Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. Made reservations and requested a booth. Waited 15 minutes after reservation time to be seated meanwhile three small groups of ppl came in and stated in front of us they didn’t have reservations and were seated before us. Waited over an hour for our food without even a simple
“Sorry for the delay” and not one time did a member of the staff check or refill our water or ask if everything was ok/if we needed anything. We literally watched people around us receive great service. Won’t be going back.

First impression, no greeting and poor choice of seating for my group, service was lacking, I think you are higher end establishment and we were surprised the lack of wine knowledge and no offer for someone who could assist with wine bottle choices. We were seated in a booth that was serviced from bar, as I said better options looked available. Food was good.

We were there on Sunday night to celebrate my son's birthday. The ambiance is beautiful. We had been to this restaurant on a prior occasion, and it was wonderful. Sunday night was a different story. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left it was not good. The hostess looked confused when I told her we had a reservation so we had to wait until she figured things out. After being seated our server was less than pleasant, inattentive, and borderline rude. She literally threw a napkin that we had requested for my son on the table. Apps were not good - calamari was greasy and burrata was rubbery. Main courses were ok, not great. My husband's dinner was very small, but thankfully he is not a big eater. Husband's coffee was warm, not hot, and molton lava cakes were not warm. We were completely disappointed that we opted to go to this restaurant for our son's bday. Saving grace was the very nice manager who came over and spoke with us, gave a gift certificate for a return visit, but we will not go to that location, maybe one of the others as we were up in that location for that night only.

I have dined at the Portsmouth NH location several times and have been pleased with the service and food. This location is not the same and lacks in both service and food. Our waitress went missing and infrequently visited the table. Ran out of bottled water and no one refilled nor could we find anyone around to refill with either another bottle or tap water. We weren’t in any hurry but the pace of everything, from order taking to food delivery, etc just doesn’t merit a return visit.

Nothing special. The Taco Bell of Italian food, but a lot more expensive. Service was very slow (which she kept acknowledging each time she came to the table.) I am always optimistic about good Italian but I have tried this location two times and each visit was bland. I had the lobster ravioli. Not awful but nothing to write about. My wife had the salmon. Again, not bad, just not good. Throw in the price of each of these plates and then, you are talking about a bad meal. The wine list is very limited and not close to the value you pay. I gave this location two tries and I will never return.

My cousin and I had an enjoyable time with a lovely server. She was absolutely wonderful. We started with wine, which was very good. We then split a salad of field greens. And for dinner, my cousin ordered a pasta dish which she thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered a grilled salmon with asparagus and sweet potatoes. While the vegetables were good, the salmon was burnt and dry. As an avid salmon eater, I know this happens when they try to cook this through too quickly. So if you are a pasta eater, you will enjoy.

Great spot to meet friends before or after shopping. The food was delicious and the service was very good. If you find something on the Lunch Menu that you may like and it is Dinner time, do not hesitate to ask> They accommodated my craving from their online Lunch menu....Great Steak...Yum!!

This is second visit for us. Unfortunately disappointing again. Most everything is grilled, not that this in itself is bad, we just don’t like this style of Italian cooking, many entrees with similar taste.

I took my colleague to Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington on Friday night. The place was fairly busy at 8pm, it helped we had reservations. We ordered duck for an appetizer, my friend got salmon for a main course and I've got shrimp with pasta. The duck was OK, with a bit of ricotta cheese and a touch of fig gem. The salmon arrived overcooked, with full size asparagus and big chunks of sweet potato on the plate. Obviously, asparagus was not cooked evenly. The entire plate lacked sophistication and flavor whatsoever. My shrimp was in a league of its own: the vermicelli - the pasta was so thin, that vermicelli is what comes to mind - was glued into one big vermicelli cocoon in the middle of the plate. The cocoon was surrounded by shrimps and shallots in an acidic/sour sauce. Regardless of the effort, I failed to unstick the pasta and fall in love with the sauce. The ambiance was nice and the service was fair. But the whole experience was rather mediocre.

The food was great as always. The service was bad. Our dinner came in first before our appetizer. We have to ask what we need like plates, steak knives. Our server was not attentive. But we will still coming back because we love the the food. Maybe in Salem not in Burlington.

The tomatoe sauce tasted like tomatoes paste zero flavor and very acidic. The turkey dinner was unimpressive. Stuffing served was not only dry but very bland. The server never asked how our food was and dissapeared for long wait times. We sat at the table for 30 minutes before we even were asked what we wanted for dinner.

Love their new menu, although we were disappointed that the paninis are served cold and not warmed in the panini press. But the food was delicious. Our server, Billy, was great. Kept tabs on us without being intrusive. And made sure we had everything we needed.

This is the 4th or 5th time we went to Tuscan kitchen. It was the first time we were disappointed. Service was slow. Our server was a little abrupt and tossed food etc on the table. We ordered a sald which was very good. Our pizzas were undercooked with some dough unbaked and vegetables raw. There as a party/event at the same time. Seemed like staff and kitchen frazzled by volume.

I waited a long time to be seated even though I had reservations and it was very cold in the waiting area. The table I booked for 5 was very cramped and uncomfortable. The food was mediocre, not quite what I had anticipated. The desert was dry and stale- after one bite we didn’t eat it. And the service was poor. I wouldn’t go there again.

No consideration for customer. After the 4 of us were seated and served water and bread we were asked to move from that table so another reservation of five could have that table. First we should not have been asked to move. Second the table they offered was next to the kitchen - a noisy pathway. So they offered us inferior seating. We requested a better table - which they took us to. We had to bring our drinks and bread with us. Were upset at this point and asked to see manager. To us it seemed they just sent the head waitress and not the manager - who was seen roaming around to various tables. Her explanation the that table had been reserved for a party of 5 and that we were seated there incorrectly by a waitress that was new did not wash since the waitress was told were to seat us from the person checking us in. Eventually she offered us an appetizer - which she should have done sooner.
Very unhappy with process and they will not see us our our friends at any time.

The waitress was very attentive, and helpful, however, we arrived at 6:10pm for a 6:30 reservation , so I told the Maitre D, that we would get a cocktail at the bar before we sit. He stated that he would have to move the reservation back to 730 pm if we were to do that, due to being fully booked. So we sat instead( kinda takes away from the meaning Casual Dining) Again the highlight of the night was the waitress, but the lowlight was definitely the Maitre D and his abrupt attitude.

A friend & I enjoyed our salads for lunch. The straight up Margarita was delicious.

Not sure what has happened, but food wasn't hot like it was previously, just luke warm. Our server was really nice, but it seems they are very short staffed. Was here a few months ago and it was excellent. Maybe it is under new management or different cooks? My veal scallopini was not tender, it was overcooked. My husbands ravioli was "just ok". There are other restaurants to choose from in the area, highly doubt we will be back.

Food was delicious, and service was awesome. They don't rush you, you get to enjoy every bite! It was my friends birthday, they brought her a complimentary birthday cannoli complete with a lit candle. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special.

Tuscan kitchen has a warm homey feel. Tables aren’t too crowded together. If you are sitting away from the bar area, the noise level is moderate. The food and service are both very good. Meals are a bit different than ‘standard’ Italian restaurants.
Very nice place for lunch or dinner.
