Tuscany Gardens - Tuscany Suites & Casino Ratings and Reviews
Went to a show and dinner was to be included at Tuscany Gardens. Unfortunately no one communicated that there was a separate, short menu for those attending the show. I don’t really blame the restaurant as the show was set up by a third party but it was disappointing. To make it worse, my wife and I ordered off the regular menu and still found the food generic and very heavy.
The atmosphere would have been ok if the place wasn’t totally empty. They did have a small, quiet bar area that looked enjoyable.
Overall GOOD !
They have a really good crispy flat bread with a nice evoo & balsamic dip
we had the stuffed mushrooms with sausage & goat cheese with butter sauce, the mushroom was the predominant flavor, sausage & goat cheese flavors didn't shine at all.
The Gnocchi bolognese was ok, the pasta was nicely cooked however the sauce seemed to be dry as though it was under a heat lamp for a few minutes so with enough grated cheese it made the dish more palatable. The star of the night was the Truffle Ravioli, it was well cooked , the sauce was delicious and the truffle taste was nice(i would have like a bot more, thats just me cause I love the taste. but a bit less is better than TO much)
We ordered two glasses of wine 3OZ @ $10 the tried to charge for 6OZ @ $19 BEWARE.
Wonderful food and delicious wine. The waiter was good but got busy so was not as attentive as expected. However service was still quite good. Antipasto platter was tasty and enough as an appetizer for 3. Chicken picatta was perfect as was the salmon. I would visit again.
Good food, great atmosphere, wonderful service, very relaxed, just a great place to go with family and friends. We were probably the loudest people there. It was our Christmas dinner when we could all get together. What a very fun evening. See you next Christmas if not before!
Thanks for adding a few of our favorites back. Good choice!
Suzy, our server was excellent. The "Sunday Gravy" was good. Don't order the Canolli. It didn't even come close to what a "real" Cannoli should taste like. It was a "rolled wafer" with a filling that I couldn't even recognize. The cappuccino had too much cinnamon. The food here is never consistent. The lasagna was "limp", overcooked and disappointing.
We got a table at 6 because our show was at 7:30. We were almost late because our waitress was busy chatting with a couple she knew. Didn't get a chance to check out the casino before the show and after the show we had plans. I'd only recommend if you're seeing the show.
Tuscany Gardens is the perfect place for fine Italian dining. There was a nice variety of menu items to select and the food was not overly heavy. The atmosphere was quaint and presented a relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly the food tasted scrumptious and the service was excellent.
Best Italian value in Las Vegas! Hidden gem that's three (long) blocks off the heart of the strip. Excellent food, service and surprisingly very nice ambience. Have been going there for over five years on our LV visits and have always had a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend that you try it if you're wanting to venture out from the strip's overpriced and indifferent service dining options.
Seated upon arrival by a very nice hostess who spoke to us and just didn't walk us to a table. Server arrived for drinks and offered their selection of wines. We shared a bottle and it was a good value instead of by the glass. The meals we had were delivered hot and were very tastey. Would recommend the veal. Very tender.
Get the crab legs! You will not be disappointed. A pound and half, cut and ready to peal from the shell. I usually get one order for the table and everyone enjoys them with their entries. Most everything on the menu is wonderful. A nice "off the beaten track" restaurant located in the Tuscany casino.
Went here with friends on a trip to Vegas. Food was very good and service was excellent. Value was great and reasonably priced especially for Vegas. This is pure southern Italian comfort food. Very traditional and not foo foo like several other Italian restaurants in Vegas. I recommend this highly for a casual nice meal especially before a show.
The Good: The food as always. Best Osso Buco in town. The Manager was also great.
The Bad: The server named Hilda. Rude, short tempered and insulting. She actually called me a liar because she didn't know what I did. I confirmed with the hotel but she insisted I was full if it...unheard of in a class restaurant.
