Established in 2000, 311 Trois Cent Onze has been located in the heart of Old San Juan, housed in a landmark building at 311 Fortaleza Street.
The Dining Room, under the administration of owner, Sylma Pérez and General Manager Carolina Sostre along with Chef Rolando Macias in the Kitchen. It hosts approximately 25 to 30 people for a sit-down dinner.

Amazing food and service! Although no kids menu they did go above and beyond to make our 7 year old feel special! Highly recommend if you are in the mood for phenomenal French food and upscale dining! Definitely order the pork belly entree. Not a typical dish you would find on a French menu, one of the best meals we have had in a long time!

We had the perfect meal here. All four of us loved our dinners, no order envy from anyone. Very nice wine list. Our waiter was completely lovely. Great French atmosphere and playing American Jazz standards. Very easy to have a conversation.

Go! This restaurant is a French dream in the middle of Old San Juan. The food is spectacular. The staff is attentive and amazing and the ambiance is romantic. I love finding these types of culinary delights while traveling. I would suggest you make a reservation ASAP if you’re in the area. Highly recommend (and I’m a pretty tough critic if you look at my other reviews).

Outstanding service and wonderful menu. Food was prepared perfectly. My wife gave the mussels appetizer 5 stars as well as I for the onion soup. Main courses were exactly as ordered and delicious. Our waiter provided 5 star service helping us decide our orders. Can’t say enough positive about this restaurant and my wife says it’s the most romantic in PR so I thought I’d pass that on.

Not the best French food that I've had, but the best in Puerto Rico. French onion soup had a tasty broth, and a decent amount of cheese. Duck was tasty, if not very tender. Portion size was fair. My wife thought the beef bourguignon was OK, but was sorry that she hadn't ordered something else. We will return to this restaurant. Service was superb, and the atmosphere is nice.

The food was great, but they only had wine as an actual beverage with the meal. I didn't saw juices or other no alcoholic beverages that wasn't water. The staff were also making fun of the way my friend had a particular style of dressing which it wasn't very professional from the restaurant.

This has to be one of the best restaurants I've ever gone to! The food is so good. I went there for my birthday with my boyfriend and the ambiance was romantic, candlelit and although the restaurant is small, it feels cozy and welcoming. I ordered the duck, per the server's recommendation, and it was AMAZING. The service was great and the food is definitely worth the price. If you're thinking about it... just book! You'll experience something completely different to the restaurants you're used to. Thank you 311 for the great experience. Can't wait to go back!
