphere.
Could be a little cozier. A little too open for feeling any privacy and not hearing the conversation at the next table.
Enjoyed the fresh sheet items those are always good
Good food and service! Can be noisy when it's busy.
GREAT service, tasty apps, main course, and drinks!
I always enjoy going to Twigs. The service and food are always great and I love that they have an extensive gluten free menu. Also, the martinis are fabulous.
Wonderful food and martinis. Have eaten there more than other restaurants in town and it has never disappointed me or my husband.
We loved this place; specifically the food. I can’t say enough good about the food and this will be the thing that takes me back again. Twice now the servers failed to impress. I wish I knew names for personalized feedback. On one occasion it took over 20 minutes before we were even asked for our order and then saw the waitress about once. Other employees delivered the food and refilled our drinks. We even found a different server to ask for our bill/check after completing the meal at least 15 minutes prior to asking. On this recent occasion the waiter was friendly but awkward. For instance, when asked if they had Coke, he said, “not unless you got money to go down to the convenience store for some.” He forgot to put in the order for an appetizer. He did offer a free dessert for the oversight. That’s not what we were looking for though. We did not talk to management on either occasion because that kind of conversation can spoil an excellent time with friends. It wasn’t a big enough deal; just harder to leave a generous tip. Like I said, I will definitely return because the food is so amazing.
Food was delicious and service was excellent. She was attentive without being overbearing. I’ve decided that if it sounds good, it will be good.
I am never disappointed when I go to Twigs. Usually we celebrate a special occasion and this time was no exception. The drinks were good, our waiter appeared at just the right times and the menu selections are unique and have something for everyone.
Great food and friendly service!!
Had a table all ready for us, even though 10 minutes early. Service and food was great.
Great flight of Washington State Syrah for tasting. Excellent waitress who recommended the fresh sturgeon (never had it before). Was fabulous!
Great girls night! Just spendy! Next time will try to plan for happy hour!
Celebrating my 10 year old’s birthday with my family of 6. Our waitress was super attentive and friendly and everything was perfect.
Great service, nice ambiance, alcohol drinks were tiny and expensive. Food was very good but on the pricey side.
Twigs is always a good choice! We have never been disappointed. Good food, drink, and atmosphere.
Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hostess seated us promptly and the atmosphere was very nice. We ordered cocktails, and apps as small plates. The presentation was excellent, "picture perfect", and service good throughout the visit. Highly recommend.
Food was absolutely fantastic and so was the service. We were seated where there was a cold draft when the door opened. We asked to move and right away the staff seated us in another area which was cozy. It was New Years Eve and busy but they found a table for us away from the draft. Our server was friendly and very attentive to our requests. My husband had a very nice birthday. The portions of food were very generous for the price. I recommend the Osso bucco, the truffle mushroom noodles, the steak salad and the mahi-mahi. My 8 year old grandson ordered the fish and chips from the adult menu and he ate all of it which is unusual for a picky eater. I highly recommend this restaurant.!
Dining experience could have been noteworthy, but sloppy execution and lack of attention to detail made it barely marginal. Soup was lukewarm. Had to send it back for heating. Salad was heavy on lettuce and light on all of the other ingredients that made it unique. While the open kitchen view was trendy the “open office” view was distracting and took away from the overall ambiance. Other food was decent but not good enough to make up for the glitches.
Service was friendly and initially efficient but check-back visits to the table were lacking.
The Tri-Cities area is lacking in options for a nice meal out. This is one of the better options. Unfortunately, it seems management knows that and isn’t striving for excellence. Too bad.
service was poor, food was just OK
this is not a dining experience, it is more like a Denny's with fancier decorations
Great restaurant and food...our waitress left a little to be desired.
Again we had a WONDERFUL dining experience. It was very busy, because of a local event, however, we were well cared for this visit. I appreciate the attentiveness of all the staff. Our meals were excellent, as usual. I’m so happy we chose to visit again.
Love Twigs. They have the whole package. Great ambiance. Excelkent service. Awsome food. If you have food sensitivities this is your place.
