* Authentic Cuisine: From Northern Italy to Seattle*
Since its inception, Tulio has been a regular on restaurant awards lists, thanks in no small part to Chef Walter Pisano, whose cooking is inspired as much by his travels through the Old World as his Italian roots. Tulio’s dishes are simple yet sophisticated, combining rustic Italian preparations with local ingredients to create bold flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. Recognizing that our guests have different tastes and dining preferences, we proudly offer several gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes on each of our daily menus. If you have any food allergies or other special requests, please let us know.

Our second time there and another outstanding meal. We are not from the immediate Seattle area but will make Tulio a regular stop for dinner when in town.

My steak was okay, but my partner's mushroom pasta had very little in the way of mushrooms. Very expensive, and if I'm going to drop 40 dollars on a glass of so-so wine, I expect it to be 250ml / 9oz, not 175ml / 6oz.

We dined at Tulio before seeing a show at the 5th Avenue Theatre - and were so pleased we did. Yes, it's a little bit of a splurge, but the food was exceptional. William, our server, was also amazing - making subtle suggestions and improving the dining experience at every opportunity. The location is perfect, drinks delicious and atmosphere just right. My husband had scallops, the special market price fish, while I had the roasted chicken on yummy risotto gently flavored with lemon. We split a salad and thoroughly enjoyed sharing the olive oil cake with pistachio ice cream and crushed pistachios. Olive oil cake - yuck, you might say. Not at all - it was more like a lemon pound cake with meringue on the top. Thank you Tulio - we'll be back!

Was a lovely meal, the first time back in 10 years. While visiting Seattle, we knew that it was a must stop. The pan seared scallops were fabulous and the classic roast chicken, divine. I think that the chicken dish could use some pop in color. A chicken stock risotto with roast chicken with no browning was really a tan dish. I would suggest a pan sear with a little.Shio koji would give it a lovely color and great flavor. The service was perfect.

We had a lovely meal at Tulios. Service was impeccable! The highlight was the unbelievable Truffle pasta, truly sublime and a perfect Pot de Crème! Highly recommend!

Request to dine on the upper level - it is much less noisy than the main floor.
