Tulalip Bay at Tulalip Resort Casino Ratings and Reviews
This is a wonderful place for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two! My husband an I chose this restaurant to take my dad to for fathers day. The menu has a nice selection of items but not so big that it makes it hard to make a decision! They have a wonderful wine and beer list and they also have specialty drinks. The lighting was almost too dim, reading the menu was a bit difficult but our waiter had a mini flashlight he let us barrow. The staff was very professional and knowledgable and they made us feel like royalty! I highly recommend this place!
I loved the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The meatloaf was good as well as the halibut. We were not impressed with the apple pie dessert (if that's what it was called) too cold and not enough flavour. We enjoyed our meal but expected more out of the hotel based on the reviews. We didnt find the food to be amazing. We would recommended someone eat here if they were in the area, but not to travel to for a meal, a little disappointed.
Big league dining here cuisine is outstanding fine dining at its best. Don't expect a cheap night but the quality top to bottom is outstanding. Wouldn't expect this from a restaurant in a casino you can't miss everything on the menu incredibly tasty, huge wine list and a compact variety on the menu. Its not a massive menu so my recommendation is to review it before you go.
For special occassions such as birthdays, anniversaries this won't disappoint.
The Dining at Tulalip Bay was superb. Resturant staff and food quality was excellent. The casino is basically okay, not to different than other WA. St. casinos. When we arrived in front at the valet parking, I tipped the valet $5 which took my keys and we went into eat and gamble. When we were ready to leave, I gave the valet desk my ticket and waited. After 10 minutes I asked where was my car. They said they couldn't find it. Apparently the valet that took my keys mixed up the tickets with another patron and it took the 35 minutes to find my car. Than I had to show them my ID before he would release the car to me. What a slap in the face. You loose my car, mix up the valet cards than suspect me as a theif. That pretty ridiculous
The food was fantastic, but our server was not and their reservations were a bit untruthful forcing us to have more time than needed for dinner after which we were attending a show in the Tulalip Hotel. That said and knowing that this was an expensive restaurant and that there would be multiple courses, we were ok with the extra time, despite the place was only 50% full throughout our meal. We advised our server that we had plenty of time and to please keep the pace a bit slower than normal. She didnt and we tried to slow it down ourselves, but she would tell us the next course was ready and hurried us. We asked her on 4 occasions to slow down, but were ignored. 5 course meal and done in 1 hr. Unreal and disappointing for $200.
Requested a cozy corner for an anniversary and birthday and got it. Joseph, our friendly server, made excellent recommendations on food & wine. He and James (thanks for the Spanish interpretation) made us feel at ease relaxing at our table, despite a busy Saturday night filling the restaurant. I can't rave enough about the duck. My husband had the filet and it came with the asparagus cooked to perfection (really, even the veggies were worthy of a toast). The major complaint: no ladies room in the restaurant. It seriously broke up the atmosphere to have to cross the casino floor from fine dining to blah. It made the restaurant feel like part of a food court. But, that really is the only complaint.
My wife and I were first timers at the Tulalip Bay. It was our 41st Wedding Anniversary and I wanted to take my wife out for a great meal. We were highly impressed with the service and the server who did an outstanding job. The meal was out of this world, well prepared the way we wanted it. The atmosphere was just perfect. My wife and I truly enjoyed our meal and the great service that was provided. I would highly recommend this to all of our friends. We will be returned customers. Thank You
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. We came for an evening out for a birthday with some gambling. We had not anticipated that the food would be so deliciious. The duck and the pork shoulder were superb. Our complements to the Chef and staff. The service was excellent.
A real gem tucked inside the casino. Salads were delicious. Enjoyed the preparation of the lamb dish and the sea bass. We were celebrating a birthday and a beautiful dessert was delivered, compliments of the house. Would highly recommend dining here, and plan to return soon.
service was excellent. They gave us a free desert for our anniversary that was a nice touch. Food was good not great, alot of the flavors were no strong enough as I did not taste any curry in the curry scallop. The steaks we got were good. The server was excellent, not sure of the name, but an asian guy and he was on top of everything and very smart.
Just a wonderful time like always. This resturant is close to our home but yet when we dine at the Tulalip Bay we always feel we so far from home. Valentines usually resturants arent at there best but we didnt notice any changes in service or quality of our meal due to the holiday. The chef came out personally and visited with us making it a great end to an amazing evening. Highly recommend
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Alex our server looked after us very well. He found us an intimate romantic table as requested. The food was amazing! we shared the cheese fondue and the crispy wontons for appetizers and we both ordered rack of lamb for our main. We had a fabulous bottle of Amarone to accompany. There were many little "added surprises" to our meal, a taste of some rock shrimp whilst perusing the menu, a palate cleanser of sauteed pineapple whilst waiting for our main, a surprise dessert with Congratulations piped across the plate (we are newly engaged) and some lovely chocolates to finish off. The decor is luxurious (loved the glass sculpture in the wine room) Overall rate it one of the best
This was our third visit and it was not a good experience we told out friends how great it was and in the past it has been outstanding. The service was poor and the dinner took 3 hours. At the cost of 300.00 plus we expected a little more it was very busy and a big group were in wine room but extra staff should of been put on to take care of regular guests. I do not think we will go back.
