Tuscarora Mill, the cornerstone of Market Station, has been serving fine food & wine to its guests since 1985. Originally an operating grain mill, Tuscarora Mill has maintained the rustic interior & charm of the mill. Chef Patrick Dinh’s seasonal menus use the freshest of local produce. Signature dishes include Sesame Roasted Salmon, Roasted Lamb Chops & Portuguese-style Rockfish. To compliment the menu, Tuscarora Mill has an impressive wine list, winner of the Wine Spectacular Award of Excellence for the past 10 years. The in-house bakery, SouthStreet Under, prepares savory breads & decadent desserts daily. Affectionately known to the locals as Tuskie’s, this finer eatery also sports a relaxing bar, serving 22 beers on tap & a café menu. Whether it is a romantic dinner, a casual lunch or a corporate function, Tuscarora Mill will surely exceed your expectations.

Soooo good. Went to brunch. Was seated immediately upon arrival even though it was 15 minutes before our reservation. So many choices. The fried chicken was seasoned so well and the shrimp and grits were savory and full of shrimp and sausage. I love this brunch.

We really liked the ambiance, service, and attention to the little things like real flowers in water on the table. As someone else has probably remarked, the potato and leek soup was delicious. I'm really glad we tried it. My wife had the shrimp and grits (one of her favorite dishes) and thought it was very good - flavorful grits and tender shrimp. My son had the crab cakes and enjoyed them immensely. He thought the crab meat was "lumpier" than what he usually gets in a restaurant and he really appreciated that. I had the corned beef and cabbage special as it was St. Patrick's day. The first half was very tender, but the second piece of corned beef was a little on the tough side - but overall it was still good. I was a little disappointed by the chocolate cake as it was on the cold side, stiff and a little dry. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would go back again.

Food and service was excellent. Menu was pretty varied with many selections for varied tastes. The place was a bit noisy but expectedly so for a busy Saturday night. It was our 45th wedding anniversary and all of the staff recognized us for it. A very enjoyable evening.

We loved our experience at Tuscarora Mill and we loved our server Ken. He was absolutely outstanding. The only bad part of our experince was while we were waiting to be seated at our table (which we did not mind doing at all, but we were a bit in the way because of where our table was situated) there was another server who came up to us and quite rudely in voice tone and overly pained facial expression said, "EXCUSE ME I HAVE CUSTOMERS COMING THROUGH HERE". I almost just walked out of the restaurant right then. We were also customers and I felt this was very poorly executed on his part. He should have recognized that we were also customers and either seated us immediately at the nearest table or done pretty much anything other than he did. He was from I think Brooklyn or Queens and had a very classic NYC rudeness quality, but I'll tell you something I don't like dealing with that when I'm not in NYC. We will definitely be back, but I REALLY hope you guys tell this server to clean up his act ASAP or let him move on.

I have been to this restaurant before three or four times during the past few years and had better experiences. My fish was a little overdone and the selection left little for the chicken-only crowd. I also note that one of the mixed martini drinks was too heavy on the sour mix. That said, we had a party of six and the bison steak was notably great. My wife did as usual and ordered a medley of side dishes and they were all fantastic as well. This rating comes out to about 3.5 where I intend to come back again and see the more typical solid 4 to 4.5.

Dined for birthday celebration for a party of 3 at 6:30. Our party was seated on the outer edge of the main dining area (quieter and more intimate).

Red sangria - 3 out of 5 stars
Caesar salad - 3 out of 5 stars (overall delicious, knocked off stars due to the lettuce was brown/wilted)
Mac & cheese - 5 out 5 stars (rich in flavor)
Brussel sprouts - 5 out 5 stars (soft)

Waiter was bubbly and super friendly (I didn't catch his name, but he's a great addition to the TM staff)!

The food is very creative, fresh, and correct temperature. Megan our wait person, was superb, she recited the specials for lunch, each of us ordered, my guest the chicken salad and I the Rockfish. Have eaten here many times, never a bad experience. In fact chosen Tuscies to cater my daughter's wedding this May.

Visiting leesburg from new jersey. DISAPPOINTED TREMENDOUSLY. Did not sit us where requested. One main meal was so hot had to wait to cool. Other two meals were luke warm. Pork ragu with pasta in mushroom sauce was chunks of overcooked pork and greasy sauce. Did not have the energy to deal with returning. This restaurant and one other are advertised as the two finer dining restaurants. This was not fine dining. Waste of money. Maybe the other is better, Lightfoot. Do not waste your money here. Go to king street oysters or the wine kitchen. You will get quality food in a fun atmosphere. Not at Tuscomora.

Wonderful Experience!
We are locals and have many choices to have dinner. We decided on Tuscarora Mill and were delighted with the food, service and atmosphere.

The server was friendly, professional and charismatic. We started with his recommendation, Seared Beef Fondue...it was OMG good! The sauce was delectable and the beef melt in your mouth tender. My husband had the small wedge salad and also enjoyed the crisp lettuce with the creamy dressing

Our entrees, were fabulous. My husband had the smoked chicken pasta, he wasn't sure he would like it, but he was quite pleased and finished the entire plate! I had the shrimp and grits, the grits were cheesy and creamy and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. Our son was home on college break and joined us for dinner. He enjoyed the Branzino fresh fish, it was flaky and cooked perfectly.

We also indulged in dessert, apple tart with vanilla ice cream, flaky crust with delicious creamy ice cream to accompany it.
Cheesecake Beignets, were to DIE for!! They were warm with cheesecake fluffiness inside and raspberry sauce on the side with homemade cream. I've never had anything like them!
Caramel bread pudding was the perfect texture and sweetness served warm!
Coffee and Pre-dinner drinks were also done perfectly.

We had a wonderful evening, with delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and fabulous service. Thank you for making our family evening special Tuskies! We will be back :)

We went here for a birthday for my friend's mom. Let me just preface this by saying that both my friend and her mom are VERY picky about food and have a lot of restrictions. However, EVERYONE was super impressed with this restaurant! First of all, our server (Emily maybe?) was the sweetest. She took all of my party's questions and didn't bat an eye. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was adorable - we were in the main dining room in the old mill part and it was so cozy and warm. Just what I would hope a nice restaurant in historic Leesburg would be. Finally, the food...WOW. Between the four of us we ordered brussel sprouts, onion rings, the seafood salad, the spring rolls, the branzino crostini, two arctic chars and the crab cakes and everything was seriously delicious. Best onion rings ever. And for dessert, the birthday girl ordered a flourless chocolate cake which was to die for. The bill was totally reasonable for all of that (plus drinks) as well. Suffice to say, we WILL be back!

Another great meal at Tuskies! The steak was cooked perfectly medium and very tender. The wild game plate is always unique. This time was antelope and the dish was excellent. Can never miss a bowl of the chowder either. We love dining here for a special meal.

This was a birthday Luncheon party for my wife and adult daughter. We have been “Tusky” diners for over 20 years. The food and service are always excellent. Wendy was our server and although the place was packed she took care of us in style. We even received a customized menu. My wife and daughter received souvenir wine glasses and candy. Tusky’s is where it’s at!!

Had a lovely birthday dinner with my family and in-laws for my son’s birthday. The food was excellent. We had the fried oysters, seafood salad, duck breast, pumpkin ravioli, crab cakes, lamb shank and steak and scallops. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our waiter was pleasant and the service was great. My only negative would be the noise level. A bit loud for conversation until the tables around us left.
