Originally opened in 2010 as the first authentic Artisan Italian restaurant in Salem, NH, Tuscan Kitchen is now one of the most beloved restaurants in New England. Founder Joe Faro, the son of Sicilian immigrants, had the vision to share his love for Italian heritage with his guests. Tuscan Kitchen has locations in Salem, New Hampshire, Burlington and Boston, Massachusetts.

They did give us a good table for hard of hearing older adult per request. Server was amiable, but slow to check in. Free birthday drink and dessert were nice in concept, but not something anyone at the table actually wanted. Menu looked great, but food was just ok, not worth the very high price tag. At that price I will go for truly fine dining. This seemed like just one step up from the Cheesecake Factory.

It was hard to enjoy our meal and difficult to have conversation through a two-hour toddler tantrum.
