Tuscarora Mill, the cornerstone of Market Station, has been serving fine food & wine to its guests since 1985. Originally an operating grain mill, Tuscarora Mill has maintained the rustic interior & charm of the mill. Chef Patrick Dinh’s seasonal menus use the freshest of local produce. Signature dishes include Sesame Roasted Salmon, Roasted Lamb Chops & Portuguese-style Rockfish. To compliment the menu, Tuscarora Mill has an impressive wine list, winner of the Wine Spectacular Award of Excellence for the past 10 years. The in-house bakery, SouthStreet Under, prepares savory breads & decadent desserts daily. Affectionately known to the locals as Tuskie’s, this finer eatery also sports a relaxing bar, serving 22 beers on tap & a café menu. Whether it is a romantic dinner, a casual lunch or a corporate function, Tuscarora Mill will surely exceed your expectations.

Tuskie's is always a great place to dine as a couple or with a few friends.
Wait staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and attuned to the guests.
Meals are well prepared and then presented in a timely manner.
Desserts and coffee are not to be missed.

Tuskies is always reliable. The food preparation is outstanding as is the service. We celebrate all special occasions there.

Food was incredibly average, lacked seasoning, bland. Also was overpriced for the quality and portions. The waiters uniforms are outdated and looked uncomfortable, time to update those and the overall decor. Go to Fire Works for a quarter of the price for more lively atmosphere, food and service. Won’t return.

Excellent value for Sunday brunch, great selection of well-prepared food, both lunch and breakfast items. Diningroom was crowded and our table was in the corner and tight.

The food and service was excellent. As per most brunch buffets it’s hard to eat enough to make the price point worthwhile.

I loved the experience and our server Ken was amazing and made the experience even better than we experienced. The only down side was that I ordered a steak medium well and I received a mid rare. It was chewy and bleed all over the plate and me being pregnant that was not pleasant to see or taste, the potatoe stack of purple and russet were burnt and hard and the water from the spinach had saturated the entire potatos. My husband meal was delicious lol he shared. He got the scallops and beef with mashed potatoes and veggies. Dessert was Amazing. My husband and I are celebrating us being pregnant and Ken brought our dessert with on blue and one pink candle to celebrate it was amazing! That made up for the Entrée issue.

Food was excellent albeit portions were a little small for prices. Service was excellent however. Will definitely go back just not as often as we would like.

I booked this dinner for a beautiful night out and to propose to my girlfriend (she said YES!). Once I booked it, I messaged the restaurant to discuss my intentions.

Colin did an absolutely great job of explaining what he can offer and asking what I want and how I want it to go. Upon arrival, we were seated without the slightest hint that it was preplanned. Our table was prepared beautifully, and I immediately knew that they had done all that I had requested.

The dinner was incredible, the proposal went without a hitch, and the server promptly brought out celebratory drinks and dessert menus. It was a beautiful evening, and the service in the restaurant was off the charts. We will definitely be back…a lot!

My first time there in years. The place certainly has changed for the better. We were seated downstairs which was preferrable over the much busier noisier main rooms. Food and service were exceptional. Will not wait years to go back!

Enjoyable night at Tuscarora Mill! Ambiance was OK, although we were seated in a relatively bright section of the restaurant and would have preferred a cozier spot. Menu was just extensive enough to hit on many choices but not overwhelming. Food was fantastic, of course (wild boar!). Service was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely go back.

Very nice restaurant to dine in. Crab cakes ordered were fresh but a bit bland and a little over cooked on the bottom. The tarter/relish sauce served with them too overpowering for the crab cakes’ delicate flavor. Green beans were...well...just green bean. The potato pancake included herbs that I thought didn’t compliment it. Observing some plates other guests ordered, they were beautifully presented and looked quite delicious (lamb dinner, steak dinner). Should I choose to dine here again I would try one of those. Now the Creme Brûlée - delicious!

Food was fine. For appetizer, oysters were good, fried green tomatoes were not as freshly made, seemed to have just been reheated. For entree - fish was a bit over cooked, not soft and flakey. Prime steak was good. Dessert was okay, not very creative.

Service was outstanding. Food was good, but we didn’t realize the Valentines menu was the Only thing available so we were a little disappointed in the entree choices. (The Valentines menu was not yet posted when we made the reservation and when we looked at it later, it didn’t say it was an exclusive offering)
Appetizers and dessert were very good.

My wife had the House meatloaf lunch, which was a good value for $12.00, I had the house salad which was tasty a good value and seafood entree, which was tasty but overpriced for the amount of food My wife had a half glass of wine, I had a full glass, but both were significantly less than most of the restaurants we frequent. It took over 45 minutes for the entree’s to arrive at our table. Somewhat disappointed because this is one of our favorite restaurants.

Beautiful restaurant and GREAT service. Food was slow to arrive despite mid-week reservations. Wife’s steak and scallops were cooked well, duck was over cooked and skin was not crispy. Wait staff offered a new duck, but we had waited for too long. This was the second time we’ve visited Tuscarora Mill. Food was similar to our previous visit in 2014

Service was great-- waiter was SO knowledgeable about all the dishes. Delicious ciabatta bread while we waited... The main dishes were outstanding! I had a flank steak and my husband had rabbit. The whipped potatoes were to die for! For dessert we had maple crème brûlée. Beyond delicious. Wonderful experience!!!

We've visited Tuscarora Mill before, and enjoyed it. However, this time each of our meals wasn't as good as we'd had previously. Not sure if the ingredients in the recipes changed, or just the method of cooking changed, but something was just off with each meal. The julliened vegetables served alongside the pumpkin ravioli was especially bad (none of us could finish them). The fried green tomatoe appetizer was good, but needed salt. Unfortunately, it'll be some time before we revisit Tuskies.

We have dined at this establishment numerous times and have enjoyed it. The food is excellent. The only issue was our seating. It was very noisy and the chairs in the booth were loose and kept rocking back and forth. The service was excellent as it always is and the server was very attentive

The food was great. I am a vegetarian and was pleased that there were several things on the menu for me to pick from. I also enjoyed the fact that I could hear the conversation at our table. So many places these days you can’t hear anything as it is so loud. And our waiter was very attentive. Great dining experience!
