Since its inception, Tulio has been a regular on restaurant awards lists, thanks in no small part to Chef Walter Pisano, whose cooking is inspired as much by his travels through the Old World as his Italian roots. Tulio’s dishes are simple yet sophisticated, combining rustic Italian preparations with local ingredients to create bold flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. Recognizing that our guests have different tastes and dining preferences, we proudly offer several gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes on each of our daily menus. If you have any food allergies or other special requests, please let us know.

                                          My partner & I both had the crumbed halibut for entree. It was delicious. Sweet potato gnocchi & focaccia for starters also wonderful. Great service

                                          Food was very good but for the cost not as exceptional as I would have expected. We were also disappointed that the appetizers and main meal came out at the same time. Another thing I would expect at a diner but not at fine dining establishment where we are paying $100 per person for a meal. Valet was also very slow as he had to tend to both restaurant and hotel guests.

                                          What a wonderful place to spend the evening of my 77th Bday. The surroundings were perfect. The music choice was perfect. The food was delicious and our waiter William was a pure Joy!!! Thank you for everything.

                                          Outstanding service from Andrew. Excellent food. Lovely decor and ambiance. Totally enjoyable pre-show (5th Avenue) experience! Only downside is the women's bathroom: too low toilets and on stall is extraordinary small.

                                          Great and unexpected find. We were in Seattle for a night before our cruise and wanted to have a nice dinner to end our night. Tulio was fantastic. My wife and I both had a pasta dish with bread service. I would describe our meals as plate licking good! Thank goodness for the bread, as that probably would have been inappropriate. Service was very good as well.

                                          It was our third trip to this restaurant. All three times the food and service were amazing . Starting with the lovely young lady who greets you at the door- so very kind! We started with steelhead appetizer- so fresh and different. We ordered roast chicken dinner and a halibut special- both tasty and cooked perfectly. Our waiter Guillermo was fun and very knowledgeable about our wine selections . Loved it! Highly recommend this place. We have never been disappointed.

                                          We celebrated our son’s birthday. Server brought a little champagne (prosecco) to kick the dinner off. The four of us shared a couple of apps to have a little bread and salad. The entrees (two of the pasta dishes and the chicken and lemon risotto) were good and kitchen was able to accommodate our dietary issues. We closed the dinner with sharing a couple of desserts. The olive oil cake had a candle. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and good service, even on a busy Friday night. Our experience at The restaurant was one of the reasons for our choosing to stay at the Kimpton Vintage.

                                          For as long as Walter Pisano was executive chef at Tulio’s, we were regulars. Then the pandemic. Returned last week after an event downtown. Tullio’s hasn’t missed a beat. Like a time warp, the dining room hasn’t changed, the food is still delicious, and the service warm and professional. Kudos.
