I want so badly for this place to be awesome but it always falls short. For the high prices and secret up charges they don’t warn you about... it’s not worth trying again.

Amazing experience! The Ancient Grains bowl and Brussel sprouts were out of this world. Really enjoyed the offerings of tasty non-alcoholic beverages. Stephen, the manager, stopped by to say hello. All around friendly staff! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We made a reservation for 6 ppl. We got there on time and told our table wasn't ready. I asked for a high chair, as noted on the open table notes, when i checked in. For some ridiculous reason, they decided to downgrade the table to a small 5 top with a floor to ceiling column in the way, blocking about 1/4 of the table. UNACCEPTABLE. There was a 6 top available the entire time we were waiting. If we were just there as a couple, things might have been different, but we had 2 squirmy kids, standing at the front of the restaurant for 30 minutes. They also DO NOT READ THE OPENTABLE REQUESTS. I said not to have a table near the kitchen or bathroom, the noise hurts my ears for medical reasons...they sat us exactly in that place. Of course I complained, and we were moved to a 6 top on the side of the restaurant.
We were meeting new friends for the first time. When dinner was ready, plates came one by one, about 5 minutes apart. When the last in our group got his burger, he was ready to take a bite, but the server actually came to our table, didn't say anything, and just took his burger...this is EXACTLY what happened, We were all in shock. "Maybe they put avocado on the burger because he said no avocado"? But no, that wasn't the case. The server took food from the wrong table! The manager told the server the wrong table! A gentleman at the next table was sending back his food. So, we finished our meal and the last adult in the party finally got his food when we were all done.
I'm not going to boycott this place, but i'll give them a last try sometime later in the year. They've been open for a long time, and we've been there at LEAST 10-12 times. I hope they can get their act together. We were not impressed that evening.

I ordered a vegan dish with tofu and there were several small pieces of meat in it! Definitely not the first time from this establishment. To those who are vegan, be wary! I won’t be returning unfortunately. The manager was very kind about it all and waived our meal. It’s a shame because I love their teriyaki quinoa bowl!

Last two times I’ve been here have been less than stellar experiences. Tonight it took an hour to get our appetizers and the entire meal took two hours. The restroom was in disarray. It looked like they had plenty of servers but the kitchen was overwhelmed with to-go orders.

The food was fresh, delicious, and memorable!!! The service courteous, efficient and attentive. I'd forgotten how noisy it is in the restaurant. Also, we were seated at a table close to the restrooms which was unpleasant. I look forward to returning soon but I'll definitely make sure to be seated far from the restrooms.

We selected this restaurant specifically for a Birthday dinner for my boyfriend who is on a keto diet. I called ahead and asked about their keto options and they assured me they had a separate keto menu. I put in my reservation birthday, told the hostess birthday and no mention of a birthday by the waiter. The keto selection was disappointing. More disappointed than those 2 things, I ordered the seabass and it was so bland and fishy tasting that I didn’t even enjoy it. The mushrooms were the only flavorful part of the dish. Birthday fail!

I’ve been to this restaurant several times in the past two weeks, on lunch/ dinner in that I love the taste of fresh, organic food. But for some reason they can never seem to get the chopped salad quite right. Either I’ve had to send it back because it was missing ingredients or they served the salad to me knowing that they didn’t have all the ingredients in the restaurant.

Service without a smile - I love the menu and the food. Other than the Manager who checks on all the guests. It seems as if the servers and yes hostess too, doing us a favor. Seems to be a consistent level of this. Hard to beat the good food and location. Just hope for better attitudes.

Don’t order takeout or soup! Our table was close to the kitchen so I could easily see the staff preparing food. I witnessed a worker in the kitchen make a soup or smoothie or green sauce of some kind in a machine. She put it in a to go container and proceeded to drink several drinks from the to go container. She added a little bit more and put the lid on the container. She looked up and saw me watching her and quickly looked away as she handed the to go container to another person packing up the order in bags.
After our lunch, I told the manager what I witnessed who did not seem at all concerned. Don’t think I’ll be eating there again!

The winter immunity bowl was just not good. The ingredients were simply tossed together, and that’s what it tasted like. They were obviously busy because it was Valentine’s weekend, but the disappointing thing was they brought all of our food at once. That never happens, and if that’s what was going to happen, they should have seated us at a larger table.

I have been here before and I have had several really great experiences with the food. However, I am assuming that because it was a holiday and the restaurant was busy, the chef may have been overwhelmed. I sent back my first dish and so did my date. The food was under seasoned and underwhelming. However, the service was good and the manager accommodated us. I still plan to return to the restaurant.

True Foods is one of my favorite restaurants due to the fact I can get a vegan meal and not stress over the menu
However my last visit on Valentines Day was disappointing. The service was excellent as always but on this night the food just wasn’t at its best.
We had to settle for a different appetizer because they ran out of Brussel Sprouts. We choose the roasted cauliflower but it arrived to the table cold. The services took it back for a fresh one but all they did was heat it up in the microwave.
I understand valentines night is a busy night and they were trying to service all their guests in a timely manner but this particular appetizer should have been hot the first time
I will continue to patronize True Foods because I enjoy the food and atmosphere very much. I will just have to visit on a day when the crowd level is not as high as my last visit

First time visiting. Won’t be my last. My boyfriend and I went for a Valentine’s night date. I wanted a place that had tons of vegetarian items (my boyfriend is a vegetarian). So glad I made this choice. Tons of options, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere.
