Excellent food but service was a bit slow. Very good menu selections
Food was amazing! Service was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner!
Too expensive for the portion size! Nice ambiance and excellent staff; very welcoming and cheerful!
Pizza is delicious! Staff is wonderful! Nice atmosphere too!
Amazing food and awesome service. Can't wait to go back.
Made a reservation at 7:30 and got sat at 7:50 after people that came after me were sat with a similar party size. Server was nice but not attentive. After another 20 minutes, we finally ordered our food. Food came about 40 minutes after it was ordered. The manager came over and apologized which was nice. Steak came out way too cooked and had to be send back. Paid $36 for THREE scallops. Pricing is ridiculous and the taste doesn't match the price.
Tldr: waited over 1 1/2 for my food and it wasn't great. don't get tricked by how great the restaurant looks.
The food was very good, not outstanding but what we expected on a busy mothers day. However, our waitress was the most outstanding part of our experience. Between fixing our wobbly table which should have been noticed by the management, to replacing a tasteless glass of coke from a faulty soda fountain, to comping my espresso which came out long after dessert was served, to waiting 20 minutes for a glass of wine to be poured—she maintained a professional, friendly and efficient manner. We knew none of these follies were her fault so we maintained a humorous, understanding attitude. True, it was an exceptional busy day, but I’m suspect you did not have enough staff on hand to prevent these mistakes. I noticed reception people were rather frantic. Still, I would visit the restaurant again, perhaps on a normal weekday when things are a bit more controlled.
Mother’s Day. Very disappointed in this trip to Tuscan.
90 mins to get a meal.
Restaurant was crowded and extremely noisy when we arrived. Very hard to have a conversation. Our server was great, although the kitchen was backed up and our entrées did not arrive for over an hour. One of our dinners was extremely spicy. This was not noted on the menu. We had to send it back and our server was very gracious, she agreed to take it off our bill, which we did not expect. Overall food is very good, but pricey. Would prefer to go there again on a quieter day.
Mother’s Day was our first time here. The food was excellent, I had the salmon and my son had the rib eye. It was huge! Portion size was good. Our waiter was very attentive on an extremely busy day. Would highly recommend
Wait staff super friendly and welcoming. Food came out in perfect time. Waiter was knowledgeable of teh menu. Food is excellent ! Filet was cooked perfect.
Food was overpriced, the scallop special only had three small scallops for $30. They did not have pizza for kids on Mother's day and they forgot fruit on the kids meal.
We went for Mother’s Day, so it was very busy. But we had no problem getting a reservation. We were seated promptly, and our waiters (we had 2) were excellent. We all liked the food, and I went with the half-plate for my meal. Portions are big, so that was perfect for me. Highly recommend to anyone and plan on going back!
The food and service was quite good, including the lobster ravioli, filet mignon, and flatbread pizzas that or party ordered. We were amazed at how non-rushed the service was for a Mother's Day, even though the place was filled. Our visits have been consistently good here (this is our 3rd visit.)
We went here for Mothers' Day. The food was good overall as was the service.
We went to an early lunch on Mother's Day. Moderate noise level but comfortable. Had a delicious, nicely spaced 4 course meal. Attentive service, did not feel rush. Great meal.
Overpriced for the service you receive. The food is pretty good but not worth what's being asked for. The waiter was also not as attentive as he could've been.
Tasty food, a little loud and a little pricey. Great wine list, and most pasta dishes can be half portions so you can get some appies and dessert, which I'd recommend. I'm the last one to ever order mozzarella sticks, but these were homemade and absolutely awesome. Skip the meatball app, it's huge, it was undercooked, and it will feel like it took 3 days to digest. Wish we got the beet salad instead.
Casual dining, service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait. Overall moderate value.
Made us wait for 10 minutes even though there were plenty of empty tables. Poorly run, or trying to be trendy? Otherwise, food was great and server was gracious and efficient.
The service and i’m Beyonce were great the food was average.
Exceptionally friendly Greeters, good wait staff and excellent food. Pricey for Italian cuisine, but knew that going in. All toll - it was a pleasant, enjoyable Sunday lunch.
Food was excellent and so was the service. I would recommend this restaurant, no matter what type of occasion.
Very good food and great environment. It was slightly on the expensive side but overall very good.
Good food...Great service...Fun night!!
Celebrating a birthday on Sunday, April 28th! We enjoyed our experience. Food was tasty and service was great.
Looking forward to returning!
Everything was delicious from start to finish. Our waitress was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and give us lots of suggestions. She checked on us frequently. I can’t say enough good things about her.
We were seated in a comfortable roomy booth.
We started with fried calamari which was served with lemon aoli. The combination worked perfectly. My husband loved the Burrata with prosciutto. I loved the pears on top. I also enjoyed the Burrata and prosciutto. The prosciutto was nice and lean. Oh, and the bread was great as well. I loved how they put the whole garlic cloves in the olive oil for us to dip.
My husband had a glass of house red wine and I had a cucumber martini. I really liked it. Fresh and sweet. Our waitresses recommendation and I would definitely order it again.
We both enjoyed our lobster raviolis for our main course. They were served with shrimp on top. The sauce complimented it well. The pasta was delicate and the lobster was sweet and abundant. Another recommendation from our server.
We ordered the chocolate cake/torte for dessert... amazing! Each bite was heaven on a spoon. Our waitress brought us a cannoli with a candle to wish us a happy Anniversary. I loved the cocoa nibs on the ends. My husband had cappuccino and our waitress made me a special hot chocolate since I don’t drink coffee.
Our meal was a bit pricy, but we enjoyed every bite. My tastebuds were very happy!! I highly recommend Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington.
Love it can’t wait to come back!
Fantastic dinner! The food was phenomenal, scratch pasta, wood fired salmon, and slow cooked, fork tender osso bucco... And great wine to go with it! Sarah, our server, was knowledgeable and extremely gracious, and Jimmy the manager personally came over and explained and then opened the delicious wine. Great experience, and definitely going back soon.
One of the most outstanding experiences,we have had in a long time..the restaurant’s ambience is so serene and beautiful that it envelops you and relaxes the experience..the food was delicious....especially Caprese salad!Want to go back already!
Very happy with our experience at Tuscan. Service was awesome and food delicious!
Definitely will go back again and will recommend to our friends.
Portions were very small for the money. Wait staff was excellent.
Very disappointing. The Bolognese was nothing special. The butternut squash cappellacci was very good, however the lunch portion had 3 pieces the size of raviolis for $14 or 4 pieces for $24. Absolutely not worth the cost. One meatball cost $6.50 and it was mediocre at best. The service was slow even though the restaurant was near empty, and the waiter took about 20-30 minutes to bring the coffee out after the dinner and after the dessert was long gone, even though the dessert and coffee were ordered at the same time
We have previously had amazing experiences at Tuscan Kitchen so we were surprised to receive the service we had on Sunday. Luka was nice but was not very attentive. The food was average, unlike previous visits it tasted better than some of our meals in the north end. The four of us left disappointed honestly.
Terrific! We went there to celebrate the joint birthdays of our daughter and son in law and were accompanied by their soon to be three year old daughter. Everything was great, from the service to even the attention paid to our granddaughter. Everything was exemplary! And the FOOD! We can't say enough about it. The restaurant is a little distant from our home and we wish it were closer. We definitely look forward to returning.
Service was great and food is always very good.
Consistently great food here. Dinner and a movie. Perfect.
Waiter mentioned gluten free options not on menu. Very happy with service and food!
My girlfriend and I met to catch up ... the waiter was very accommodating to allow us to order a series of appetizers, spread over a lengthy time, as if they were small plates, while we caught up. Food was great, service was great thank you for a lovely evening,
Elizabeth is an amazing and professional server
