We had a great experience! We made our reservation for 9:30pm, but we got lost and didn’t make it in until 9:40ish. We also didn’t realize the restaurant closed at 10pm, but our server, Emily, treated us like she would have kept the restaurant open all night. The food and cocktails were also excellent. 10/10 would recommend, and make sure you ask for Emily!

We started dinner with cocktails and the French martini did not disappoint. The appetizer we chose was the chefs special-scallops prepared with a pomegranate pistachio mix. Amazing combination of flavors. The dry aged Delmonico was cooked to perfection! The chef accommodated a request for garlic mashed potatoes and they were exquisite! The asparagus was also cooked perfectly with fresh garlic. While the food was exceptional the service was even better! As always the TS steakhouse is pure perfection not mention the sunset view over Oneida Lake is incredible.

We were celebrating my birthday weekend and, as always, had a marvelous meal and dining experience. My filet was perfect and my husband is in love with the prime rib. We had John as our server and he’s fabulous! Everyone and everything was just perfect!

If you have the chance to dine at TS Steakhouse do not miss it! From the moment you step into the elevator and whisked away to the 21st floor, to the warm decor as you step out of the elevator and are greeted by the staff, everything was amazing! The view is fabulous! The staff is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and make each guest feel welcome like family! They have the right balance of friendliness and professionalism! Excellent!! The menu offers something for every palette! The portions are perfect and the taste...well that is in a category of it's own! It wasn't just 1 item that really stood out! It was EVERY course!!! From the corn muffins that were perfect (you know not too dry and falling apart!) to the shrimp cocktail that was the best shrimp I've tasted (you must try!) to the cobb salad to the filet with horseradish creme sauce, even the asparagus was crisp! The dessert finale was perfect with chocolate cake! Drinks were also done well. We cannot wait to return!!

This was our 2nd anniversary coming here. John our server was outstanding. We were originally seated upstairs which was extremely hot, but they were very accommodating in relocating us to a table in the main dining area near a window.

Wonderful meal as always. Celebrated our 50 th anniversary. We come each year for our anniversary. Robin our server was excellent!! Noise level was annoying but no fault of the restaurant. The group next to us had a man who apparently thought he was in his own home speaking so loud at times we could hardly hear each other!! But we enjoyed our night as always!!

The food was okay for the price, but my steak came out not very warm. The waiter Ken was attentive and quick. The girl filling the water seemed grumpy and like she hated her job. It was not horrible, but we will probably not come back.

I’ve eaten here before and it is always excellent . Bone in rib eye cooked to a perfect medium rare . Baked potato was the most delicious . House wine beautifully complimented the meat . What makes TS outstanding is the service . The servers are knowledgeable and unpretentious. Great service & great food is a perfect combination for a enjoyable evening out !
