Tucci's Cucina Italiana - Salt Lake City
Food was well above average and worth paying a little more for. Not too expensive with plenty of delicious options. Great ambiance for a romantic dinner or family get together. Service was excellent and we will plan on returning for more. Thanks!
The food and service were wonderful as wasn’t the atmosphere. A wonderful place for a formal but not uptight dinner date.
Even though our reservation was not found, they were able to sit us immediately since there were very fee customers. Server was outstanding and very alert to our needs. Food was Excellent! Started snowing and we were sitting right next to the window. It made the scenery that much more beautiful.
This is my favorite restaurant of all time in Salt Lake City!
My daughter says this is her new favorite restaurant! She's a lover of Italian food, but thought that Olive Garden was nice Italian food so I wanted to treat her to something different. My boyfriend and I brought her here for Valentine's Day. We enjoyed delicious food and wine and she tried lobster ravioli for the first time and loved it. Big fan. Great service. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Been going to Tuccis since it opened. It is always a great experience.
Such a fun find. The food was great and traditional. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. I will definitely be coming back.
I think everything was great - A nice place to eat, and comfortable. I would certainly frequent Tucci's if I lived in Salt Lake City, and I would like to stop by again in the future.
It was pretty good, and the service was good as well. I love the location and the menu offers a lot of authentic Italian.
Verusca was amazing in taking care of us and making suggestions
We had a family birthday dinner for 5. We never felt rushed even though we ate our dinner and dessert over a 2.5 hour period.
I have a teenager who has a gluten intolerance and he had several options and was thrilled.
There were so many choices that I asked the waiter to choose a dinner and surprise me. He delivered an amazing entree.
Our food was piping hot, seasoned perfectly and appealing to the eye.
Papa Tucci even came over toward the end of dinner and sang Happy Birthday in Italian to my 17 year old.
Love this place!
I will be back!!!!
Small portions for the money. Only one thin piece of pork chop My seafood dish with orzo tasted like metal.
Our server was overly charming, reminded me of a car salesman. Very good at getting you to order something more expensive instead of what you initially wanted so be careful.
Got up and walked out after 30 minutes waiting to orde, then the waitress told us we would have to wait. We did get water from the hostess. Sorry we bothered you!!! 2nd time in my 40 years I walked out of a restaurant. Bye Tucci’s
Apparently understaffed when I visited. Seating us took 10 minutes even though there were many open tables and we had a reservation. Then it again took unreasonably long to get service at the table. There appeared to be only on server for our half of the restaurant (though she was remarkably upbeat and pleasant). One of our orders was botched in the kitchen, and by the time we were all served, it seemed like the other four entrees had been sitting out and waiting for the fifth to be re-prepared. It was December and perhaps staff was short because of illness or vacations, but the reason didn't change the experience.
Enjoyed the restaurant and the food. The people were kind and helpful. The prices were fairly reasonable. Was not crowded.
Was not impressed with my salad. Pasta was good, but nothing amazing.
It’s okay. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. Would I go again? Probably not.
Everything was as we expected – great food, excellent service, and friendly atmosphere. The owner even sang happy birthday in Italian for us.
My Farfalle had a way too overpowering mushroom flavor. I like mushrooms but I also want to taste the pasta, sauce and other ingredients. All I could taste was mushrooms. My husband's steak was way under done. We got a combo of appetizers (calamari, bruschetta, spinach dip) and they were delicious.
We loved our experience! We had an enormous group for a work outing, and the staff at Tucci's was absolutely welcoming, and accommodating. They were all fantastic, the food was AMAZING, and the owner himself came to chat with us about the food, and what desserts he had hand crafted in the back. Even our out of town coworkers who came with us were impressed.
They used to be a destination to desire to go to, now it's one you expect to be a hit or a miss. Our server was kind but could care less about doing her job, she was more engrossed in anouther servers story.
We had a reservation for 20 and only had 1 server take care of our table. Our drink order took over 30 minutes. Food was well over an hour and a half. The restaurant was basically empty beside us and no one was helping our server. We sat for over an hour and a half before any food came out. It was ridiculous. Didn’t leave until after 11:00pm. Restaurant empty.
Great job Tucci’s!
Party of 6 on Thanksgiving Eve. Everything was perfect!
16 years ago I took my newly proposed to fiancee (that night) to dinner at Tucci's. We had a fabulous time. Occasionally we have stopped in but not for several years.
Last Friday upon arriving Papa Tucci himself seated us, took my coat and got us all set. My wife and I took our 10 year old daughter and friend out. Great food, great ambiance, Papa Tucci serenaded (in Italian) another table for their anniversary. The calamari was as we remembered it and the food and flavors were excellent.
Needless to say it was a great night. Give it a shot!
Cold, predictable Italian fare. No heartfelt acknowledgment of our special, 90 year birthday occasion—not even a candle. The place seems to be going downhill.
Food took forever to arrive and it was cold. Clearly had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. We complained and we given two tiny inadequate plates of profiteroles for a table of 9 people as compensation.
We first came to Tucci's a year ago when in town for the doTERRA Convention. Our team loved it so much, we knew we had to return again this year!
I went to Tucci's for Homecoming Night. It was very enjoyable with great service and food.
Best place in slc. Food is fantastic. Everyone is extremely friendly.
Classic Italian cuisine in relaxed comfortable setting.
My two daughters and I came in for a celebration dinner. From appetizers to dessert, the food was delicious! Our hostess/server, M'Kensie was accurate, attentive without being obtrusive, personable, and knowledgeable about the dishes and wine. She's a gem. We'll be back.
The food to longer to serve and I found it fairly bland, which has not been my prior experiences.
This is a family favorite. Higher end experience. Prices are what we would expect. Never disappointed.
The bread was the only good thing. My husband had veal parm. It was cold and looked burnt the worst he ever had.I had the fettuccini alfredo it was average. Would never go back.
We were celebrating a co-worker's retirement and this was the location he selected. They picked a perfect location in the restaurant to make it feel like a private event and accommodated our special needs. The food was great, we got three personal songs which were very beautiful.
Great as always! My must-do every time I'm in SLC.
Birthday!! And they sung to us in Italian :)
Good food at a reasonable price.
Jammer the waiter was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable. A great rep for Tuccis and Salt Lake City.
