True Food Kitchen - Cherry Creek
Such a wonderful restaurant with so many delicious and healthy options! So want them to open one in Littleton!
I was on Whole 30 and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me make a great meal for myself. So happy with the experience!
Very good service and high quality food. A lot of experimentation with the food producing both hits and misses.
Third time to True Food in the last 2ish months. Definately our favorite restaurant in Denver now.
The service was very good as was the food. The manager came to our table unsolicited and to make sure our food, service and experience were good. A ordered a skinny margarita and we waitperson suggested upgrading the tequila from the house tequila to either a better grade or mezcal. I chose the better tequila, when they brought the drink it was made with mezcal, it tasted ok although I am not a mezcal fan so I would not have ordered it, but I kept it. When we received the bill it listed a skinny mezcal margarita with a $5 up charge and an additional charge for juice. When I asked the waitress she said they listed it that way because it was the least expensive way to charge. That was a $24 margarita. I expected to pay more for the upgraded tequila, my order was wrong and now I was over charged. The drink was they most expensive thing on the menu, which I have no problem with if I knew. The manager came by and said the mezcal is usually $18 per shot, but that math didn’t add up for a $24 margarita. He was nice and took off $6 but tried to say it was our fault and the waitress ignored us after that. Kind of ruined an otherwise good meal.
Delicious healthy food! Wait staff was great and dessert was totally worth it!
Server was excellent. Manager stoped by to ask about our food and if there was anything we needed.
The lasagna was good and featured delicious chicken sausage. The chicken curry soup was good, too, but our meals were not hot enough. Temps were tepid. The ambience and location are nice, but our waiter was insipid, and he seemed to be barely tolerating our presence. I found a pasta wrapper in my food, and he barely apologized and offered no comps. He merely gathered the evidence and sauntered back to the kitchen with a lofty demeanor. We don’t plan to return. Denver just offers too many other good options these days. That is all.
The food was very good though it got crowded quickly and our entrees were not that hot(which I am assuming is due to the influx of business). There was a huge group sitting next to us. They were loud and kept moving in and out of the booth. On our other side was a family with a baby and a toddler. There was not enough room between tables so it was not a relaxing dinner and it was hard to hear.
This is one of my go-to restaurants. The food is healthy, but very tasty, with a good variety for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. It can get crowded, so reservations are recommended, although you can usually sit at the counter even during busy times.
Always a great experience at True Foods and the Winter menu items are amazing!!
My girls 13th and 16th bdays
Our second going to this restaurant. Our server, Molly, was the best! she was personable, gracious and easy to connect with. I had avocado toast and it was ok. Nothing to duplicate that's for sure. The biggest downer was the noise level was very high. We were originally seated at a table in the middle of the room and they were gracious enough to let us move to a table on the wall. This helped but it was still very noisy.
I already loved this place but had never done brunch here. The food came out super quickly and was delicious, and my vegan date was very happy with all the options. Also, our waiter was awesome. He even turned the table for us so we could comfortably eat next to each other. Will definitely come back for brunch!
This was the perfect place for the dinners in our party, one of which eats a vegan diet and the rest liking healthy, fresh selections. We all really enjoyed our meals and the service.
Always incredible food and service. We try something different every time we go.
Great food!, everything is organic and quality. Feel good after eating there. It is slightly overpriced in my opinion, but I guess you're paying for the quality. The service is good, varies the times I have been. I like going here because the calories and nutrition facts are available to you.
The steak in the ancient grains dish was too tough to eat
Our lunch dishes were very bland (ramen and pizza) and the Brussels sprout appetizer was very dry and bland as well.
I had just finished a week-long certification class and it was time to celebrate. We love True Food and it was the perfect choice. It was early afternoon and we were seated in timely fashion. Marti was so awesome!! She was very attentive and we never lacked for anything. She didn’t hover, nor did we have to look for her when we wanted something. Her timing was perfect. Great service, excellent conversation. Thank you guys for consistently having phenomenal staff members. You never disappoint.
Very loud, hard to have a business meeting/ lunch when the juicers are running and overall acoustics aren't good to begin with. Great food and service but difficult acoustics
Hostess did not make us feel welcomed. She was not even busy. Other then that the food and service was great.
The server was outstanding. The noise, however, was too much. Also, the food I ordered was okay. It was the sweet potato noodle bowl with veggies. Broth was dark and boring. I barely ate it. Maybe have some sour cream on the side, or more noodles. Something.
Wonderful service and food.
We all enjoyed our dinner, including our 6-year old boys. Great to have healthy kids options!
The food was absolutely amazingling tasteful as was the dessert. Someting needs to be done about reducing the noise level. It was much too loud and very interrupting when trying to concentrate on a meaningful conversation
Everything perfect and delicious as well as healthy. Just really noisy.
The food is truly delicious. The prices are reasonable. Great service. It is a bit loud however.
Love everything about true food
BUSCABA COMIDA SANA PERO EN UN RESTAURANTE DE BUEN NIVEL, LO ENCONTRAMOS¡¡
My favorite restaurant in Denver! The food is fresh, seasonal and healthy.
Great experience in every way except that the hostess at the door looked up our reservation for 7 pm (it was 6:55), and said we'd be seated at 7:15! We stood by the door as several other people came in for tables for 3 and were immediately seated. Finally my husband went to the head hostess and she immediately seated us. I had been thinking they had something against Open Table reservations or something! Or maybe against the elderly since we are in our 70's!
Always great food and awesome environment! The menu is always filled with incredible options. Drinks are creative but need some refining.
As always . . excellent overall. Service is exceptional
We have been to True Food many times and really enjoyed it. However, this time we were seated by the window and it was way too chilly. This seating area does not work when it is freezing outside! We rushed the meal and decided not to order dessert as we had initially planned. This was unfortunate as we were celebrating Holidays with close family who only visits once a year.
Food was awesome, but the kitchen and wait staff was extremely slow. We were given our appetizers on the house, so at least management recognized the issue.
We have been here before and plan to be back!
The food is always fresh and tasty. The chef always combines great flavors together.
Had a business lunch on Friday between Xmas and New Year, and it was packed (about 1 hour wait from what I overheard), so it was nice to have a reservation. Food was delicious, service attentive, and overall great experience. Will be back soon!
Broad menu seems to work for everyone in our groups. And the quality and flavor has always been excellent. We were seated upon arrival for our reservation with no wait, which is a big plus.
