Tuscany Gardens - Tuscany Suites & Casino Ratings and Reviews
We got a table at 6 because our show was at 7:30. We were almost late because our waitress was busy chatting with a couple she knew. Didn't get a chance to check out the casino before the show and after the show we had plans. I'd only recommend if you're seeing the show.
Tuscany Gardens is the perfect place for fine Italian dining. There was a nice variety of menu items to select and the food was not overly heavy. The atmosphere was quaint and presented a relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly the food tasted scrumptious and the service was excellent.
Best Italian value in Las Vegas! Hidden gem that's three (long) blocks off the heart of the strip. Excellent food, service and surprisingly very nice ambience. Have been going there for over five years on our LV visits and have always had a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend that you try it if you're wanting to venture out from the strip's overpriced and indifferent service dining options.
Seated upon arrival by a very nice hostess who spoke to us and just didn't walk us to a table. Server arrived for drinks and offered their selection of wines. We shared a bottle and it was a good value instead of by the glass. The meals we had were delivered hot and were very tastey. Would recommend the veal. Very tender.
Went here with friends on a trip to Vegas. Food was very good and service was excellent. Value was great and reasonably priced especially for Vegas. This is pure southern Italian comfort food. Very traditional and not foo foo like several other Italian restaurants in Vegas. I recommend this highly for a casual nice meal especially before a show.
The Good: The food as always. Best Osso Buco in town. The Manager was also great.
The Bad: The server named Hilda. Rude, short tempered and insulting. She actually called me a liar because she didn't know what I did. I confirmed with the hotel but she insisted I was full if it...unheard of in a class restaurant.
I was very disappointed in this visit. We have dined here many, many times before and have always had a very good experience. We were seated 20 minutes before our waiter, Sergio, came over and mumbled something about "a station mix up".
The foursome that arrived after us was served before us both for the salad and main course. We were also a party of four.
My no dressing salad arrived, it was lettuce only. No carrots, tomatoes or onion. It was promptly remedied. A second bread basket was ordered and had to be reordered as the waiter forgot to have someone bring it.
I have never had a bad experience before at this restaurant and hope that it was a one time experience. The food is excellent.
The decor has changed to a more modern look but we prefer the old style. The chef has changed so the dishes are different. We again prefer the old menu and old chef but the new meals are still very good - although slightly more expensive. We specifically stated in our reservation that we were celebrating a special occasion but we never received any special consideration or acknowledgement.
Restaurant was fine and waiter very attentive.
Food was good but not exceptional. I had higher expectation based on the review read originally. Price a little bit on the high side depending what your order. Environment was quiet what is rare these days so you can actually have some privacy time and conversation.
Service was good and not rushed what is appreciated and more authentic for the European dinning experience.
Overall good place to try.
Signature dish is Osso Bucco, how could I go wrong?
I tasted old, dry and the marrow accented the the fact that it was 2 days old.
I understand that it takes time to prepare, but my issue is: If it is your signature dish then it should be stewed that day, and not be warmed up left overs from 24 or more hours ago.
My companion asked to have the left overs to go. They doggie bagged my Osso Bucco, untouched, save a few bites, but did not bag my wives Pasta dish. We discovered this once home.
No gripes with service, ambience and such. 2 stars for food.
Had been wanting to try this restaurant since our previous visits to Vegas, and finally got the chance. We were not disappointed. Started with two great cocktails, then settled down to eat. Very good, well-made and presented Italian food. You could easily taste the freshness. If you have a craving for some good ravioli, you won't go wrong here.
Not a place to go for gluten free. The meal was failure upon failure. The only thing they got right was my son's feel. I ordered Gluten Free Fetticini Alfredo and Filet of Sole. The Alfredo came first as it should have, but it was not gluten free. They re-ordered the Alfredo. They then brought me fish. Unfortunately it was Salmon and the sauce may have contained wheat. They re-ordered the fish. They brought what appeared to be Alfredo which looked horrible, watery with uncooked noodles. They re-order the Alfredo yet again. Next they brought the fish and it was actually excellent. Soon thereafter they brought the noodles again and they were marginally acceptable, so I ate them. During this, my cocktail came during my first course, which I couldn't eat, and my wine came as I was finishing my fish and waiting for the pasta to return. The only thing the restaurant did was apologize. I went home and took two Imodium. Fortunately I only got a small amount of wheat exposure.
I enjoyed my dining experience. It is pretty pricey so I would recommend it for special occasions. The ambience is very romantic with the low light and booths spaced far apart so it's pretty quiet. There was nice light Italian music adding to the atmosphere. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was delicious but nothing I couldn't make at home. I would go again next time I'm in Vegas and in the same hotel.
