Our waiter was attentive and kind. The food was delicious! A bit pricey but definitely authentic cuisine.
My wife and both ordered items we enjoyed. If we lived in Chicago this would a place we would visit again.
This was a gem
Had to return to Tuscany’s after enjoying a delicious meal during restaurant week. Although the menu was tempting, we opted for the same meal we enjoyed previously—baked clams and short rib ravioli in brown butter sauce. Someday we’ll return and try something else, but it’s going to be hard to switch. Drinks well made and the bread dipped in smashed roasted garlic with Parmesan and olive oil is a perfect way to start a meal. We still saved room to share a dessert—Chocolate fruit tart—now that’s a way to end a terrace meal.
Love their wine selection! Good food and awesome service.
Great food, great service and great ambiance for the value ! ! !
My wife and I ate at Tuscany's over 25 years ago, shortly after we were married. We were back in Chicago for a visit this past weekend, and decided to get dinner there. They still bring out the roasted garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan with bread, which was delicious. Dinner and service was fantastic. It was a bit loud, though it was prime time Saturday night, so that's not necessarily a criticism, just a heads up. I hope we don't wait another 25 years before our next visit.
great food, exceptional service, nice ambience. will return again
We hadn't been to Tuscany in a while. We were happy to discover not only is it as good as ever, but my pasta was better than I remembered. I didn't want to eat any bread, but when I saw the garlic they mix with oil and parmesan, too good to pass up! Our server MaryAnn was terrific.
Everything was delicious and the service was fabulous! Birthday girl had a great time!
Appreciate the ease of using Open Table. Very satisfied with dining at Tuscany as always!
Delicious food and place very nice!
We come for the Pear Ravioli and it NEVER disappoints!
Used to come here all of the time about a decade ago. Husband loved his meal. My meal, the Maccaroni Cipriani, didnt have flavor, kind of bummed.
The Tuscany is a favorite dining spot for our family when we come to Chicago because of its tasty food and congenial staff. The individual attention given to each dish shows in the appearance and flavors. Many restaraunts do serve tiramisu but too often they are like Dunkin Donuts and not like that like master dessert of the Tuscany. I also enjoy knowing that Oscar D'Angelo had his wine cabinet and favorite table there.
Food was great! Service great! Overall experience was amazing!
Great food. Fantastic option for a date or special evening. Reasonably priced given how good the food is. I will definitely be returning.
Our experience couldn’t have been better! The food & service were great. I like the size and atmosphere of this location much better than the Wheeling location. Overall, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
Great and welcoming staff, delicious food and wine
Great service, great food
Tried for restaurant week. What a find. Good food, good atmosphere. Will be going back soon.
BEST steak I have had in years!!! Wonderful lunch menu options.
Took advantage of Chicago Restaurant Week and experienced an exceptional meal at Tuscany. From the drinks, warm bread served with fresh garlic, parmesan and olive oil to the tiramisu for dessert, the meal was excellent. Our server was most attentive. Have always enjoyed Tuscany, Restaurant Week put the icing on the cake.
Too bad bread and roasted garlic spread is NOT free. Refill is extra but unreasonable
Lovely service, and very friendly at that. We were slow in getting to the menu, and no one made us feel uncomfortable about the delay, even though Tuscany seemed very busy on that Tuesday evening.
Our penne was quite spicy, which we both enjoyed (though it might not be a bad idea to describe it as such, for the unwary).
I will most certainly repeat the visit the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Thanks to all!
We adore this restaurant and the addition of a fabulous server, Marianne Q(or G?) was their special ingredient. She made us my husband's favorite spread even though it's only served at dinner (their whole garlic, olive oil, parmesan spread for their bread), suggested a delicious wine, and brought our order with perfect timing. The short rib stuffed ravioli in a marvelous sage butter with parm shavings and whole sage leaves is out of this world. My husband's favorite pasta there is the pear and pine nut ravioli. We also shared the caprese salad which had a really wonderful balsamic to drag the tomatoes and mozzarella through for a second fork full. And yes, of course we had dessert! The carrot cake is delish and she sent us home with their flourless chocolate tart too.
Because it was our anniversary, we went for a late lunch since we had other plans afterwards. I share that only so you understand that when I said noise level was quiet, there were only a few other tables at 1:30 on a Monday holiday. Do not expect that in the evening, but don't let a little noise stop you. I highly recommend asking for Marianne. You'll love her and we can't wait to duplicate that lunch again. It couldn't have been any better if we were in Tuscany....
first time dining in Little Italy. Phenomenal event.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Great service Reasonable prices
We ate here on a Friday night. We had no problem getting a reservation, however the weather was horrible. The general menu is relatively large and there were additional specials. Overall we had a great meal with attentive service. The staff treats you like they really care. This is a great restaurant.
Excellent food and service
Best Italian in town. Great service and the food is amazing. Highly recommend.
Always a treat to visit Tuscany. It feels comfortable the minute you walk in.
Everyone is friendly, it looks inviting and feels welcoming.
Great salads for lunch, service attentive without being intruding and a great place to
The food was amazing!! All four main dishes were delicious and the two desserts were to die for!! Loved the special touch of the roasted garlic spread made right at the table.
Good just not as good as it use to be.
