    The Trophy Room is a must! We had their braised beef short ribs with jalapeño cheddar grits and asparagus and were very impressed. They also have the best dinner rolls we’ve ever had! We give this place five stars for sure. We look forward to trying more dishes in The future.

    Leah my server was the best she was very attentive and had my drinks and food on target. Also she was very personable and informative. The food was really good only small problem was the steak was a tiny bit overcooked and the dessert was awesome so all in all 9-10 for me. Thank you Chris Schenkel

    We recently moved to the area and this was our 1st visit to the Trophy Room. It was absolutely delicious. I'm super excited to have such a wonderful restuarant so close to our house. We will definitely be back!!

    My party had a great time! When we got there we had added 3 more to our original group of 6. Your host was gracious to add them to our table. We all love staying at Old Kinderhook and eating at the Trophy Room. Everything looked so festive.🎄 After dinner 4 of us enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony. Great way to end our evening. Kudos! If everything goes well we will all be back to stay next May and I’m sure we will want to eat at the Trophy Room.

    Food and ambiance was wonderful. Our server was very personable and nice. She did not come to check on us after food was delivered until we were done eating and waiting to order a round of drinks.

    I think that dimming the lights a bit in the main dining room would set the ambiance a bit better. The lights are so bright that it's rather draining and takes away from the rest of the feel of the place.

    The food was fantastic. We had 6 prime ribs that were delicious. We were very disappointed with the drinks. It took three return drinks to finally get a gin and tonic with tonic. The old fashioned was the worst we ever had. Too bad because it spoiled the beginning of the meal. Luckily we had brought two exceptional bottles of wine from Napa so that saved the day. You can’t beat a $500 bottle of wine.

    Robin was THE best server. She attended to all our needs; made a great deal out of birthday celebration; friendly; overall great service!! Prime rib special was good value for the money-perfected prime rib medium rare.

    Do not mind paying for good food and good service but felt things were overpriced and service was good but not great. $12 for carrot cake that did not taste homemade. Other items were good but not great. Kaluha and coffee was way to sweet and Irish coffee was bland. Swordfish was dry but steak was awesome. Seemed to be a hit and miss. With a large group we had many different things and some was good and some was great.

    Pretty pricey. Salad was delicious. I had no bun, burger a bit dry snd over salted. Would have appreciated more lettuce, tomato and pickle for that price. Plating was so so. Not creative or interesting. Not a particularly good restaurant but no place else to eat without going into town.

    Our reservations were made thru The Lodge's front desk Associate which was convenient. The hostess seated our large group of 18 promptly and was accommodating by having our group seated at 3 separate tables. Our server was helpful and communicated well relative to timing of food prep delivery. Our group seemed to enjoy our night at The Trophy Room.

    Love OK Trophy room for dinner...have never been disappointed...had the short ribs and the wife had walleye....our server Lisa was great...we told her we were on a schedule leaving the hotel to see a concert...she got our order quick but didnt feel rushed....highly recommend.

    I thought my entre was a bit pricey. I ordered the Kinderhook salad with shrimp and I got 3 shrimp for $15 extra. It was very good but more shrimp for that price would have been appreciated.

    I love the look and ambience! Our waitress, Lisa, went above and beyond! We have two vegans in the family, and she did her best to accommodate, though they didn’t have many options for vegans. My swordfish was a little overcooked, but had great flavor. My dad loved his prime rib, and my mom said the burger was on point. I will eat there again. Hats off to Lisa!!

    Have been seated in the bar area before and it was very nice. Last night it was a large group of golfers and they were loud. Ashley was a great waitress! I ordered pizza and it was burned. The other three in my group were very happy with their meal.

    So we actually ate here twice while we stayed at Old Kinderhook for an extended weekend. The first evening my wife had the sirloin and baked potato which she enjoyed and I had the prime rib special, mushrooms and a side salad. We were both pleased enough to eat there our last night. My wife again had the sirloin which she liked better than the first night and I had a 14oz ribeye that was cooked very well. Our waitresses were both on top of things and the drinks were great, will definitely eat here again.

    Beautiful grounds at the golf course. Expected more ambience and upscale service from such an established location. Service was just ok and food quality was less than expected. Perhaps better service would have elevated the experience.

    My wife and I ate here on a work trip. She had the sirloin and baked potato. Here steak was a nice cut and she enjoyed it. I had the prime rib special with mushroom buttons. The prime rib was cooked great with good flavor. Will be back!

    Reserved seating for outdoors online but when we got there they offered inside only. Server Lisa was wonderful! Quick, smiling, efficient, knowledgeable. Food was great!
