Tulio’s chicken is the best in Seattle. Probably on the west coast.
Everything else is perfect.
Romantic setting & delicious Italian food! Already looking forward to our next date night at Tulio.
Came here for a milestone birthday celebration. All food was shared and all delicious. We had beet salad, bacon wrapped asparagus and sweet potato gnocchi to start. Most of us don't usually like gnocchi but this was really well done. Pasta was al dente with just the right amount of pepper. For mains we enjoyed the perfectly cooked duck and pork that was melt in your mouth. The semifreddo was also delish. Would go here again.
Pre-concert dinner was enjoyable. My serving of halibut was well cooked and generous. I wish the dish had had more flavor. The lentils were rather bland as was the fish. The beet salad was delicious. The waiter was OK, but didn't go out of his way. I wish there were a few vegan options on the menu so I could come with my daughter.
We come here often and have always been pleased with the food and service. They offer parking for 8 bucks which is great here in Seattle.
Went for Mother’s Day brunch. It was good. The food is very light and not a ton of seasoning. That can be good or bad depending on the person. I, myself, prefer a little more salt but that’s just me. The server was great but she didn’t introduce herself so I can’t give her name.
I know this restaurant well and they've always went above and beyond in service and class. Tulio's keep doing what you do!!!
Great location. Good food and service. A little pricy. Would be a great place if it weren’t so noisy.
Fabulous lavender martinis!
I’m becoming a bit of a regular for business lunch. Always happy with the choice and appreciative of great food and service.
We had a reservation, but, when we got there, we were placed at a table in the very back of the restaurant right in front of the kitchen. The kitchen was very loud, with lots of clanging dishes. That pretty much wrecked our anniversary dinner.
The service was excellent, and we appreciated the dinner wines we were served gratis to celebrate the anniversary.
Tulio offers classic Italian dining with ambiance. My wife and I found it the perfect way to end our evening with drinks and light fare dishes. Only thing that would make it better would be a few more selections.
Expectations always met here. Love this urban-style Italian gem—one of Seattle’s best. The gnocchi is world class good!
Food was delicious. Try the sweet potato gnocchi. Service was spot on. Décor was rich and dark and comfortable.
We loved the main dishes - the chicken with carmelized onions and the risotto with kumquats. Our salad (the basic greens) was not very interesting - the greens were good but the dressing was uninteresting and heavy on vinegar. The tiramisu was good, not great, but of course every tiramisu has to compare to the first one I ever had, which was like eating a cloud.
The pasta dishes were very undercooked. My friend ordered regular pasta and I ordered gluten free. Both dishes needed an extra minute or so of cooking. The clam sauce lacked flavor, and needed salt and some additional spices. I wouldn’t order it again. The fish dishes were good though.
Non attentive staff
We had a very nice evening. Our dinner was fantastic and the service was great!
Best service we’ve ever had! Everything was great!
Met a friend in town staying at a nearby hotel. Appreciate the valet parking. Table setup gave a feeling of separation from adjoining tables and we could hear our conversation even though it was full. Elegant ambiance, well priced for the meal quality and portions. We had the roast chicken, braised pork, and duckling, and we were all pleased! Service was attentive without being too much. Overall, a perfect Friday evening dinner with friends!
It was not like the experience we expected. Server never came back to check on us felt like the just wanted to turn tables. Missed the graduation requested comment. We did not order alcohol and I wonder if that turned them off. Food was good but not even ground pepper for the salad. Not like previous dinners for sure.
The hostess missed checking our open table appointment but everything else was amazing!
Fantastic service, drinks and meal. Ambiance was lovely as well. The chicken was the best I have ever eaten.
The atmosphere was loud and the food only marginal. I ordered a rib eye steak and it was so tough I could not eat it. And it just came with about 10 fingerling potatoes! Not even mashed or cut. Presentation was not good. The cauliflower side was good however very expensive for a few cauliflower florets. My husband had clam pasta of some kind. He said it was okay. My husband had 2 cocktails and I just had club soda. No salads and no deserts and our check was over $135! Also they charge a surcharge! So you can pay for the wait staff since the new $15 minimum wage went into effect! Disappointed.
Great food. Professional waiter. Very funny exchanges. Lives up to its’ excellent reputation!
Always good with excellent service. Risotto is great on a cold day and I've never gone wrong with the fish of the day. Stay for post meal coffee.
The bar tending crew were very enjoyable. They were attentive but not pests. And, they were more than entertaining. Our dinner entrees were perfection. Our servers were pleasant but never imposing. Their timing for delivering our meals was perfect. We had an fun evening. And, it was so convenient to be staying in the same hotel. We will be coming back!
A Wednesday night at Tulio was just like a Saturday night.
The service was spot on and helpful.
And the food was delicious and prepared to perfection.
Another night at Tulio's and another great meal...this time with friends from Canada.
A great "go to" spot to bring friends and family.
The waitress was not very informed. salad dressing was a bit oily.
Nice restaurant with great service and good food. The vintage hotel location is a great touch.
Clean, fancy, and delicious food! I really enjoy the great taste of my dish, and fantastic service.
Our server Leia was fantastic. We had the new appetizer Poached Pear and cheese. Amazing.
It can be hard to hear when the restaurant is full.
Everything was amazing! Highly recommend!
The three bean soup was not good. I counted 4,5 total beans, very watery broth.
Mushroom bruschetta was OK...not great.
Recently I had occasion to enjoy Tulio for dinner. I was a table for one, seated immediately and very comfortably in restaurant. There was a busy dinner crowd that Wednesday evening, with multiple tables expressing laughter, intense negotiations, some joyful family drama and first dates. The atmosphere was a warm balance of delicious aromas coming from the kitchen, knowledgeable waitstaff, and a genuine sense of community. I enjoyed the Sweet Potato Gnocchi, half portion of the Pappardelle and half portion of the Agnolotti. Gnocchi should not be missed, Pappardelle had me wishing for a larger appetite. Juan was an attentive and friendly waiter who made me feel welcomed into their restaurant home. Traveling to Seattle multiple times a year, I will be sure to revisit this gem.
Good service, great food. More non-alcoholic dessert choices would be great
They have a great menu and had a nice selection of local beer on tap. The service was impeccable. Prompt and friendly service accompanied by excellent food.
Enjoyed a ladies lunch with my aunt and cousin. Very attentive server and tasty food. It was a bit noisy since there was a large group at the next table.
