Dinner was very good. It was not too crowded when we arrived. The noise level was not the restaurant itself, but came from the wedding that was just next door. The service was attentive too. Enjoy it overall, would go back! C

It was a Sunday game day dinner so they only serve a buffet. The servers were very helpful. The food was lukewarm with nothing spectacular included in the buffet Apparently the hostess told one of the servers to sit us in a section that was reserved and then informed us of the error and indicated t was the server who sat us incorrectly... it was bizarre. She could have just said she made a mistake instead of insisting it was the servers. Also, we did not change tables and the whoever reserved the table had not even showed up when we checked out.. again it was bizarre. I would not recommend the restaurant for the buffet. Maybe it is different during the week.

Loved the atmosphere when there few people there. But as a large group of men arrived at the bar it was louder than I personally like but probably is ghat “energetic “ level that some like. Service was terrific with the manager stopping by our table. I had the bao buns with pork which were a little too chewy. It was described as pulled prok but was a piece of pork. Very tasty however. My guest had clam chowder and clam flatbread and reported it was lovely. We lingered afterward and were not rushed.

MADE THE RESERVATION FOR BREAKFAST TIME. THEIR WEBSITE HAS BREAKFAST LISTED EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AND THEIR MENU LOOKED GREAT. MADE A RESERVATION DURING THAT TIMEFRAME BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THERE WAS ONLY A BUFFET THAT DAY. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY AVERAGE HOTEL BUFFET FOOD. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE TRIP FOR BRUNCH.

While acknowledging the place was slammed for a Springsteen concert, under no circumstances is it ok to get your first drink 30 minutes after you are seated and after the meal has already come on. We were sitting for 25 minutes before they even took a drink order. It wasn’t even that busy but I’m sure it was 10X busier than a normal night and they weren’t staffed for it.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. They should have a drink menu. If you are going out you don’t want to think of your own drink. We have been eating at all the restaurants in Foxborough prior to games and this one doesn’t seem as popular but it could be because food is better then many of the others.

I had a reservation that I made 3 months in advance and two days before I was to arrive I got a call that the reservation had been canceled. I was told that their Open Table reservation system was “mistakenly “ left open and in actuality they were not taking reservations because of Taylor Swift being in town. Because this was only 2 days before my reservation that I was notified, I wasn’t able to find reset anywhere else. I get that there was a big show in town, but it was also not my fault that they took the reservation. Also, to only alert me 2 days before was not very professional and it did not allow me me to book anywhere else as everywhere was booked solid. So disappointed.

In a mini-reunion, five friends shared entrees and salads, every one of which was delicious and prepared exactly as we had requested. Waitress was awesome, cheerful, and professional. Both food and service were great!

Food was delicious! Setting/decor nice. Restaurant was not crowded so very easy to have conversation over dinner. Server was attentive but a bit nervous which may be due to newness—we’ve all been there! And kudos to him for actually showing up to work. We’ll definitely be back. This restaurant is a favorite of our son & his partner & we’re delighted that they introduced us to it.

This ended up being a great find. It is in the lobby area of the Renaissance Hotel, but it definitely feels separate from the lobby. It's bright and big and airy. They look like they have a great bar too. We definitely go again.

Unfortunately I can't recommend paying this much for a breakfast buffet that would be free with a stay at even low-end motels. Limited selections. No omelet bar or anything. The food was good. And the servers were friendly (seating and beverages) but I can't recommend.

Open table let me put in a reservation. We showed up and they didn’t have it, claiming they don’t take Reservations on event nights. I showed her that I indeed had one. She said “we can put you on the list”. Meanwhile their was a table free. We went out and waited to be texted. Never did. We went back in to check and got the “oh, I was just going to text you”. And we were seated at the table that had been available since we first checked in. The manager was kind and attentive. I don’t think we actually ever had a service. Clearly short staffed which they said that as well Can totally appreciate. Food was blah. Underwhelming. Anyway. They should make sure they communicate with open table more to avoid a repeat of this night.

OpenTable gave us a reservation but Twenty8 was not taking reservations for the night. We got there for our reservation time and had to be Squeezed in about an hour later. Made us rush to the concert. OpenTable and Twenty8 need better communication.

Food was good.,we had Salmon and the short ribs. Staff was nice. Located inside the hotel. Lobby was loud(manageable) but the outside doors let in the cold winter air. And we were freezing.

This place exceeded my expectations. Our waitress Johanna was amazing and friendly. I wish I had taken pics of the food but we were deep in conversation that I didn't about it. However, the food was sooo good.

Very accommodating Short staffed like many of the businesses in this tough time. We had to wait for a while to receive our dinner, but the waitress did explain the situation of staffing. Overall it was good food and good service!

We arrived a little before 6:30 and weren't served our food by 7:25. We had to leave without getting our food to make it to the Revolution game. Management did not add staff to accommodate the additional diners coming for the game, even though their reservations were up and the game had been on the schedule for three weeks.

Understaffed due to pandemic (which was understandable). Burger was well done (requested medium), fries were soggy. Parmesan truffle fries had no truffle oil. It would be fine if the food was cheap, but it was way too expensive for how terrible the food was. Waste of calories and waste of a night out :(

I have not been to this restaurant in 5 years and was so disappointed with the quality of food, service and atmosphere. I made a reservation weeks ago for a party of 8 at 5pm. We were the only ones there. It took 20 min for drinks and an hour for the appetizers and then another hour for the food. Everyone complained about the quality and how the cost of the food did not match the price. My dish the 6oz med surf and turf was so bad. You can tell the food was still out bc my med rare steak was ice cold and i could taste that frozen taste to the shrimp. I had to return my meal and got a salad because the rest of my guests were almost done eating. The waitstaff did right by me and only charged my drinks. The rest of my guests didn’t complain to the waitress but did to each other which put a major damper on our night. There are so many restaurants at patriot place. I do not recommend this place

Our waitress was very nice , however kitchen was slow . We waited 80 minutes for appetizers. Only three table in the whole restaurant. Their excuse was there was a function in a private hall.

Amazing atmosphere, great servers and great food. Valet parking was awesome and fast, drinks were great. Definitely coming back to grab dinner before a Revolution game. Reconvened 10/10
