We enjoyed everything. The food and service was excellent.
The ambience was very good not overly loud .
We were with family from Colorado so we were happy to be able to talk
The place to go for Thanksgiving! If you don't wish to cook, or you're visiting from out of town, Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington has you covered. Great food consistently paired with great service. Ask for Colette. She's personable and attentive without being overbearing. Great experience!
We did not have a positive experience. Service was slow at the bar. I had the salmon which was drenched in salt. The potatoes were salty also. My husband had the haddock which was over cooked. It was very dry. We did let the waitress know. She offered another entree. But we refused as we just didn’t feel we wanted to wait. Our bill was over $150.00. They didn’t even comp our drinks. We will never go back again.
Thanksgiving day dinner. Was very nice, quiet and relaxing.
WE had a ver y enjoyable time at Tuscan Kitchen.
Nice ambiance, helpful staff and good service. Unfortunately kitchen supervision is clearly lacking when we were served two deep fried dishes, calamari and chicken parmigiano, that appeared in a dark brown color resulting from being over cooked in oil that likely was over used.
Good food, nice service 👌
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for some and pasta for others. The staff was friendly & efficient.
Were seated immediately and the waitress was great, enjoyed our drink and meal served immediately without much of a wait
Your Thanksgiving menu was very good but how about offering some pies for dessert next year, and lowering the volume on the piped in music? However, the tiramisu was excellent! Great service all around!
Family Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was great. Steaks were kind of pricey. But I think that is happening everywhere.
We were celebrating a birthday and all of us enjoyed our entrees. We did also have great desserts. Our server was nice. The fried calamari appetizer was too fried and had more peppers than calamari, which was disappointing. Otherwise , we enjoyed our experience there
We were very disappointed in the pork chop special, not as described, and the brocolini add on was not cooked.
It was a really nice dinner. They didn't run us at all and the service was efficient and very friendly. Will definitely go back.
Nice interior, good food however our main courses were served before our appetizers. They apologized and asked if I wanted them canceled - I said yes, we would get dessert instead. 10 minutes later they brought the appetizers over anyway saying they were complimentary. We didn’t eat them but had them boxed to take with us. We got dessert and then the bill - I didn’t check it until I left and then discovered they had charged me for the appetizers after all. Too big a hassle to go back and get it changed however I will not be returning to the restaurant again.
Very quiet lunch. Tasty. Sad the caprese is off the menu.
Seated on time. Enjoyed variety of menu choices and good service. Food expensive but very good.
We had reservations through Open Table. We were never sat and so had to leave and dine at another restaurant. We have removed Tuscan Kitchen from our list of restaurants to dine at.
We had the lobster ravioli and baked haddock; both were excellent. service was excellent.
Unfortunately, nothing about our experience would make us rush back to visit again. The staff were nice, but seemed completely overwhelmed. From my perspective, there were a lot of staff on hand but not very well utilized. We’ve been multiple times prior and it was quite good. However, the food was mediocre and my wife ended up having to get a different dish because something was “off” with how the lobster ravioli was prepared. All in all, spending close to $200 for dinner for 2 adults and a child should be much better in my opinion and free from constantly waiting for service and issue with food preparation.
We choose Tuscan Kitchen expecting a nice meal after a long Covid period hiatus. We were very disappointed in our entrees pasta bolognese. Nothing to write home about our appetizer of prosciutto figs and cheese.
We asked for coffees (a decaf and a regular) at the end of the meal and they both arrived stone cold. We expressed to our server we hadn’t seen each other in a long time and did take a awhile to decide on our choices. Our server approached us a multiple times requesting our order but once delivered coffee never checked back only to pick up credit card. The only saving grace the wine was fine and the specialty sangria was good. $140 before tip for a disappointing meal is too too much. We were seated across from a table of approx 20 people and noisy. They were not boisterous but loud as they were festive but felt we had to talk loudly to compensate for their noise level. With the exception of good company a disappointing meal.
Loved it, will be back. Great menu with lots of options.
Food was mediocre, very bland and not up to the standard we are used to from dining at their NH location.
A nice evening with friends. Good wine and bread. Food was fine, The bolognese had a different taste thank what I am used to. Good service and nice atmosphere.
Service was slow, food was ok.. no mention of occasion, which was listed. Not in a hurry to rush back..
My friend and I went in this past Thursday (we haven't seen each other in 3 years!) and it was awesome. I have worked at Seasons 52 in Burlington for the past three years as a host as well as a sales pro so I have experienced how things have changed since the pandemic and the struggle is has been!!! Our server Andrew was AWESOME so sweet and helpful and recommended a pumpkin martini which was a great fall drink! I love the bread and the burrata was amazing. My friend got the butternut squash ravioli and those were super yummy. The ambiance is fabulous and it was so nice to go out to dinner (which I rarely have time to do) and actually enjoy everything about it. We were definitely those people who sat for 3 hours and talked... and I KNOW how annoying that can be when your trying to do your side work and go home, but Andrew was amazing and considerate of us being leisure diners. I will definitely come back! Worth the money and time spent! (:
There is no beating Tuscan Kitchen for wonderful ambience and amazing food. Perfect for a date night or special occasion. It is a little pricey for me, but I thought it was totally worth it. We sat in the outside patio and even though it was a bit on the chilly side weather wise, the heat lamps kept us nice and toasty. The waitstaff were attentive but didn't hover. Perfect balance. Loved everything about our dinner.
This was our least favorite Tuscan Kitchen. Dark, quiet and not great food. Won’t return to Burlington.
We loved our waiters (1 training the other). So friendly, helpful. Nice surprise birthday dessert at the end
Food and service are always great, a favorite of ours
Everything about Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington, MA is outstanding! I don't know her name, but our server was wonderful! A great meal all around. My family and I will be back. Thank you!
The Burrata starter was not very good, the cherry tomatoes were candied and very sweet.
It did not taste good.
The main course was overly salty so was not quite edible.
The restaurant had a very good location & interior.
Meh… when you first enter, the large sign saying help wanted gives a clue. Not Tuscans fault they need help, and not sure if it’s the reason, but things were a bit lack luster.
Food was very good, our waiter/waitress was great.
Need to include more items or be flexible towards vegetarian/vegan. Also, staff(especially the hostess stand) needs training on cultural sensitivity. We were party of 2 , for all other people she went to the party, addressed them by their name and then asked them to follow her to the table. For us, she came in front of us - said "you two" can you follow me. Just because our names are difficult to pronounce ? At least have mere courtesy to attempt and we can correct if you can't.
Once we were seated , spoke to the manager there and she was accommodating and understood our viewpoint immediately.
Food was cold and service was fair having to wait for silverware after our dinner was finally delivered. I have been to better places.
The Italian dishes ordered in our party were very good. The haddock was just okay. Drinks were quite expensive for the quality of the drink. My Tito’s and soda was outlying soda
Nothing beats a perfectly cooked steak. Jess and Lisa were amazing
We came for my birthday dinner. Food and drinks were outstanding and service was impeccable. Wonderful experience.
The ambiance is wonderful. The service was slow at 1pm. They didn’t have Arancini or Crab cakes…the server could have told us that upfront. The service was slow…..awful…
