We always enjoy this restaurant. Their menu is creative, they use lots of fresh vegetables and other ingredients, and they have healthier choices then other restaurants.

Service was very good. The food was ok and pricey. The outdoor seating with heaters was a nice option.

I have a restricted diet and it was nice to eat somewhere so accomdating.

As always, True Foods was amazing. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. This was my first time dining inside the restaurant with COVID procedures in place. All diners were seated more than six feet away from other parties, staff was wearing masks appropriately during our entire stay, and everything felt very clean.

My wife and I ate at TFK once before and enjoyed it. This date was a perfect Saturday brunch away from the kids and we enjoyed our meals and conversation. Thank you Claire for your awesome service.

Clean environment, well spaced for COVID, easy to use QR code to access menu and pay. Haven't been able to dine out much due to COVID, but we felt safe and had an overall a great experience!

I love going to True Food for their delicious and healthy meals. I have been to the restaurant many times and have always enjoyed what I ordered. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. Our server wore a mask and all parties were very spaced indoors and outdoors.

This place used to be fantastic, but now produces bland dishes that are not worth the prices they are charging. I will say the service was good though.

Quirky food, but good. Excellent service. Post Christmas Day brunch.

Great healthy food

We had a terrific waiter (look for a hummingbird pendant) and a wonderful dining-in experience (that we use to take for granted).

Creative food, friendly staff, and good service in a semi-enclosed outdoor dining area.

I believe our waiters name was George.... I could be wrong but he was super knowledgeable about the menu, provided great recommendations, and let us truly enjoy our time there! It was me and my friend catching up and he really did not hover at all or was overbearing, considering we were talking the whole time! We sat outside in their heated area and it was pretty nice, we didn’t get cold and felt really comfortable. Would definitely come back again! Thanks George (I hope) :)

Although the menu is limited due to COVID, but it is delicious and towards healthy.
The tea was amazing and the eggs where exactly cooked the way I asked for.
the atmosphere is always live and happy.

Amazing service as always. Love the new vegan cookies! Requested salmon to be prepared “medium.” It was overcooked.

I invited 3 friends for having a high quality dinner after so long. We enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance at the True Food kitchen.

First experience. Food was delicious

Normally love our experience but not the usual 5 star food. The chopped salad I look forward to every fall really fell short. Not chopped at all and skimpy amount of dressing. ( understand it’s a VERY difficult time for all restaurants during this time) unfortunately we will probably wait to visit till after the pandemic, not willing to pay the price for a scaled down version.

Service was top notch!

Food was good, wine was adequate but nothing special. I appreciate the ability to sit outside but there was enough traffic that it was a bit noisy. Wait staff was efficient and professional.

Had to wait 30 min even though we made reservations. The hostess said reservations don’t count when you request an outdoor table. Why don’t you tell customers that when they book the reservation or when you constantly spam them with texts that they’re now on the waiting list? (We were added to the waiting list 30 minutes AFTER checking in with the hostess.) You would think that with COVID, True Kitchen could figure out how to make this work when other restaurants seem to. Waiter was great. Probably the best part of our visit. We’ve been here many times before. This was the worst visit by far.

Our server was so friendly and prompt to getting our drinks and meals. Even with this pandemic, we like to support our favorite restaurants. Thank you.

It was a perfect day to enjoy brunch outside. Their social distancing set up made me feel comfortable. The food was satisfying and delicious and the service was excellent.

Getting together with friends after months of staying apart due to COVID. So great to get together and still remain in a safe and clean environment!

I got the teeniest tiniest piece of steak on my zucchini squash casserole. I get this meal all the time and this is the first time I’ve said where’s the daggon beef! Our waiter was great! But was it the cook or True food skimping on my added steak?

All was great but our waitress who was very nice was a flake. She didn’t tell us to order in the app. She didn’t ask or offer milk and sugar and took forever to bring them. All this resulted in her making many many slow and unnecessary trips to our table. The food was great. The heaters and shelter outside were terrific. I’ll definitely come back but I hope to have a different waitress or that she’s more on the ball.

Always consistently wonderful food and service with no guilt because the food is so good for you!
