Tutti Santi - Phoenix Ratings and Reviews
We had a great experience! Made a reservation through open table and we're seated immediately upon arrival. Our waiter, Jimmy, was great! Super friendly and attentive. We started off with the calamari and stuffed mushrooms, both were great. For entrees we ordered the gnocchi and a shrimp fettuccine with mushrooms that was amazing. The food was timed perfectly and everything came out nice and hot. We're from New York and this restaurant definitely reminded us of back home. Will definitely be back!
Very disappointing. Our party of seven dined here for the first time on mothers day. The service lackluster, food probably some of the worst Italian any of us ever had. Bland and flavorless. One person went so far as to add chile flakes to their pasta just to have flavor.
Suffice it to say none of us will return.
Waiter was too pushy and rushed. At one point a different waiter asked us a question across the restaurant they were so frenzied. Would I go back? Yes- the ravioli are hr best I've ever had. The staff needs help however. Good restaurant overall. Nice family feel.
Always a great experience every time we go there. I don't think we've ever had a bad meal! Our go-to dishes never disappoints, and various specials they would recommend are wonderful as well. We will certainly return again and again for more delicious meals!
We go here once a year when we come to Phoenix. Wish it could be more often! Roberto is our favorite server and always remembers us and makes us feel special. Ravioli and cannoli cannot be beat. Hope to be back next year💐
This is the first time we had occasion to dine here. We were recommended by our landlord, we are just here for the month of March. Our dining experience was very nice, the food was excellent and the service was great. The atmosphere was very Italian as was the staff. I am anxious to return another time.
Great neighborhood find. recommended to us. We were staying at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak. Excellent service from Jimmy, formerly from NJ. Lots of excellent food choices. We chose the specials of chicken and seafood. Next year, a definite must for a really good dinner!
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Food has always been great. This night the restaurant was quite busy and so the service was a bit slow. The food however, was just as good as ever.
I had the "Ravioli by Nina", one of my favorite's, and it was great as usual.
The food was excellent, with freshly made delicious pasta, sauces, and fillings. Service was prompt and attentive, but our waiter was very inappropriate with his jokes, and the more he tried the worse he got. Rather spoiled the evening. Had we had a different waiter I would have probably given this four or five stars. Prices were a bit high for standard Italian fare, desserts were okay but not phenomenal, but the pasta was truly excellent.
First of all, the food is great.
Management is overwhelmed, we waited over an hour even with reservations (as did at least 10 other couples).
Seemed like they tried to combine a written AND electronic check in system. Failed terribly.
They resorted to passing out free wine, a noble gesture.
I would return but not on any special events.
I had made a Valentine's Day reservation for 7 o'clock a month prior to the date. When we got there, there was a line out the door just to CHECK IN for your reservation. They had booked at least 15 parties for the same time as ours. We had proceeded to stand in the line, outside, for another 40 minutes until someone finally went down the line and got everyones names. Then we stood outside for another 35 minutes when finally they had called someone for their 6:45 reservation. By this time, there were several parties still on the list in front of us so we went somewhere else that was organized and helpful. I was so excited to finally eat here since I work in the area and it totally ruined my Valentines Day. Will not be coming here anytime soon.
The food and Tutti Sandi was very good. They had a great wine list to pair with the foods. The only issue was the mismanagement of reservations on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was overbooked, and it took over an hour past the reservation time to be seated.
I booked our reservation over a month ahead of time, but when we showed up on Valentine's Day, there was a line out to the parking lot just to check in with the hostess. Everyone else in line also had reservations. Nobody from the restaurant came out to the line to let people know what was going on or what to expect. It was a complete mess, and we ended up leaving after waiting for half an hour past our reservation time.
waited 30 minutes and had a rsvp. Hostess's unfriendly and avoided waiting guest frustrated by wait. Restaurant mismanaged rsvp system and guests paid price. been customer 20 plus yrs...not anymore. so much for special occasion at tutti santi...they made it unspecial. So annoying as they didn't care at all about delayed guests. Why have a rsvp system.
