Food and service was good .
We will be back
This place was so beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was excellent. Definitely one of my new favorites!
Everything was delightful as usual. I think we'll ask for another table or a booth next time as we are all hearing compromised and being across from the kitchen was challenging for our conversation.
Great waitress, very attentive. The food was very tasty.
Everything was great, especially with all of the restrictions restaurants are facing. Our server Tim was fantastic. We had a great patio table by a heater which was nice. The food was fantastic as always- never a bad meal at Tuscan.
The rigatoni regular-sized was smaller than expected.
No Filet Migon - which had been previously on menu and available for takeout.
In attentive staff which repeattive walk pass us and did not ask about us.
Don’t expect to order a lunch item like a sandwich or panini on a Saturday. There is no lunch menu available then. The Margarita pizza had a thin crust and was cooked well. The eggplant was just plain weird. Would not order that again. Server was pleasant and efficient. Seating staff must be trained not to make eye contact unless necessary. Outdoor dining was pleasant but it was very windy, nothing TK could do about that..... but it might be a chilly patio when the weather cools. Not expecting to return anytime soon.
Food was very good and Collette our server was outstanding! Great experience!
Very nice lunch on patio. Recommend this to everyone
Everything was average except the price and ambience.Terribly overpriced for italian food which could be had elsewhere for a third of the price.Ambience was the only plus.
I booked a table for 6 for my husband and some family members to get out and eat. The service was great, especially our waitress. However, the wait time was over 30 minutes for our appetizer, and another 30 plus for our main course. Everyone was pleasant.
We enjoyed dinner on the patio outside with friends and it was great. The fire lanterns kept us warm and the string lights were a pretty touch to the outdoor space. The drinks were great and we loved the seasonal Duck special, though we didn't know it came with pasta which was a nice touch (they should note this on the menu.) We had been a few months ago and the portions had been cut back but it appears they have fixed this and now you get a regular size portion. Thank you TK!
This was our first visit. Excellent food, service, and staff.
Only issue was having wait staff going in and out to patio carrying chairs. they kept bumping into our table.
Our server was amazing. Very pleased!
One of my partner's and I favorite places! We came a little later for his birthday, around 9 PM and it was perfect on a Saturday evening. The crowds died down, food came out quickly and was beyond superb quality (please try the lobster ravioli and fried mozzarella!) and our waiter was so friendly! It was a perfect, intimate evening and atmosphere. We will definitely come back!
Pasta dishes are unique with great flavor. Long bone rib-eye value is excellent...similar steaks elsewhere cost significantly more.
Went to Tuscan kitchen for our anniversary. Had tried it years ago and had a poor experience but figured we would try again. Last night we were seated right on time out on the patio as requested, which is beautiful. Didn’t feel like we were in Burlington. It’s very nice out there. Took the waiter forever to take our drink order, then again our app and dinner order. We got our food which was great minus the red pepper flakes in my shrimp scampi. The waiter never came to check on us. My husbands drink was empty for over 30 minutes before he finally caught the waiter as he was walking right by us. A long time later came to ask if we wanted dessert, ordered dessert and a coffee. Delivers the coffee with no cream or spoon or anything. Asked him for cream. Walks by 20 minutes later, had to ask again. By the time he finally brought it my coffee was cold. These all sound like stupid little things, but for such an expensive restaurant with such a beautiful set up and great food, this is the second experience ruined by the waiter. Definitely not in a rush to go back.
We dined on the patio on a gorgeous night, and the twinkling overhead lights made for a magical atmosphere. There were heating lamps ready to go should the weather change, but they were not needed. The food and drinks were extraordinary, and I cannot wait for an excuse to visit again soon!
Sorry to say I wont be back we were seated a half hour late for our reservation and the restaurant bathroom was really dirty.
My sister and I were treating my cousin and mother to their special birthdays. The seating outdoors was perfect as it was a beautiful day. All four of us had the special four course lunch for $25. Three out of four paninis came with the bread burned and frankly black. I only ate the chicken and not the bread because of this. We didn’t say anything since it was so busy. She was very nice but forgot to bring our desserts as I think you were understaffed.
Any chance you can send me a gift card or we could come in another day for pizza and salad on Tuscan? I was disappointed as I had highly recommended you to this group.
Very nice - would come back again
We did go late on a Friday, but the food was disappointing dry and underwhelming in flavor. we were waited on by the bartender who was busy trying to close up for the night so little slow
Food was good. Service was great. Nice out on the patio. Suggestion: you’re going to need more heaters on the patio if you want to extend outdoor dining into the Fall.
Tuscan Kitchen is a wonderful restaurant and never disappoints. From the management to all the staff, thank you for the way you treat all your guests. It's the reason we keep returning, that and the excellent food. This location has a wonderful outside patio and who doesn't like to dine alfresco? When the weather turns cooler, inside dining has been modified for social distancing. Don't hesitate to make a reservation.
Sat outside which we requested and knew it would be a little chilly. We waited 20min before we got a drink order in, drinks took a while. When we finally got our server we ordered entrees and apps. Apps came well timed we didn’t see our sever again until our apps were finished and drinks were empty. We were seated well over an hour before we saw our entrees. The food was good but timing/service was awful, definitely not worth the price for the food and service.
Best food and service around
Tim our server was friendly and attentive.
I continue to have a great overall experience when dining at Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington--the food is great, the staff is super, and all with great ambiance! In particular, they made certain we were safe during this pandemic--we were outdoors with proper spacing between tables, the entire staff constantly had masks on and they re-cleaned the table prior to seating us!! All appreciated.
THANK YOU FOR A FUN, SAFE EVENING.
Sat on patio didn't feel crowded. The food was excellent Some different choices that all looked tempting. Also fave you a choice of portion size which I really appreciate.
Lovely to be able to sit outside at shaded tables (both high top and standard) appropriately spaced. A bit windy at lunch on 9/14/20 byt tolerable with a sweater. Salads with seafood add one (one with grilled shrimp, the other with grilled scallops). Excellent service; careful, attentive and hygiene appropriate. Then only negative was some noise - a too loud and crashy soundtrack all too audible even outside and some traffic sounds as well.
We had a wonderful time at Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington. The Veal Chop and Shrimp Scampi were delicious as were the cocktails and the Calimari appetizer. The outdoor patio was beautiful and out server was fantastic as was her table team. We would return again.
Went with 2 friends. Food was good along with drinks. Would recommend
Given the Covid restrains, we were happy to be able to eat outside. Having said that, the noise level from fire trucks, ambulances and general traffic was a bit overwhelming at times. I think the Tuscan Grill did the best they could and my girlfriends and I were not hurried at all! Overall, I’d recommend it!
Nice for a large chain.
Not very intimate.
Food and service were great.
Overall our experience was great, however I found it odd that 3 tables were all sitting next to each other when so many sections of the restaurant were empty... during COVID. Most places I have gone since some reopening see have atleast a table in between. I would understand if it were bus but it really wasn't. Food came out cold and must have been sitting out.. I like Tuscan but was a bit shocked at this experience.
The food was excellent and the Mexican wine was outstanding
Always a great experience. Excellent service, atmosphere and food.
Food, ambience was pretty good.
Service a bit slow-waited quite awhile for entree, and dessert as well.
Hope slow service is due to limited staff b/c of Covid-19.
Will definitely go back!
