Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. Come and enjoy our all-new menu in a more intimate and seductive dining room. Serving weekend brunch accompanied by live music, you will not get an experience like this anywhere else off the strip in Las Vegas. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of steaks from Meats by Linz, domestic Wagyu Tomahawks, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeyes, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, and a Wagyu Ribcap. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Always Free parking.

                Was our first time dining. Everything was fantastic. Service was on point Leah and Kevin are a good team. One of the best NY strip steaks ive had. Lobster ravioli were really good. Brussel sprouts weren't our favorite but they handled it properly, stuffed mushrooms were so good. But try to keep the sauce for the bread before someone took it away. Regardless, we'll come back again!

                This was our first visit to Bistecca and won't be our last. The Restaurant Week menu was perfect and the entrees, salads and desserts were great.

                The food was served to perfection. Our server Leah was so nice and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming. We had the ribeye and halibut. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the halibut was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

                We had an excellent experience at Bistecca. The service and food were delightful and the prices were very reasonable! This restaurant was a nice surprise and was such an easy meal before walking to the sphere!

                First time trying this restaurant and we were impressed. Great menu choices lovely ambience, excellent food, and great service. Couldn’t have asked for more.  They serve warm delicious focaccia bread with a ricotta and honey spread. Nice welcome to the meal. My husband got the halibut on the Restaurant Week menu so it came with an appetizer and dessert. Nice portion of fish and a lovely italian veggie medley came with it. I got the veal Oso Boca with fettuccine, their house specialty. It did not disappoint. We both enjoyed our meals very much.

                Went there for a birthday dinner. The service was phenomenal. Everyone loved their dishes. The halibut was well prepared and moist. The real chop Parmesan was great bone in ribeye was perfectly cooked and the short ribs were delicious side and the stuffed mushroom appetizer was phenomenal.

                The restaurant was very nice and the staff was amazing. I had the 16 oz veal chop. It was a little salty and my wife had the lobster stuffed pasta. The pasta was good but the lobster on top of the pasta may have been going bad. It made my wife's stomach a little upset when we got home.
