Underwhelming overall. From the relatively small menu, we picked salads (kale, caesar), followed by albacore tuna and duck. The salads were good, particularly the kale, but my tuna dish lacked flavor and my wife's duck was a little too well done.
Delicious food and excellent service. The next time we roll through Seattle, we will definitely come back.
Such great service and attention to detail. My server accommodated my requests and also made wonderful suggestions.
Sitting towards the back of the establishment near the kitchen front distorted some of the vibes as we were celebrating a special birthday. Nevertheless, the service was still great and the food even better.
We have always had a great meal there, it’s quiet in the afternoon, sound level just right for conversations—and this time it didn’t disappoint. We had brunch, and the chef’s omelette was delicious. I would, as always, recommend Tulio.
Excellent food, wine and atmosphere.
We were warmly welcomed and well attended to by staff. I took my husband here for his birthday. The ambiance was perfect. The food was delicious. I ordered the lamb, my husband ordered the clam linguini which had a large amount of well prepared clams.
We also ordered a few other starters that were mouth watering.
The wine list was not as impressive. Being from the NW I felt the winelist could have featured more Pinot Noir.
Overall I loved this place! Our waiter was amazing and even brought out a birthday dessert for my husband and I to share. It's I great place to spend money on the person you love and just enjoy each others company.
Great food and convenient for 5th Avenue and Paramount. Best for a date night or small group. Would be a perfect spot for an anniversary dinner, as it has a romantic vibe.
Stopped in on a Monday and they were fairly full. Seated quickly. Started with the Watercress and Beet Salad and the Burrata (pear) salad (two separate salads). The Burrata salad was amazing, beet salad was also very good, but overshadowed by the Burrata. Ordered the Sweet Potato Gnocchi and the Rabbit Risotto (special). Both were OK, but not really up to the Tulio standard. Gnocchi was very chewy and could not find much rabbit in the Risotto. The risotto also had an overpowering sweet/acid taste, way too much vinegar for me. Both were OK, but not really up to the usual Tulio standard. Service, as usual, was excellent and the wine list very complete. Atmosphere is A+. A very comfortable place to go.
Excellent as always. Why does this have to be 50 characters. I said what needed to be said.
Step through the antique revolving doors of Tulio Ristorante and it's as if you've entered a bustling Italian trattoria. Chef Walter Pisano clearly puts his heart into this longstanding downtown Seattle favorite, continuing to impress diners and critics alike.View Private Dining Details
