I had cancelled this reservation... due to Covid we could not enjoy being waited on for lunch. I just arbitrarily answered the questions to get to this page.

Service was extraordinary; kitchen very quick. Outdoor setting excellent. Could use more heat lamps as was a chilly evening. Overall, outstanding

The heat lamps worked great, the ambience was amazing, and they even extended their outdoor experience to the water fountain and it was gorgeous. Great food great vibe.

Great outdoor seating set up! The True Food team did an excellent job keeping the restaurant comfortable, clean and safe.

I'm glad I came here so I can have a comparison between this restaurant and the one closer to me in Pasadena. The service is much superior here. Parking is easy to find. The manager Curtis was super friendly and spent time explaining the new app to me. The food server Katelyn was friendly and explained how the QR code menu worked. The food was tasty and appetizing. I felt safe with the way the tables are spread out. I have no complaints at all. Good job, True Food Kitchen El Segundo!

True Food Restaurant has WOW'd me each time I go, that this is the second visit this week! The food is so fresh and clean, the wait staff is so helpful and the ambiance while sitting outside around a beautiful fountain is the best! Always look forward to my next visit!

This restaurant has adapted to the new Covid rules, by making such a lovely setting outdoors around a working fountain. All tables are sanitized and all services are masked and face-shielded. Menus are now accessed by scanners in your phone, so dirty menus are a thing of the past. Paying the bill is also on your phone thru their app. So easy, so fast, so clean!
The food is always so fresh and so delicious. The wait staff is so friendly and helpful. True Food Restaurant has mastered healthy and delicious eating in the most taste-tempting way.

Last minute decision to go out to dinner and found a table at True Food Kitchen. With tables outside at The Pointe, with heaters, we were very comfortable. Service was outstanding and the food didn’t disappoint: edamame wontons we’re a great start to the meal. Our only complaint is that we wanted more of them. Ordered Salmon, Pizza and a sweet potato grain bowl for entrees and all were delicious.

The service was very good. They really work with you if you have food allergies and showed me all the ingredient lists for what I wanted. The food was delicious, grass fed beef burger and custom veggie pizza were awesome!

We LOVE True Food Kitchen in El Segundo! I was highly disappointed with our appetizer, however the manager made it up to us with dessert.
Each time we come back the food and the service gets better! Highly recommend especially if you are plant based or looking for something healthy!!

Great service! However, the lasanga was too salty. Also had the flourless a la mode cake. Delicious, but would be better if warm.

Service was poor. I made note in my reservation that it was a birthday yet the waiter brought our bill without even asking if we wanted desert. Then we had to flag down another wait person to take our credit card. Food was marginal at best.

It was a busy night and the hostess accidentally forgot to seat my husband and me. When she recognized her error, she apologized and immediately ushered us to a table. No worries. We understood that these things sometimes happen. However, to make up for it, we were offered an appetizer and dessert on the house. Cool!

True Foods may be may all around favorite for a dinner for two or a larger party of 6 or more for family events. Everything on the menu is a win! We love it and go often just to enjoy the new outdoor dining experience. Love!
