Consistency is critical to any great restaurant. Tulia is so dependable for excellent food and service in a casual friendly atmosphere. The menu varies weekly so as a regular we are never bored by a menu that is one page long. We know every item on that list will be prepared to perfection. This is casual Italian dining at its finest.

Food was good but not exceptional, service was fine, prices were pretty steep, as in most places on 5th Ave South, but not unbearable. There were some nice touches like warm bread and a tasty caponata; altogether a decent Italian restaurant but not a great one. Also, the noise was overwhelming, making it almost impossible to converse. Do not intend to come again.

What an amazing restaurant. Best meal I’ve had in years. The cacio e Pepe was outstanding and is just like I had in italy. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day and had the same meal. Hands down, was the best meal/experience from start to finish. If we weren’t leaving today, we would go back again.

Great food and wine. Very lively restaurant. One problem occurred with our reservation. They could not find it in their computer system. Fortunately I still had it on my mobile. It appears that when our guests arrived and were seated before we arrived they deleted the reservation. Took about 10 uncomfortable minutes for the desk staff to figure it out

Our New Year's Eve experience at Osteria Tulia was stellar! We couldn't have chosen a better restaurant. The special menu created by Chef Betulia - Naples Best Chef - was both inviting, creative, innovative and PERFECT for the holiday! My husband's 16 oz perfectly cooked lamb chop was the best he ever had. And my pasta dish with Veal, porcini mushrooms, truffles was spectacular!
Perfect piece of Tiramisu to take home with us. Very different/delicious than any I recall.
Along with the 5-star meal we received 5-star service from everyone in the restaurant.
The entire staff looked interested in their jobs and was efficient and experienced.
We've been dining here since Osteria Tulia opened and enjoyed a memorable evening!

Osteria Tulia enjoys a great reputation in Naples. It more than deserves that reputation.
We had a truly delicious pair of appetizers and entrees, with a fine selection of wines to go with.
He had a "signature dish" of caramelized sprouts and fennel sausage, and for the entree he had
pizza with mozzarella, speck and wild oregano. I had the house salad with its contrasting textures, its crunch and smoothness, followed by bucatini caccio e pepe, better than I'd had it in
Rome. A wonderful place - our server was so warm and knowledgable; she really contributed to the pleasure of the meal.

Delicious food, very nice and informative service. While there, however, three different times glasses/ plates fell and broke. Servers seemed a bit overwhelmed? I'd go again just for the octopus and bucatini!

Loved the food but was very disappointed in the wine list. The prices for full bottles were very high and definitely over priced. Some chardonnay's with a price point between $30 and $35 should not be too difficult.

First time there and boy did this restaurant live up to its great reputation!
Salads unique, full of wonderful tasty and healthy ingredients. Homemade pasta was fantastic! I wish I had room to try more, must return. Wine selection excellent. Was old college friend reunion, we were able to talk in a cute outdoor table for several hours. My friend tried to talk me into moving to a cheaper restaurant down the way and I said"No, were trying this." She was so happy that we stayed! The staff was attentive and let us eat on relaxed "European time". I live in Naples and there is no other comparison to this quality! This is going to number one in my foodie restaurant rotation!

We were only in Naples for one night and this was absolutely the right dinner choice! The ambiance so nice especially outside with the heaters, servers are knowledgeable, great wine selection. The food is as close to authentic Italy as I’ve had in a long time!

We are of Italian descent. We expected exceptional food because of all the hype. Came here with my husband for my birthday. Garganelke was mushy, tortellini with short ribs was cold. The sauce on the pizza was a color of brown and tasted as if sugar was added.
Wine bottles were over priced. I would not return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone! My husband mentioned that I cook much better at home!
Flavorless food!
Money not well spent!

We always enjoy Tulia. Unfortunately it was chilly so we ate inside which tends to be noisier.
Our dinners were very good. All were pleased. Our only complaint was the bread was so hard. We requested another basket which was provided with apologies. Our waitress was great.

Anna the manager and her staff greet you warmly as you enter. They do a great job and hope the new management does not take away some of the homey/friendly feel to the place. Anna is very kind, a real pro as we were not aware the rules had changed around corking fees when you bring your own bottle and buy another from m the restaurant and she could not have handled better.

This was a special anniversary and I made the reservation with that stated. Not because I wanted dessert or a free dessert, I had hoped that at least maybe they would’ve done something special for us.
Since it was a special night I was kind of hoping for something a little special from the restaurant.
Being one of my favorite restaurants in Naples, I have to say that this evening I felt like we were being rushed out. They began to clear some of the peoples plates before everyone was finished eating. Mind being one of them is I was the last one to finish my delicious Seabass.
It’s still one of my favorite restaurants and I will still go back because I love their food. However, I was a little disappointed being that this was a special special night with our friends
